Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. The study was conducted at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. Sampling of research using probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that partially each of the independent variables is service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty at Perum Pegadaian, East Bekasi Branch. Then the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables can be proved perfectly that customer satisfaction variables indirectly influence the service quality variable on customer loyalty and brand image variables on customer loyalty. This statement can be proven by the magnitude of the indirect effect (service quality on customer loyalty and brand image on customer loyalty) through customer satisfaction identified as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Help of funding in order to facilitate the new development and theimprovement/the increase in the quality of self-supporting housing and thedevelopment of the infrastructure of environmental means as well as the utility of thepublic who in broad outline was arranged in State Minister for Public Housing's regulation of No. 08/PERMEN/M/2006 was still being needed by explication and theimplementation guide. Abstract

This research was made to determine the relationship between the quality of courier services and buying interest in online transactions. Multivariate statistics are used to answer this problem. The results of this study prove that Logistic Service Quality has a positive influence on buying interest. This shows that the services provided by logistics services have an impact on people's buying interest to shop online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company. In this study, the company under study is coal mining sector listed on the IDX SMC Liquid. The companies include PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Indika Energy Tbk(INDY), PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) and PT Bukti Asam Tbk (PTBA). To research the company, researchers use 2 methods, namely the method of Altman and Grover and as a first step in knowing the bankruptcy signal of the company early. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data. Population in this research is coal mining on IDX SMC Liquid issuer amounting to 4 coal mining company in period 2017-2020. The sample of research is using probability sampling method.  The results of this study indicate that there are 2 methods used and generally have differences in the results of calculations, as well as publicly listed coal mining companies doesn’t have the potential to experience bankruptcy. Of the 2 methods used that are most accurate in determining the prediction of freedom is the Grover method.

Abstract

This type of research uses quantitative research. The data source of this research is secondary data. The data analysis method used is the correlation test, determination test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing, namely the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Price Earning Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially Current Ratio and Return on Asset have no significant effect, while Price Earning Ratio partially has a significant effect on the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. To obtain this data, researchers used the website of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Cash for Work in the Village (CfWV) is one of the Village Fund revitalization programs conducted to empower rural communities, especially the poor and marginal, who are productive by prioritizing the use of resources, labor, and local technology to provide additional income, reduce poverty, and improve people's welfare. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CfWV policies in West Java  and Riau Provinces. The method used is by conducting observations and interviews with stakeholders in the village which are categorized as Disadvantaged Villages or Very Disadvantaged Villages with a high number of poor people. In addition, a policy implementation approach which formulated by George C. Edward III was used to describe policy implementation variables, such as communication, resources, attitudes / dispositions, and bureaucratic structures. The findings of this study include: a tendency to decrease the spirit of mutual cooperation, the provision of a 30% minimum Working Day (HOK) Day is not fully suitable, and this program has not been able to permanently improve community welfare due to the temporary nature of its activities. Although this program is worth continuing, there needs to be some improvements, including the selection of activities that are more flexible in accordance with village needs and the expansion of community empowerment activities.

Abstract

This study aims  to find out how the simultaneous influence receivabley turnover and inventory turnover on the earning quality of automotive and componens companies This research uses purposive sampling in taking data. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is (1) there is negative significant influence from receivable turnover variable to earning quality, (2) there is positif significant influence from inventory turnover variable to earning quality, (3) there is a significant effect of receivable turnover and inventory turnover value addedon earning quality simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact before and after the spin-off of the Sharia Business Unit into a Sharia Commercial Bank on profitability. The data used in this study are ROA, ROE, and EPS which are divided into two periods, namely before the spin-off (2003-2009) and after the spin-off (2011-2017). Paired sample t-test and descriptive analysis of profitability performance are used to analyze data. The results of the study stated that there was a significant difference in ROE before and after the spin-off. However, there were no significant differences in ROA and EPS in the same two periods

Abstract

To determine the effect of company image and service quality on member satisfaction Kospin Jasa. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population was all 116 members of the Kospin Jasa. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 55 respondents. Result the of company image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Kospin Jasa members both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain both factual and conceptual information about the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Branch BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) Sunter. This research used observation or survey technique by using a questionnaire to measure customer’s satisfaction. The sampling method used Probability Sampling with participation of 100 customers as the respondents. The results of this research are simultaneous, both product quality and service quality do have a positive, relatively strong and significant effect on customer satisfaction by 62%. The remaining 38% are influenced by other variables outside the model. Partially the product quality has a strong and positive effect on customer satisfaction by 57% while partially the service quality has a strong, positive, and significant effect on satisfaction by 59%
