JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi merupakan jurnal yang berisi hasil pemikiran atau penelitian pada bidang sistem informasi akuntansi. Jurnal yang dikelola Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Kampus Kota Pontianak, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika ini dipublikasikan secara online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Lingkup penelitian pada JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, antara lain penerapan software akuntansi, rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi, dan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android. Periode penerbitan JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Dengan adanya JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah untuk menampung hasil pemikiran atau penelitian dari para peneliti, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

engan adanya kegiatan penjualan setiap hari, data semakin lama akan semakin bertambah banyak. Data tersebut tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai arsip bagi perusahaan, data tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dan diolah menjadi informasi yang berguna untuk peningkatan penjualan dan promosi produk. Agar memudahkan mengolah data yang telah ada dengan jumlah yang sangat banyak, digunakan data mining. Salah satu Algoritma pengolahan data yang sering digunakan dalam proses data mining adalah algoritma apriori. Keluaran dari algoritma apriori adalah untuk pengembangan peningkatan penjualan, pemasaran produk serta mendapatkan informasi tentang hasil produk yang paling banyak dibutuhkan pada customer dari suatu database transaksi penjualan Independent Distributor.

Abstract

Sinar Kalimantan Cooperative is a community service cooperative in savings and loans. Based on the analysis that has been done, the Sinar Kalimantan Cooperative still recaps each per each cash-in and cash-out data transactions that come from notes and then copy them to Ms. Excel to be used as financial statements. Processing data like this requires effort and a long time, errors in data processing that have an impact on the quality of information in financial statements. Therefore, the purpose of writing this Final Project is to design and build a web-based savings and loan accounting information system at the Sinar Kalimantan Cooperative using the waterfall model as a software development method consisting of analysis of software requirements, design, program code creation and testing. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and literature study. This system is built to provide facilities for two users, namely the Chairman and the Cashier. Chairman can manage employee (user) data, access loan reports, loan list reports, installment reports, savings reports, general journal reports, general ledger reports, balance sheet reports, cash receipts reports, cash disbursements reports and cash flow report. The cashier can manage account data, customer data, deposit data, deposit withdrawal data, loan data, installment data and expense (cost) data and access loan reports, loan list reports, installment reports and savings reports. The savings and loan accounting information system that was built is expected to help improve the performance of savings and loan data processing at the Sinar Kalimantan Cooperative.

Abstract

Freight Forwarding services are activities in the economy that create economic value. Delivery of goods occurs because of a sale and purchase of goods transaction, where every item sold will be sent to the buyer using the goods delivery service. With the service of shipping goods make it easy for customers to send goods, important documents and so on at a lower cost. PT. Suryagita Nusaraya is a company focused on moving goods delivery services, with the aim of shipping goods in various cities throughout Indonesia. However, PT. Suryagita Nusaraya still uses paper media to record data such as customer data,transaction data, tariff data, and financial reporting. This requires a long time and delay in finding the data needed and allows errors in making transaction reports. So the company requires the existence of an information system that supports and provides satisfying services for customers. For that reason, the writer tries to make an Accounting Information System for Shipping Services at PT. Suryagita Nusaraya Website based. This can be a solution for companies in developing goods delivery services with a computerized system so as to facilitate the activities of the company.

Abstract

PT United Tractors Pontianak, is still done manually, starting from recording to storing other data relating to the rental process, so that it is possible that during the process of error occurs in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in searching the necessary data. The research method is research and data collection methods are observation, interview, and literature. Computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in PT United Tractors Pontianak, as well as with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved to support the activities of PT United Tractors Pontianak. Therefore a computerized system is better than a manual system, so that it runs more effectively and efficiently and the rental system is now more conducive compared to the previous system.

Abstract

CV. Three Abdoel is a company engaged in convection and screen printing that accepts orders such as screen printing t-shirts, vests, hats, totebags, and goodiebags, as well as uniforms and sportswear clothing which are ordered from schools, individuals, government agencies, educational institutions, business entities such as cafes , restaurants, sap companies, palm oil, banks and others. In ordering activities customers come directly to the company to place an order. This is certainly not effective for costomers who are far away from the company, as well as the process of recording after ordering or reporting from the results of orders that are less effective because they still use handwriting and the absence of a specific book for recording. This can lead to the slow search process of previous data, the error rate in inputting and data manipulation is very large. For this reason, the author made the final assignment with the theme of ordering convection and screen printing entitled Ordering Information System for Convection and Screen Printing on CV. Three Abdoel Kubu Raya Web Based, this information system is expected to be a solution for companies in service to customers, increase company revenue and improve the process of recording orders or reports from the results of orders that use handwriting into a computerized system so that it will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Computer technology has helped many people in overcoming problems that occur including in the fields of business and accounting. The object of research is CV. Malianury Graffiti which is a printing service company. The company records and presents reports using the Microsoft Excel application. The final report is only in the form of sales reports and financial transaction records. Thus this company performs manual calculations to determine the company's profit / loss. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems that occur and compare the conventional recording with recording using accounting software, MYOB Premier V.16 on CV. Malianury Graffiti. The research method used in the form of data collection methods are observation, interviews and literature study. It is hoped that this research can facilitate the company in processing transactions into financial statements, improving the results of financial statements, useful for related parties in analyzing financial statements and in decision making.

Abstract

PT. Mutualplus Global Resources Pontianak Sub Division consultant outsourcing company. According to the result of analysis found that processing the financial reports still using bookkeeping technique which is rewriting of notes to ledger and then converted to MS. Excel to be produced as financial reports, so the generated reports were late and not accurate. This Final Project contained about the research to solved the problems at PT. Mutualplus Global Resources by building the web-based of financial management accounting information system using waterfall model as software development method which consists of software requirement analysis, design, code generation and testing. The system is built to provides facilities for Admin & Finance and Directors. Admin and Finance can manage account data, cash receipt data, cash disbursement data, access general journals, ledgers, balance sheet reports, cash receipt reports, cash disbursement reports, income statements and statement of capital reports. Meanwhile, the Director can manage user data, access general journal reports, general ledger reports, balance sheet reports, cash receipts reports, cash disbursement reports, income statements and statement of capital reports. This system is expected to improve financial management performance at PT. Mutualplus Global Resources Pontianak sub Division.

Abstract

CV. Pondok Climber is a company engaged in the rental of outdoor equipment and tour guide services. Based on the results of analysis and observations made on the CV. Pontianak Climber Hut, booking goods rental only uses social media as a means of ordering goods rental, this will certainly take a long time in serving goods rental bookings made by consumers. Seeing these problems, in this study, we created a web-based outdoor goods rental information system using a prototype model to solve the problems that occur. the company to explain the details of goods to be rented. Consumers can order goods in accordance with the desires needed by consumers. The design of this system is expected to improve the performance of CV. Pontianak Climber Cottage in managing data rental of goods from consumers.

In marketing activities, the company user door to door system and goes directly to the consumers place to introduction their product. Certainly, this is takes a lot of time and high cost. PT. Telkom Witel Kalbar is an internet provider company for people with access to remote areas. In the new normal era is being found in the number of new customers causing access to equipment data required for installation more frequently. the more data that is input, it also has an effect on the amount of data that must be reported, so that if there is no system that can help this process, it is very possible that the reporting will take longer and its accuracy is guaranteed. The purpose of this research is to produce an equipment management application (SILAPAN) that can help solve problems. This study uses the waterfall method in building the system. Based on some literature and research results, this application can improve the effectiveness of business processes and the accuracy of reports and minimize the time for reporting
