Abstract

The one of the problems in the learning process is low spirit of students. It is often faced and experienced by teachers by almost all teachers in learning processes. The bad consequences of student’s low spirit in learning process are the learning outcomes did not reach the minimum criteria set by teacher. Various efforts need to be done by teachers to overcome and anticipate that problem. Teachers need to re-understand the techniques for motivating students and applying them in learning process. Theoretically, the students’ motivation can generate their own spirit in learning, both of motivation from outside and inside. To generate student’s motivation, teachers need to pay attention to the supporting factors. Teachers need to maximize these factors in running the learning process, so gradually students will be motivated to learn.

Abstract

The moral decline of students is felt by many side, both school and community. The existence of engage in gang fight among them,their oppressionto teachers, drugs, etc. Those are moral phenomenon of students need to be changed. Many efforts can be done by school to overcome that moral phenomenon. One of them is performing dhuha in a congregation in school. This kind of salatwhich held in the morning is expected to withstand the bad students’behavior afterwards. The incantations contained in dhuhaif contemplated can lead the students to submit and obey to the teachings of Islam.This wisdom is actually contained in the implementation of salat in general, of coursein the implementation of dhuha.

Abstract

Autonomy and reformation in education is an improvement effort in the field of education. Educational reform has two basic characteristics: programmed and systemic. Programmed educational reform refers to the curriculum or program of an educational institution. Included in this programmed educational reform is innovation. Innovation is the introduction of new ideas, new methods or new tools to improve some aspects in the educational process. There are three education centers that are responsible for the implementation of education. They are family, school, and society. In the educational process, before getting to know the wider society environment and before getting guidance from the school environment, the student first gets guidance from the family environment.

Abstract

The study of the dynamics of Islamic boarding school as one of Islamic education model in Indonesia has always attracted attention. Especially if combined with the politics in education. The synergy between the dynamics of Islamic boarding school and the politics growing going to be the center of attention of observers and practitioners of Islamic education. The strategic role of Islamic boarding school in the life of nation and state is not small, even decisive for the state. Therefore, the development of Islamic boarding school education is always in line with the changes that occur in the political system so created education system. Pro and contra of Islamic boarding school as part of or stand alone is no longer crowded like the past. There is nodichotomy in a private education (Islamic boarding school) and education organized by the state. Its existence becomes synergy in developing and advancing the state. That is the importance of combining the journey of dynamics of Islamic boarding school and politics growing.

Abstract

Substantive findings show: First, the model of leadership inheritance of each dzurriyyah; charismatic, managerial, and transcendent-transformative, by: a) introducing their regeneration to the guest who visitingIslamic boarding school, b) oblige potential alumni settled in Islamic boarding school environment, c) developing managerial leadership model,d) determining regulation and policy of Islamic boarding school through transcendent approach. For maintain the sustainability of two Islamic boarding school, the leadership model used byKiai is keeps the dzurriyyah line, with priority; a) sons, b) dzurriyyah directly, c) the nearest immediate offspring, and d) the nearest indirect offspring. Second, the inheritance model in maintain the quality of knowledge of kiai, based on the principles including: a) maintainingthe continuity of teacherswith their predecessors, b) maintaining the continuity of place where the study of his predecessors, c) building, perfecting, and developing Islamic boarding school institution. Third, the networking model in Islamic boarding schoolinstitution by several ways involve:a) build strategic places such as hotels in Makkah, restaurants, establish relationships with various state ministries, and maintain the heritage of Islamic boarding school, b) build a place for community service and empowerment such as gas stations, fishing boats, a mediator of tobacco farmers with PT Gudang Garam, and establish relationships with Islamic boarding school’s givers.

Abstract

The education method is one of the things that determine the success of education in addition to material, media, and evaluation. From many factors causing failure in education, education method is one of the most dominant factors. As good as any education purposes, if not supported by appropriate methods are very difficult to achieve well. It is often mentioned that “al-thariqah ahammu min al-maddah”, (method is sometimes more important than material). Therefore the maintenance of Islamic education methods should be done carefully accordingto various related factors so that the results of education are satisfactory. Prophet Muhammad SAW as the last man chosen by Allah SWT to deliver His message, since the beginning have exemplified in implementing the correct method of Islamic education with his Sahabah. He did Learning strategy in conveying his teachings of Islam such as he is very concerned about the situation, condition and character of person. Prophet Muhammad SAW is ideal teacher and perfect figureso that Islamic values can be well transferred. Prophet Muhammad SAW also understandsinstinct and condition of each person so that anyone who gets enlightenment and education from him easily absorbs perfectly and receives it with pleasure and cordiality.

Abstract

The first and the most important children education in Islam is the family education with Islamic perspective.Family Education with Islamic perspective is education based on the guidance of Islam which is applied in the family intended to forming children to be a peoples who faithful and cautious to God Almighty, and has noble character that includes ethics, moral, character, spiritual or understanding and experience in religious values in everyday life. This is one form of amar makruf nahi munkar in family life by providing education to children based on the teachings of Islam. Children in their growth require a variety of processes educated by the father and mother in the family environment. Pattern or method of religious education in Islam is basically modeled on the behavior of Prophet Muhammad in his family and his friends,because everything that is done by Prophet Muhammad is the manifestation of Qur’an’s content.

Abstract

The integration of science is discussed today. The figures in this issue appear in the world. Mentioned among them Naquib al-Attas,and in Indonesia who keen to speak scientific integration is Amin Abdullah.This speech led to the birth of the 2013Curriculum in Indonesia with the demands of all subjects must contain a spiritual attitude (KI-1). This creates difficulties for teachers. Training and education program for teacher in applying The 2013 Curriculum is not technically in touch with their difficulties.Training and education program for teachermostly touchonly on aspects of teaching skills. This research is present to fill the gap that has not been filled by thattraining and education program. The results of this study is a simple description of the process of developing a physics textbook that begins from the study of old books and relevant theories for thisnew developmenttextbook to compiled new physics textbookincluding the content of Islamic values.

Abstract

Integration has the meaning of merging or assimilating into one unified whole. In Indonesia, the concept of scientific integration has implications for the management of educational institutions. The release of SKB of three Ministers (Department of Education and Culture, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Religion Affairs) which sets out the provision of curriculum in madrasah (Islamic school) which balancing between general curriculum and religious curriculum (70%: 30%) is a manifestation of this integration. SMA Nurul Jadid Probolinggo and MAN 3 Malang are able to apply an integrated learning. This is because those schools have facilitated dormitories for students with a series of Islamic-based activities outside learningtimes in kaffah. UIN Malang as the pioneer of establishment of ma’had or student’s dormitorieswhich used culture of education adapted from the culture of the university.UIN Malang and UIN Jakarta prefer to use approach of Imam Al-Ghazali which classify the sciences into fardlu ‘ain and fardlu kifayah by takwil method taken from social sciences. But UIN Jakarta used a paradigm of integration of dialogical science.

Abstract

In principle, everything on earth has own systems. Those systemsare required by all beings on this earth. There are various elements in the education system such as: goals, students, management, structure and schedule, materials, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, media, technology, quality control, education costs, and etc. All these elements are interrelated and supportive each one and another. If the system in education can be likened to a computer, then every component has the duties and functions that support each other. The National Education System in Indonesia is a very complex education system,because there are various elements and a series of input-process-output that affect each other internally. While externally, the National Education System influenced by politics, economic, socio-cultural, defense-security aspects as well as various stakeholders related to education.
