Abstract

Nurses in carrying out their duties require an increase in ability, expertise, and skills in carrying out health care tasks to meet the level of patient satisfaction.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity development of nurses in hospitals. The researcher uses qualitative research whose data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data is collected by observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive through interpretation and deep meaning by simplifying data, presenting data, making conclusions, and validating data by triangulation of data. The results showed that the process of developing nurse capacity has been carried out through changing systems of integrated nurse capacity building patterns and in-house training; determining factors determining nurse capacity development as follows; leadership; commitment; culture; spiritual; and technology. Later the researcher conclude that the strategy of increasing the capacity of nurses in health services can be realized through education and training based on spiritual and technological aspects in developing the capacity of nurses in hospitals.

Abstract

 This research aims to investigate how price, service quality, and perceived value affect customer satisfaction among consumers of Telekom Malaysia broadband. This quantitative research distributed an online questionnaire to collect data from 271 current or former customers of Telekom Malaysia Broadband. The findings concluded that service quality and perceived value have significant positive relationships with customer satisfaction, whereas price possesses a significant negative relationship with customer satisfaction. The findings contribute to the continuous improvement on customer satisfaction among consumers of Telekom Malaysia broadband and other telecommunication providers by improving price, service quality, and perceived value.

Abstract

Globalization of education is not uncommon in many countries where international education is of major importance to many, including Malaysia. Malaysia has increasingly become a popular destination for study pursues recently due to various attributes such as the wide verbal implementation of English by the locals, affordable accommodation cost, unique traveling experiences, and great opportunities offered at Malaysian higher learning institutions. Globalization of education develops a proactive global learning environment for local students. When international students come to Malaysia, they must adjust rapidly and learn fast, coping academically and socially. This study aims to assess the acculturative stress experienced by international students in Malaysian public universities. The findings indicate that most international students are under moderate cultural pressure, especially cultural changes or shocks, language barriers, and anxiety. Abstract

 This study was conducted in order to investigate the marketing strategies of Gardenia Bakeries in Malaysia. Gardenia is a very well-known name by the majority of Malaysians. Therefore, the researchers choose this firm as the best topic for this case study. Gardenia has 4 production plants, 3 in Shah Alam and 1 in Puchong, Malaysia. Gardenia's marketing strategies make the company have a large market share in Malaysia despite having many competitors. This study was conducted using data collection which is gathered from journals and websites.  The researchers also distributed a survey for this study with 80 respondents taking part in the online survey. The result shows that the customers are satisfied with the product's packaging and the price.
