JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi merupakan jurnal yang berisi hasil pemikiran atau penelitian pada bidang sistem informasi akuntansi. Jurnal yang dikelola Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Kampus Kota Pontianak, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika ini dipublikasikan secara online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Lingkup penelitian pada JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, antara lain penerapan software akuntansi, rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi, dan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android. Periode penerbitan JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Dengan adanya JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah untuk menampung hasil pemikiran atau penelitian dari para peneliti, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

CV. Kevindo Auto is a company engaged in the automotive sale and purchase of used cars. Accounting data processing system at CV. Kevindo Auto is still done by manual recording. This can lead to high risks that may occur with this manual recording system, including frequent errors in recording transactions, difficulty finding transaction evidence and losing proof of transactions that occur at the company. CV. Kevindo Auto requires a computerized system that will be able to provide convenience in recording all transactions that occur up to the reporting process. The use of the zahir accounting program is the right solution for solving problems that occur in this company. Using the zahir accounting program can shorten the time and simplify the process of managing accounting data. Accounting data stored on a computer makes filing safer and easier and faster in the reporting process.

Abstract

CV. Amin Rizkana is a manufacturing company producing rosella-based tea. The production process still faces several obstacles, mainly related to the recording process for each operational activity, and the filing process is still done manually and has not been structured, namely the absence of accounting still relies only on memoranda that are archived in the map. So there is often a difference in arithmetic because there is no fixed record and archived notes are often lost and it is difficult to find transaction data. With the support of this accounting information technology system, manual and conventional data processing processes can be carried out effectively with a computerized system. The design of information systems with the Cost of Process method with a computerized system is the best solution. Every process of rosella flower tea production is recorded accurately so that it can provide real-time and valid data to support management in making strategic decisions. The author designs and implements the system using the Java Netbeans 8.1 Application Program, by making Account Codes, Recording Raw Materials, Labor Costs, Factory Overhead Cost (BOP) Allocation, Ledgers, and Cost of Production. Abstract

Catering Kino is a catering that serves food orders at an event, generally weddings and seminars and factories. catering Kino is a caterer that puts forward service quality and an excellent taste image. In serving kino catering customers, customer satisfaction is prioritized from ordering to the quality of the food served and providing good facilities. So that to calculate so much inventory can be a burden on the mind for the business owner, which is basically the business owner doing it manually or just following his intuition about the amount of material needed. So we need an information system that provides accurate information. Based on the background of these problems, it is necessary to make changes by utilizing a digital or online accounting information system, namely by using the Accurate Online application. Abstract

Accounting Information System basically includes information systems related to the accounting system of an institution. Accounting has a function to see, observe the financial condition of an organization whether the organization is profiting or losing. The role of information technology in assisting the accounting process in companies/organizations has been going on for a long time. The main reasons for using IT in accounting are efficiency, time and cost savings. Podomoro Motor Pontianak is a company engaged in the service and sale of vehicle parts whose data processing is still very simple. All sales processes still use handwritten paper, resulting in errors in recording and the resulting reports are not precise and accurate. Therefore, the authors designed an accounting information system for service revenues and sales of spare parts so that they can solve the problems that exist in the company. It is hoped that this computerized system can achieve a better system, effective and efficient as well as accurate reports. The method used is the Waterfall model method, namely there is a needs analysis, design, program code generation, testing and support.

Abstract

The effects of the pandemic have resulted in students being required to understand online learning. Many digital media are used by schools to carry out teaching and learning activities, one of which is E- Learning. E-Learning offers an optimal learning process that suits every student's needs and can be accessed anywhere as long as it is connected to an internet connection. The purpose of this research is to produce an E-Learning information system as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities. The model used in building the E- Learning system is the SDLC Waterfall model. The Waterfall method starts from the planning, analysis, design, testing, and maintenance processes on the system. Web-based e-learning is expected to make it easier for teachers to provide materials, assignments, and exams online through the website. Likewise, students can also access E- Learning materials anytime and anywhere using various types of gadgets they have.

Abstract

PT. Smart Retail Perkasa is a company engaged in retail or business activities that do not only sell real products to consumers, selling services or services to end consumers for personal use not but also adding value to the product through additional business. During this time PT. Smart Retail Perkasa Pontianak City still uses a manual system in ordering and recording online orders, and the absence of online sales recapitulation reports this can hinder companies in obtaining information about profit/loss and the development of assets owned so that it can have an impact on decision-making processes that are not appropriate. The sales system and the limitations of promoting goods at the company require to create and develop an online-based sales application that allows companies and consumers to interact to order goods easily and directly, so that there are no errors in the management of order data, transactions, and financial reports. The methodology used in the following research uses the waterfall method. The results of the following research are in the form of an application design that is able to manage online sales data. This web based e-retailing application was created using the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language as a tool and run the software, Sublime Text 3 as the source code editor, MySQL as the database, Php Myadmin 4.9.2 as the database editor, and Wampserver 3.2.0. as the web server.

Abstract

PT. Aneka Makmur Sejahtera Capem Kota Baru yang merupakan salah satu toko yang bergerak di bidang jasa penjualan sepeda motor, yang saat ini belum memiliki data dengan penyajian yang cepat dan tidak terdapat history penjualan, masih mencatat transaksi pembelian pada selembar kertas note dan nota tersebut diberikan kepada pembeliatau konsumen. Yang menghambat proses kerja dan melihat unit motor apa yang dipilih konsumen dan mencatatnya kemudian memberikannya kepada konsumen, setelah itu data pembelian di nota direkap ke dalam jurnal, sehingga sangat menyulitkan kasir untuk merekap kembali transaksi bulanan yang harus diberikan kepada pimpinan bank setiap bulannya, karena proses rekap laporan masih mencari data satu persatu. Selain itu, peningkatan penjualan akan mengakibatkan kasir mengalami kesalahan input data atau kesalahan kasir dalam memberikan informasi hasil penjualan unit sepeda motor dan sepeda motor kepada kepala cabang. Yang menggunakan ERD, LRS. Bahasa pemrogramanPHP, HTML, CSS. Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL, dan paket program XAMPP untuk membuat server lokal, aplikasi ini membantu proses penjualan unit kas motor yang menampilkan nama barang, jumlah atau, harga barang, dan total harga, dan memudahkan proses rekapitulasi laporan transaksi penjualan bulanan berdasarkan tanggal bulan tersebut. tahun diperoleh dari daftar transaksi penjualan pada aplikasi penjualan unit sepeda motor.

Currently, the Legal Bureau of the West Kalimantan Governor's Office is doing manual recording with Ms. Excel mediaso that it is prone to errors and takes a long time so it is hoped that the existence of this Shopping Object Details Controlling Information System can simplify the detailing process to the maximum and shorten the checking time. A computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this Legal Bureau, and it is hoped that with a computerized system, an activity that is more effective and efficient can be achieved in supporting the activities of this Legal Bureau. The resulting system divides level access rights into 2 users, namely access rights at the level of the Chair of the Finance Subdivision and access rights at the Treasurer level of the Finance Subdivision. Where each access level has its own limitations on the applications made. The finance subdivision treasurer can view the final report on operational expenditure expenditures, manage users, manage operational expenditure transactions, manage types of operational expenditure transactions, login and logout.
