Abstract

The higher the value of a data, the higher the risk of damage or loss of the data. This is understandable, because high-value data is like "life" for humans, so if a data has been damaged or even lost, then the data has no meaning anymore. There are many ways to protect data. Data protection uses a method called encryption process which encodes the code in the original text into arbitrary characters. So that the contents of the encrypted data can be read again, it is necessary to change the contents of the data to its original form, this process is called decryption. In this study, a File Security System Protection Application Design was made using a hybrid affine cipher and the RSA algorithm. This application is made using the Delphi 7.0 Programming Language.

Abstract

The Poor Student Assistance Program (BSM) is an aid from the government with the aim that poor children who excel are able to continue schooling. So that in order to minimize this assistance can be channeled properly on target, it is necessary to conduct a fairly strict selection based on the criteria that have been set. This study proposes the use of the website-based Moora method to overcome this problem. The MOORA method is very simple, stable, and powerful, even this method does not require an expert in mathematics to use it and does not require complicated mathematical calculations. The BSM assistance that will be discussed in this research is SD NEGERI 127696 Pematangsiantar City using 7 criteria, namely: Parent's Occupation, Income, Number of Dependents, Attendance, Last Semester Grades, Academic Achievement and Personality. The sample data used were 18 students. This study resulted in the highest value alternative on behalf of Ade Putri Mekaria Laila with an Optimization value of 2.22692. So it can be concluded that the Moora method can be used as a decision support method in the selection of BSM recipients.

Abstract

The development of smartphone technology companies that are increasingly rapidly today has more or less led to competition between these companies, thus requiring developers to find strategies or patterns that can increase product sales and marketing, as is the case at PT. Vivo Communication Indonesia Pematangsiantar branch. One of the strategies is to utilize transaction data by grouping them to see which products are more salable in the market and which are not, so that evaluations can be made in planningthe next Vivo product promotion. The clustering method in this study uses the K-Means Clustering method. The K-Means method is a data mining method that is able to group some data into certain parts. In this paper the sales data that has been obtained will be divided into 3 groups, namely low sales, medium sales and high sales. Based on the results of testing using the K-Means method on Vivo smartphone sales data, it was found that the highest sales group had only 1 data, namely Vivo Y12 3+32GB. So it can be concluded that the K-Means method can be applied to group Vivo smartphone sales, because it is in accordance with the actual sales results.

Abstract

Rumah Makan (RM) Padang is a restaurant business that sells or serves a variety of Minangkabau culinary or cuisine originating from West Sumatra. This restaurant is very famous in Indonesia and even the world. One of them is RM Padang Sinar Minang which is in Purbalingga, the restaurant provides a lot of food menus. Some of them are rendang, minced, gravel, snapper, tripe and iso. In monthly reporting activities, at RM Sinar Minang, the handwriting system is still being applied (manual). Admin difficulties in writing handwritten financial reports (manual) and in thepayment system. whose sales records are still handwritten (manual), of course this kind of activity must be updated with the development of technology. The writing of financial statements that occurs is the amount of money that is at the cashier with the amount of money that is on the record of the food sold is not in sync / not the same. So it can be concluded that in writing the record of the food sold, there were problems such as forgetting to write the food that had been sold. Based on these things, the idea emerged to create a Web-Based Sales Information System at RM Sinar Minang. This system is expected to make it easier for admins/owners to collect data and can serve as a neat monthly report for agencies.

Abstract

The process of making KTA at UPT RPH Wonosobo Regency which is still carried out by typing prospectivemember data in MS Excel and editing it in the form of a card and then be printed, is considered ineffective so that it prolongs the process of making KTA. Besides that there is no guarantee of authenticity, so an application for making KTA is made with added the AES algorithm to speed up the performance of the KTA manufacturing process and guarantee its authenticity. The implementation of the AES Algorithm is included in the KTA checking URL which is converted into a QR-Code for easy scanning. This research is expected to help the process of making KTA at UPT RPH Wonosobo Regency and ensure the authenticity of the KTA made.

