Abstract

The rapid development of technology with the use of computers as a means to assist humans in obtaining information and solving problems, requires software makers to seek optimal innovation in an effort to improve performance both in quantity and quality. Especially for business entities, private companies, agencies that are currently able to make appropriate, fast and accurate decisions. Planning and fulfillment of human resource needs when managed professionally will greatly determine the quality and success of the company. With the above reasons, a decision support system was made using the Analytical Hierachial Process (AHP) method to make it easier to select employee recruitment and get results. 0.215. Followed by education criteria with a weight of 0.189 and the last ability to communicate with a weight of 0.106. The results of the weighting with expert choice were obtained by Aisyah Rahmah with the highest weight of 0.367, then Andini with a weight of 0.316, then Irwan Gumilar with a weight of 0.161, and finally Ardian Natapraja with a weight of 0.157.

Abstract

PT. Trixie Graha Anugerah is one of the companies in Bekasi Regency involved in the construction and marketing of housing. PT. Trixie Graha Anugerah continues to use traditional marketing methods in its marketing activities. Several traditional marketing methods have been used in the past, such as printing and distributing brochures, hiring marketing personnel, and setting up booths in congested areas. The author evaluates the conventional marketing methods used at PT. Trixie Graha Anugerah to be less effective and efficient. Conventional marketing methods are ineffective because they cannot reach a large number of potential consumers, and they are inefficient because they require large sums of money to print promotional materials such as brochures, as well as costs to rent stands in congested areas

Abstract

The problem of unemployment has an impact on poverty, crime, and inequality in living standards. The government needs to anticipate these impacts through various policies. Knowledge is essential in supporting decision-making and policy formulation related to unemployment. Researchers have been mining data to gain new knowledge from Indonesia's Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) data. Continuous exploration of data has the opportunity to gain new knowledge. This study aims to mine Indonesian TPT data from 2016 to 2021. More specifically, look at changes in the 2016-2018 TPT data cluster with the 2019-2021 TPT data cluster. This research is a clustering analysis research using the k-means algorithm. The stages of clustering research consist of 1) data collection, 2) pre-processing, 3) determination of the optimal number of clusters, 4) data clustering with the k-mean, and 5) interpretation of the results of clustering. Based on the k-means clustering analysis of 2016-2018 and 2019-2021 TPT data, there are 23 provinces in cluster 1 (low TPT) and 11 provinces in cluster 2 (high TPT). Only Riau Province rose to cluster 1 (low TPT), and only West Sumatra province dropped to cluster 2 (High TPT). The study's results not only yielded the number of provinces in the high and low clusters but also found out which provinces moved to a higher cluster or vice versa in each TPT data.

Abstract

This design is based on the need for a network that specializes in users for working at home (WFH) due to the covid-19 pandemic problem by PPKM level 3 government regulations. using public facilities. With a VPN, companies can establish an easy and secure data connection. VPN can allow for the formation of a private data network that can be accessed through a public network, namely the internet, only those who have the authority can access the VPN. L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) offers a fairly good security solution by creating a tunnel on a public network. The use of L2TP itself cannot be separated from the influence of the security system which is growing rapidly. Therefore, by adding the L2TP process with IPsec, it is hoped that it will be able to handle problem cases from the network security system. With VPN access, workers can work from home (WFH) without having to go to the office.

Abstract

Nowadays, people's interest in playing the guitar is increasing. Playing the guitar can further enhance personal branding in today's digital era, many of the general public are suddenly famous for playing musical instruments such as the guitar. However, the ability to learn guitar instruments has constraints such as time and funds that are not small to attend guitar school, so many people choose to self-taught independently. However, self-study is not easy. Therefore, the author tries to do a study with the aim of making an Android-Based Guitar Musical Instrument Learning Media Application as an alternative way of learning guitar independently that can be used independently so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. By applying the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, which is a method that describes the information system development life cycle. So that the application is divided into several levels that are tailored to the user. At each level there is material in the form of learning videos that can be listened to for an explanation. Based on the results of the Black Box testing carried out, the application that was built is functioning well, the input and output results are according to the results of the application. So the author can conclude that the Android-Based Guitar Musical Instrument Learning Media Application is very helpful for someone to learn guitar independently and effectively without having to spend money to attend music school.

