Abstract

Telkomsel is one of the largest cellular telecommunications service providers in Indonesia. This analysis uses the Text Mining method and Social Network Analyst (SNA) method to be effective in determining the perception of complaints and excess customers against Telkomsel providers, so the company can improve quality, resolve customer complaints, and Increase Brand Awareness. Based on the results of the analysis there are perceptions of complaints and excess regarding Telkomsel service and facility providers that need to be improved again.

Abstract

The increase in internet service users in obtaining information and knowledge has made many institutions or organizations begin to create and design websites. One of the institutions that started to build a website is UPT OAIL. In the process of forming the OAIL website, a good User experience (UX) design is needed because it affects user satisfaction in using the website. The analysis and design of user experience in this study uses the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) method. The TCSD method can identify user needs and task needs. The stages in the research are user identification and observation, user and organization requirements analysis, design as scenario and walkthrough evaluate. In this study, identification and observation were carried out by interviewing UPT OAIL staff as well as prospective users. The test is based on the usability method using USE Questionare on the ease of use dimension. The results of the study obtained that the interpretation score for testing the ease of use dimension was 94.2% with the conclusion that the average user or respondent chose the design of each page and the features made were very easy to use.

Abstract

PT. Bali Age is a company which engaged in freight forwarding service. Because of this, the company is using the trucks for carry out of their operational activities. Every truck always gets a routine maintenance at their garage, so they must provide the spare parts stock by themselves. The currently procurement of spare parts are still based on paper. By implementing the decision support in a new procurement system, it can provide a supplier recommendation for this company. This supplier recommendation which provides by system, are getting from the result of the comparation value from criteria priority calculation, using AHP method. The AHP method that implemented in this system, can also provide the final result of supplier recommendation comparison value with accurately.

Abstract

BPJS health is a social security organizer that organizes health insurance for the community. One of the most important activities is the preparation of a BPJS recommendation letter for class three which is managed by the Bogor City Social Service. To make a recommendation letter, the applicant must submit the letter to the service department and must be approved in advance by the head of the social service office. so that letter-writing services can run quickly and effectively, applications must be made available that make it easy for the head of the office to see and approve the existing application letter. In this study the method used is the waterfall so that it can understand the overall problem and produce applications that suit the needs of users. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience for the applicant, the service department and the head of the office in the process of submitting a BPJS recommendation letter and approval made in the proposed recommendation letter.

Abstract

This automatic train doorstop is made by using two infrared sensors and the sensor's piezeotronic sensor will be controlled by Arduino, this sensor will be useful if it detects the arrival of a train, if the train has passed this sensor then automatically the doorstop will be closed, when the train passes one more sensor then the doorstop will open automatically. For information to the community that there will be a train passing, it must be equipped with a bazzer and other indicator lights. With this automatic doorstop, the level of accident at the railroad crossing will decrease.

Abstract

Soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merill.) are an important source of protein in Indonesia, it is a part of variety of beans. The soybeans’ need is increasing as people demand for raw materials. While there are so many problems with soy plants that they cause the decline in soy production. The decline in the production of soybean plants has been due to both pest and disease factors. Therefore in this condition it would require an expert to address the problem of soy farmers, but in this condition the lack of an expert and the time of the expert is a problem, so with by existence expert system can provide an alternative to addressing problems. This system of experts can be used to help soy farmers in an effort to identify pests and crop diseases and how the prevention and treatment of pest and soy diseases. The system was used Backward Chaining methods. This application made based Web used PHP programming language.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is one form of a formal education unit that provides vocational education as a continuation of (Junior High School) SMP / MTs and equal. One of them is SMK N 1 Koto Baru. In the processing of academic data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications, the number of students approximately 550 students are divided into 9 departments so it takes a long time in the processing of academic data. This study aims to analyze the development of SMK N 1 Koto Baru to process academic data such as attendance, assessment of daily exams, duties, and final exams. The development of this system uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results obtained from this study in the form of student report cards per academic year.

Abstract

Consumer financing is financing activities for the procurement of goods based on the needs of consumers with payment in installments. While the Financing Company is a business entity specifically set up to conduct leasing, factoring, consumer finance, or business credit card. The finance company will approve the proposed consumer credit after a credit analysis of the feasibility of providing consumer financing, if approved and not disetujui.Dalam analysis process for consumers, there are some that are not accurate, therefore consumers can not afford to pay in a timely manner resulting in bad debts , To solve the problem we need a model that is able to classify and predict consumer data is problematic and not problematic. In this research, testing ie k-Nearest Neighbor and k-Nearest Neighbor optimized genetic algorithm is applied to the data consumer that gets better the consumer credit financing is problematic or not. From the test results by measuring the performance of the three algorithms using Cross Validation testing methods, Confusion Matrix and ROC curves, it is known that the k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm optimized Genetic Algorithm has the AUC value and highest accuracy.

Abstract

Honey guava is guava that has an extraordinarily sweet taste. The level of sweetness of honey guava can beat the sweetness of apples and other fruits. Quality seeds are the main thing to get planting that can provide optimal results. Quality seeds come from pure varieties, free from pests, diseases, and treatments suitable for this type of honey guava. This application can help farmers to obtain information on determining the best quality of honey guava seeds by applying the TOPSIS method and can be better selected based on the specified criteria. The application of the TOPSIS method uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which states that the best alternative is the alternative that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution, so the best alternative is the alternative that has the largest percentage, namely Green Deli guava. With a value of 77.97%.

Abstract

Kabupaten Karawang is an area ranked 3rd as an area that has the potential to be prone to violence against children. Every year from 2016 to 2020 always shows an increasing number every year. Classification with data mining by applying the 4.5 algorithm is expected to be a solution to reduce the number of violence against children in Karawang Regency. The data that has been obtained is validated using k-fold cross validation and then evaluated using a confusion matrix and ROC curve. The C4.5 algorithm can be used to classify data on violence against children in Karawang Regency and get good results. The results of the confusion matrix using 60:40 split data on the violence dataset in children in Karawang Regency produce an accuracy value of 82.8125%, a precision value of 96.8% and a recall value of 90.5%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Good Classification" of 0.897. The 70:30 data split method was evaluated with the confusion matrix, resulting in an accuracy value of 93.2432%, precision of 94.5% and recall of 87.5%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Excellent Classification" of 0.953. The 80:20 data split method was evaluated with the confusion matrix, resulting in an accuracy value of 92.9142%, a precision of 91.7% and a recall of 81%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Excellent Classification" of 0.941.