Abstract

The salt content in pond water is one of the main factors in shrimp farming. Changes in the salt content (salinity) of water is a classic problem for shrimp farmers, because it can cause losses due to the death of shrimp resulting in crop failure. This study aims to design a prototype that functions to stabilize the salt water content in ponds, so as to prevent shrimp death. This prototype design technique is based on Arduino Uno and uses the conductivity determination method. Determination of conductivity is done by measuring the voltage. Voltage measurement is done by flowing a current with a voltage of 5 volts through an electrode that is inserted into the water. The potential difference between the ends of the electrodes is measured as the sensor input voltage. The results showed that this prototype can stabilize the salt content when the salt content in the container is unstable due to the addition of fresh water or salt water. It is hoped that this prototype can be applied to pond cultivators so that itcan be useful for preventing shrimp death.

Abstract

Currently, not many urban vilages in Indonesia, especially in Ende Regency, make nlne population data reports. With the existing benefits and conveniences, this system should be developed by each keurahan.in this case, it is in line with advances in information and communication technology such as internet and web tecnologies that support the process input and output data quickly and accurately, especially in collecting data on residents in the Kota ratu village. In the current pandemic (Covid-19), information technology is very much needed, because the government implements large-scale sosial rules or restrictions in the context of handling Covid-19. In this social restriction effort, the Indonesian government has also limited activities outside the home. As we know, population data collection is generaly done manually, i.e. village Officers come to residents’ homes to collect data so that the time required becomes inefficient. This study aims to design a population dat collection information system at the Kota Ratu District Office, Ende Regency, so that it can make it easier for village employees to carry out population data collection processes and monthly reports. The software development method used is the waterfall method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, obsevation and literature study. This research can also produce a population data collection information system that can present information quicky and efficiently and can present the necessary reports.

Abstract

One of the anticipation actions that can be done before the flood disaster comes is to determine the evacuation route and evacuation location or shelter for flood relief and spread to the public in order to accelerate the process of evacuation of disaster victims so as to minimize losses from the flood itself. This research was conducted by approaching Geographic Information System (SIG) The purpose of this research is (1) Knowing the flood-prone agihan in Laweyan Subdistrict based on SIG. (2) Analyze the Availability of Shelter Locations (Educational Buildings and Buildings of Worship) of flood victims in Laweyan Subdistrict. It is expected that in the research to know the potential of the best temporary evacuation shelter / protection and evacuation design so that it can be considered and help the relevant agencies, especially local BPBD in order to improve flood mitigation in Sumber Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. To reduce or overcome the impact caused by flood disasters on the comfort and safety of the community in Laweyan Subdistrict, researchers need to raise the title, " Determination of Flood Victim Shelter in Lawean District of Surakarta City Based on Geographic Information System".

Abstract

The medical record information system is an information system that manages patient data and documents containing patient identities, examination results, payments and other services that have been provided to patients. The existing medical record information system at the Onekore Health Center is still processed manually, namely using a ledger for recording and also takes up a lot of storage space. So that patient service at the Onekore Health Center becomes less effective and efficient. Therefore, we need a concept for processing patient medical record data by considering the time efficiency and safety required for the patient data collection process. The purpose of this study is to build a computerized medical record information system in order to provide convenience for medical officers in providing health services to patients to be more effective and also easier in making reports. This medical record information system is designed using the Microsoft Visual Studio programming language and MySQL as the database. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. While the testing technique uses the Blackbox testing method.

Abstract

Almond milk is a plant-based milk drink made from almonds. Almond juice has a paler color and a thicker texture than regular milk. As for the benefits of almond milk in the world of health, namely to increase breast milk production, prevent high blood pressure, strengthen immunity, protect bone health, maintain baby's heart health, prevent free radicals, facilitate digestion, make skin bright after childbirth. Data mining is part of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process stage. Therefore, the authors provide a classification solution in Data Mining is done using the Algorithm C4.5. With the Algorithm C4.5 you will get a Decision Tree that is easy to understand and easy to understand. Thus, it can help the owner determine the almond milk production plan that is most in demand and without worrying about excess goods or shortages of ingredients.