Abstract

The emergence of new standards that must be met by all actors. Easy access to video conferencing has many positive aspects which have finally become a necessity nowadays. Each app provides easy access to increasingly sophisticated and engaging communications, making them a part of today's life. Some features that allow more than 100 participants to participate in the same video conference can have a huge impact on today's education and business world. Basic education that takes place offline only and is compiled in one place, can now be completed anytime, anywhere via a laptop or mobile phone. This is a video conference using the zoom app. Activity-intensively configured network settings are expected to maximize video conferencing when used by multiple participants. Use of mikrotik traffic priority with network packet limitations that make certain networks more prioritized first. The use of the mikrotik priority feature is expected to be able to overcome the lack of stability in video conferencing display and can be the most effective solution. Users everywhere can apply directly to their network and become an effective solution when using video conferencing applications.

Abstract

The development of information today encourages an increase in effective and efficient work styles. One of the business needs in providing information system tools is technology-based information. When a computerized system shows higher reliability. But at PT. Limawira Wisesa in conducting hardware data collection has not been computerized, such as recording specifications still using Microsoft Excel so that data collection feels inefficient and can cause errors and errors in recording specifications. Based on these problems, a hardware, and peripheral inventory information system was built to make it easier to search for data quickly and precisely and provide convenience to related staff in managing hardware and peripheral specification data. The information system begins with system requirements analysis, system design, program code, and program testing, and is built according to the waterfall method. The staff involved in managing hardware specification data can access the admin user. The information system is built based on enterprise resource planning, namely the Inventory Module so that the system is integrated with other systems at PT. Limawira Wisesa.

Abstract

Covid-19 made all of Indonesia and even the whole world a country that died from the sars covid-19 virus. The Indonesian government is trying everything for the sake of the community to avoid the outbreak of the sars covid-19 virus. Building an Indonesian government application that is used as a container on the way, the detection of the covid-19 virus was even detected by a vaccination certificate held simultaneously by the Indonesian government. The Pedulilindung application downloaded through the play store provides opinions from various individuals of the community. The author summarizes the Opinin to conduct research on classifying the text of the review, where the amount of data summarized as much as 200 reviews, consisting of 100 positive review data and 100 negative review data, where the sentiment is related to the sentence : good, fast, disappointed, stupid, not worth it. Doing classification with K-Nearest Neighbor method is proven that with this method to get a good accuracy value classification where the accuracy value obtained by 81.72% with AUC 0.856, grouping AUC value 0.856 included into the Good Classification group, so in this case the K-NN method is able to analyze sentiment review PeduliLindungi application.

Abstract

Human life is increasingly complex in today's technology-filled era, often making people feel tired and tired in their activities. Of course, the presence of this technology also provides an answer by providing an increasingly creative and varied variety of entertainment such as video streaming services, social media, online comics, internet, video games and many other services. Of the several entertainments that are quite popular, video games are one of the entertainments that are consistently the main choice. The game is currently quite in demand and has been favored by various ages, especially teenagers. However, currently the majority of video games circulating in the country come from outside and lack of education. For this reason, the need for literacy in making games that are easy to make but still fun to play and have an educational element. This study tries to create a simple novel game by utilizing a finite state machine to facilitate the design of the storyline. By using the finite state machine, designing video game storylines becomes faster and easier.

Abstract

The Inter-Village Cooperation Agency or BKAD which is a business forum formed based on an agreement between villages. After doing research at the BKAD, Somagede District, Savings and Loans Management Unit, the problem that occurs is that the use of technology has not been maximized and the system used in the recording process is still using books. In terms of data storage and retrieval will be difficult. Efforts to manage human resources and natural resources around so as to increase village income. From these problems, the website-based BKAD UPK Savings and Loan Information System was created. This study uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study, while the system development uses agile software development method with the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. This information system is made using the Notepad++ software application as a text editor and XAMPP Version 3.3.0 as a local server which will later be given a domain and hosting. While the programming language uses PHP and HTML. With a computerized system, data collection is well structured, reducing problems that arise due to a manual system and can facilitate the work of BKAD employees in data so that it is more effective and efficient in its use.
