Abstract

The new student registration system at SMA 2 Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya is still done conventionally, the problem with using a manual system is that manual storage can result in damage or loss of new student registration data and takes a long time to make reports. Problems like this can be overcome by utilizing information technology such as a new student registration information system using the waterfall software development development method which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance. The new student registration system provides information on new student registration, the selection process for new student registration and reporting on the number of new student admissions

Abstract

Poverty is a condition of a person or group of people with limited assets and valuables. With these limitations, the community is unable to finance the necessities of a decent life. Standards for the needs of a person’s life worth include food and drink, clothing, a place to live or a house,work and so on. The selection of social assistance recipients is still done manually so that it will affect the outcome of the decision. So, it is necessary to create a system that helps the decision support process for social assistance recipient the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method. In ANP there are 7 (seven) stages, including : determining alternatives, determining criteria, determining alternative comparisons for each node in the criteria cluster, determining the comparison of criteria for each node in the alternative cluster, calculating the weighted supermatrix, calculating the unweighted supermatrix and supermatrix limit. The alternative refers to the name of the community that is the candidate for assistance and the criteria refers to a requirement for social assistace recipients in the Bumirejo sub-district. The first step is calculating ANP by inputting alternative data and criteria data and determining an alternative comparison table for nodes in each criterion cluster and vice versa, in order to produce an index and consistency ratio. The implementation of ANP determines an unweighted and weighted supermatrix with a limit supematrix so as to produce a rangking of decision support system for determining poverty ranking in the provision of social assistance with the lowest synthesis value of 0,11824021. so it can be concluded that this final result can be used as a benchmark for social assistance recipients based on predetermined criteria

Abstract

Face recognition is a biometric system that is widely applied in various fields especially in the security for identify and verify purposes. For every method of face recognition, they have a unique ways on the process with their advantages and disadvantages themselves. This study designs a face recognition system that is applied to a room security system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This method works by imitating the way nerve cells to communicate with interrelated neurons or rather mimics how artificial neural networks work in humans. The process of taking images as training data and the face recognition process using a webcam camera installed on a Raspberry pi-based device and python programming language with tensorflow library. Based on the results of research obtained using 875 data samples which were divided into 75% for training and 25% (or 219 data) for testing data produce predictions with 100% accuracy that means all data were successfully recognized.

Abstract

Vegetables are food ingredients of plant origin that have a high water content, vegetables can be consumed fresh or processed into a dish. The diversity of vegetables in the world causes many classification processes for vegetables. Such as classification based on cultivation method, edible organs, botanical classification and classification based on growing conditions. In this study, a dataset of 17 types of vegetables and 2,550 images of vegetables were used. The vegetable species classification process uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm because it has good ability in classifying image objects. The trial process was carried out using five smartphones with an Android-based operating system. The process of designing this android-based application uses the python programming language with the Tensor flow module for the testing and training process of data. The final result of the accuracy test on vegetables resulted in an average accuracy of recognizing the types of vegetables by 70% with one of the results of the classification test on vegetables producing the highest accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract

Independent labor in general is an important part of supporting the running of a business for entrepreneurship. Planning for manpower needs is part of the preparation of a recruitment program to make choices to attract qualified workers to an agency. However, not all selection processes have succeeded in attracting qualified workers as desired. Therefore, the role of DSS in solving this problem is urgently needed. In this study, the results of the OCRA method, the best alternative, namely A9 for Irna Yuni, S.Sos achieved a score of 0,552.

Abstract

Boss camping is a company engaged in services, namely the rental of camping equipment. Because it is engaged in goods rental services, the company uses a social media operating system to carry out its operational activities. The system is expected to make it easier to rent and provide real-time equipment information so that customers do not need to go to the rental place to check the stock of equipment to be borrowed, so as to make it easier for customers who will rent climbing equipment. In addition, this system is able to assist admins in managing data, so as to provide valid and accurate information. The decision support system was obtained using the Copras (Complex Proportional Assessment) method. The Copras method is applied in a decision support system in order to solve the problem because it is used to calculate the utility of a predetermined alternative for comparison and calculate the evaluation of the maximum and minimum criteria separately

Abstract

Technology and computerization in hospitals are very important, to improve health services. Hospitals need changes in the registration section where in Lembang Hospital there are still frequent delays in service due to the treatment identity cards owned by patients are easily damaged or faded because they are still handwritten on paper cards, this study aims to make the electronic medical identity card system a a card made from vpc which is not easily damaged and this can help to improve services at the Lembang Hospital. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and system development methods using the SLDC method. The tools used are in the form of DFD diagrams and programming using Visual Studio 2010. Sowith this system, it is hoped that the quality of service will increase because patients can store medical identity cards safely and medical record officers can easily find patient data on the system.

Abstract

The introduction of the function of human organs is one of the science subject matter taught to elementary school students. However, there are still many students who have difficulty understanding and memorizing the material because of the many organs in the human body with different functions. Currently, the teacher still uses the conventional method where the teacher explains the material to students only through the media of books. In addition, the monotonous way of delivering the teacher is considered unattractive to students so that students do not easily understand the material taught by the teacher. Educational games can provide a fun atmosphere when learning, especially for elementary school students. This research is expected to make educational games for students to make it easier to understand school material, especially the introduction of human organs.. The method used is a scoring system with. The steps to determine the categorization begin by determining the statistical data descriptively including the minimum range (Xmin), maximum range (Xmax), wide distribution range, theoretical mean (μ) and standard deviation (σ). The results of this system show a categorization scale on each criterion and overall and produce three categories, namely bad, good, and very good. Categorization is used as a parameter of students' knowledge about the function of human organs with predetermined assessment categories.

Abstract

The Final Assignment Information System (SITA) is one of the information systems owned by the Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) that was created to meet the needs of students to provide information related to their final project. The study was conducted to analyze the student user experience of the Final Project Information System (SITA) using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). UEQ is a measurement method by reviewing the aspect of the user and the aspect of the user's comprehensive experience in using the information system with a questionnaire scale. The UEQ has 26 questions that require respondents to answer questions covering 6 aspects, including attractiveness, efficiency, clarity, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. From the questionnaire obtained 39 student respondents who understand the use of the Final Project Information System (SITA). The test results got data on attractiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and stimulation got a positive evaluation. As for the clarity and novelty data received a normal evaluation. Then the results of the benchmark evaluation obtained attractiveness, clarity, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty to get a category below the average. For the results of the efficiency evaluation, the category is above the average.

Abstract

Yandhi bakery is a company engaged in the business of selling bread in the city of Pati. Yandhi bakery business development is not too significant because the sales and ordering system at Yandhi bakery still relies on direct interaction with customers. Moreover, during the current pandemic, large-scale social restrictions are also one of the obstacles in sales. So that makes it difficult for the customer to make transactions with the Yandhi bakery. With the economy not being so good because there is no significant increase in sales, it requires this business to try online business opportunities through the use of E-commerce. This research was conducted to design and build e-commerce sales and orders at Yandhi bakery in order to facilitate the transaction process. Website development uses the Codeigniter 3 framework which is one of the php frameworks. The result of this research is to facilitate the transaction process between the customer and yandhi bakery, customers can place orders anywhere and anytime without having to come directly to the yandhi bakery store
