Abstract

The village library is one type of public library that is a place to attract users who are in the village environment and have a very important role. People who have a desire to read, while their reading material is incomplete, this library will be the support for that desire. As for the government’s efforts to foster literacy throughout the archipelago, one of which is the national literacy movement. There are six dimensions that have become the benchmarks for this national literacy movement, including: (1) reading and writing literacy (2) numeracy literacy (3) scientific literacy (4) digital literacy (5) financial literacy (6) cultural and civic literacy. These six dimensions are tools used by the government to develop and deepen knowledge for society. Abstract

Pesantren are expected not only to play their traditional functions, namely as a transfer of Islamic knowledge, maintenance of Islam and reproduction of the ulama', but also directed toward functionalization for the development of society as a whole through pesantren reforms so that the pesantren can survive until now. In the current millennial era, the views of pesantren are very complex, but still the measure of success is a balanced vision and mission between traditional and modern education so that human resources can live a social life in society. The success of an organization/institution requires professional management skills in managing all available supporting resources. Therefore, management is very important for a leader to master both theoretically and practically so that he can manage his organization practically and efficiently. Management can also be said as a form of activity in moving other people or leading on the basis of a predetermined goal.

Abstract

Humans as homo divinans/Godly creatures are also often referred to as homo religious/ religious creatures. In evolutionary terms, the basic abilities that cause humans to become divine beings are because in the human soul there is a religious instinct which is a natural literary religion, meaning that the process of development is highly dependent on the efforts of an educator, as is the case with other roles of reason. Without an instinctual education process, the child will not be able to develop optimally. Hence religious education is absolutely necessary to develop this instinctual power. Skeptical analysis that is not absolute, and can be one reason how important education is in human life in evolutionary ways. The changes that occur slowly but surely through an enculturation process or the inheritance of human cultural values as creatures who will always make changes both in the social and cultural fields, this effort is made in order to achieve maximum development. Children are the main object in education. Likewise the concept of prenatal education is a period of inculcating exemplary values ​​and habituation in children through parental behavior. Any behavior will easily be reflected in the child's personality at birth. This will be reflected in either the actions of the parents when the child is still in the womb or is already born, it also affects the psychological development of the child. So parents must always try to maintain their behavior and attitudes in order to remain relevant to religious norms, as an effort to get educated and qualified children both physically and mentally

Abstract

The character of a nation is needed as a characteristic and capital in the development and progress of the nation. The character building of the community begins through a process carried out through formal and non-formal education in which the character building proes begin early, adolescence, even in adult humans. The deterioration and incompatipatipatiacy of character with the identity of the nation, will be problematic for the nation. If we pay attention to this, the reality in our country lately character, moral or moral problems become a very visible problem and require very serious attention. Various forms, models and concepts have been implemented, but do not appear to have met the maximum results. A concept of character education, moral or moral, has actually been widely studied, implemented, but nevertheless there are many concepts of character education that are actually widely studied and applied, but not widely known and taught in the world of education. The Taisīr al-Khalāq is one of the books that describe character education. Although the book already contains the concept of character education, but because of its composition that has different characteristics with today's works, especially those containing character education that has mostly been used in Indonesia, there are still many people in general do not know more about the book, even though it is one of the study books in boarding schools, especially salafiyah-based, and has even applied what is in the book. The concept of Character Education in Taisīr al-Khalāq Perspective management function "POAC" can be concluded that 1) Planning, namely by realizing all the gifts of God in the form of various potentials that have before looking for knowledge for students. 2) Organizing, namely with the form of proper subject sorting and class class class class class. 3) Actuating, namely by motivating teachers and students through the encouragement to apply some of the existing adab in the book 4) Controlling, namely by avoiding things that can eliminate the understanding of the lessons that have been obtained, as well as keeping the classroom stable and conducive.

Abstract

Character Education is a deliberate attempt or effort to develop virtues that are the main human nature that is good for yourself and the surrounding environment. In the process of character building, family education plays a very important role in the formation and development of children's character. Family is the first environment for the child, a very important environment in shaping the personality pattern of the child, because in the family the child is first taught with values and norms. Planting commendable characters such as honest, courageous, disciplined, responsible, cooperation, friendly, patient, independent, affectionate and caring will be realized when in the family instill and carry out character education early on. This can happen because there is a mutual attitude towards the parents towards the child, and the child will feel neglected, and supported by a close bond between the parent and the child at home

Abstract

The national education system has established educational standards adopted in Islamic education providers in Indonesia as a whole. This preference of course leaves the question, the extent to which the foundation of education has been met by national education standards. This descriptive-analytical study outlines the foundation of Islamic education covered by national standards of education. From this study it can be identified that the foundation of Islamic education is relevant to the educational standards set by the national education system. The national education system has contained humanitarian values with various conditions, challenges and changing times that very quickly undermine the values of literature itself. The national education system has demonstrated efforts to transform people with knowledge with attitudes and behaviors that fit the framework of Islamic values. Because the purpose of education creates human resources with Islamic personality, in the sense of how to think based on Islamic values and spirit in accordance with the spirit and breath of Islam

Abstract

Character Education Management is actually the process of cultivating character values to students or students, and in the Book of á¾¹dá¾±b Al-á¾¹lim Wa Al Muta'allim whose notabennya classic book has established a unique managerial activity in character education to students, both in the scope of formal, non-formal, and informal education. Abstract

The culture of the organization does not exist simply, but must be created. maintained, and strengthened, even altered to conform to the internal and external demands of the organization. Organizational culture will affect the effectiveness of the organization. So far many studies have concluded that a strong organizational culture will make members more satisfied, motivated and have a great commitment to the organization. Abstract

Curriculum management today is increasingly getting attention from scientists who pursue the field of curriculum development, educational technology and education administration. This study is considered to occupy the most important part in the study of curriculum development and educational administration. This is natural, because the curriculum is an important component and is a very vital educational tool within the framework of the national education system. That is why, every educational institution, both formal and nonformal, must have a suitable and harmonious curriculum, appropriate to the position, function and role and purpose of the institution. Curriculum is an educational plan that summarizes all learning experiences provided for students in school. In an integrated curriculum philosophy, values, knowledge, and educational deeds. The curriculum is prepared by education experts or curriculum experts, experts in the field of science, educators, education officials, entrepreneurs and other elements of society. This draft is prepared with the intention of providing guidance to the implementers of education, in the process of guiding student development, achieving the goals aspired by students themselves, families, and communities. At this time the burden of learning and the number of subjects presented to children is very heavy. Therefore, all will only stuff students with a variety of materials that are more dominant in cognitive specs but not effective as a part of the purpose of character education. It is currently considered necessary to include Wasatiyah Islamic values in the Islamic education curriculum, which contains three concepts, namely values, character, and teachings. Therefore, the teacher is the key holder of the implementation and success of the curriculum. He is actually the planner, implementer, appraiser, and developer of the real curriculum.
