Abstract

This study aims to determine the saving interest of the students of the Attaqwa Islamic Boarding School at the center of the Putri Bekasi. The data used are primary data and secondary data, carried out using questionnaires, books and journals and the type of sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was the students of the Attaqwa Islamic Boarding School at the center of the Putri Bekasi, which amounted to 177 respondents. The results showed that the results of the F test with a simultaneous test had a significant positive effect, namely the interest in saving at the Attaqwa Islamic boarding school at the center of the Putri Bekasi was jointly influenced by promotion, religiosity and knowledge. And the results of the partial test of the variables of promotion, religiosity and knowledge have a significant positive effect on the saving interest of the students of the Attaqwa Islamic Boarding School in the center of the Putri Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks that have Go Public during the Covid-19 pandemic. These conditions can lead to various problems that can trigger the profitability of a bank's financial performance. The method used in this research is quantitative with horizontal analysis techniques with secondary data sources. The results obtained from this study indicate that the level of profitability of Islamic commercial banks which are the object of research has a level of profitability which shows an increase as well as a decrease due to the Covid-19 pandemic which affects the soundness of the bank. This research is limited to the financial performance before the pandemic and during the pandemic as well as the profitability level of Islamic Commercial Banks that Go-Public. So that the results of this study can be used as guidelines in making and formulating policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product information (capital market instruments) on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The variables in this study consisted of the marketing of capital market instruments and interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. This type of research is field research with quantitative methods. The steps of data analysis using analysis tools of validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression test, t-test, and analysis of determination). The result of this study is that information on capital market instruments has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. One of the implications of this research is that the Islamic Investment Gallery IAIN Batusangkar further enhances the dissemination of information on Islamic capital market products to students so that they are interested in investing

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer interest and satisfaction with mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection technique using interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Triangulation Technique as a validity test. The results show that the dimension of pride is a factor that influences customer interest in BSI Mobile. The sense of pride in the Mobile Banking application at Bank Syariah Indonesia is shown by the compliance with Islamic sharia principles in its performance services. Customer satisfaction with BSI Mobile is shown by the dimensions of service features which are quite complete and very satisfying for BSI Mobile users, because there are several features besides features for transactions, there are also service features to add religious knowledge such as ZISWAF channeling, juz amma and azan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of derivative transactions in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia and Pakistan. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review. Data collection techniques using documentation. The results show that derivative transactions are permitted only for Future Trading on the Commodity Exchange at the Jakarta Futures Exchange which is regulated in fatwa DSN No. 82 of 2011. Derivative transactions are also allowed to hedging aims to mitigate risk in foreign exchange transactions, not for speculation. This view is also in line with the application in Malaysia and Pakistan that the practice of derivatives is only a hedging to minimize risk. The challenge faced in derivative transactions is the difficulty of operating sharia-compliant derivatives so that in the future it is hoped that there will be derivative innovations with sharia principles

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia was able to survive in the midst of the onslaught of the covid-19 pandemic that damaged the world's economic order, this can be seen from the average NPF value of Islamic banking in Indonesia which shows that it is still in the healthy category.This study aims to analysis the factors that influence the number of non-performing financing in Central Java is relatively high. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a social phenomenology approach.Data collection was obtained from interviews with employee and customer informants of Bank Syariah Indonesia.This study show that the increase in non-performing financing is caused by the effects of social policies issued by the government during a pandemic that makes unemployment in Indonesia increase, business actors (SMEs) experience bankruptcy due to decreased income, which ultimately has an impact on financing defaults.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of SWOT analysis in the marketing strategy of murabahah plus financing at Bank Nagari Syariah Branch Batusangkar. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out by Bank Nagari Syariah Branch Batusangkar using 4P as for the murabahah plus financing product, it is the flagship product at the Nagari Syariah Bank Batusangkar Branch, while the price for murabahah plus financing is that the margin is relatively competitive by following market prices. Furthermore, for the place that the bank is in a strategic location, while for the promotion the bank promotes murabahah plus products with advertising, sales, publicity, and direct sales

Abstract

This study is to seek Islamic financial solution for members of employee cooperative in a particular firm by using Financial Technology platform which meet sharia terms and conditions. Methodology is Using the existing literature on FinTech and incorporating these contributions into a traditional Islamic financial structure, characteristics are outlined and placed into a framework that describes the industry. The findings that Islamic P2P Financing could propose a solution for financial problem faced by employee who need with limited amount for short period of time which Islamic banks could not provide. The findings of the study serve as a reference to industry players and regulators in formulating peer to peer financing for employee cooperative members and other similar cooperatives. This paper contributes by defining FinTech in Islamic finance and proposes term peer to peer financing instead of peer to peer lending which is not suitable with the nature of Islamic finance.

Abstract

Sharia banking as a national asset grows 9.22% in 2020 in Muslim-majority countries, the aim of this research is to find out the effect of knowledge, product features and the need for the desire to use sharia banking financing and funding products in the city of Padang Panjang, which is predominantly a Muslim community. This type of descriptive quantitative research using a questionnaire technique, the population of Islamic boarding school teachers is 211 people and the research sample is 138 people, multiple linear analysis techniques. Analysis with validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results individually have no significant effect on making prospective customers use Islamic bank services, but prospective customers want to use Islamic banking services because there is a need for bank products

Abstract

This research aims to compare patterns of accountability and financial management of the Mosque through a comparative study phenomenological approach. Type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique uses comparative study phenomenology. The results of the study, Al-Mashun Grand Mosque and Medan Great Mosque have not fully implemented the accountability of their financial management, although they do not have a written SOP, but the implementation of management activities follows the laws and traditions of the previous mosque management. The Great Mosque's financial statements are audited by a public accountant every 2 months, while the Al-Mashun Grand Mosque's financial statements have never been audited, but the fairness of the report can be evaluated by Jama'ah exclusively. there is a separation of functions in the Mosque's cash expenditure which is kept in a bank account. The financial management of the Mosque has been transparent with the accessibility of the Mosque report by the Jama'ah.
