Abstract

Along with the rapid growth of the internet today, many products are emerging based on internet systems, one of which is e-commerce. The increasingly rapid growth of e-commerce has become a competitor to conventional stores which can now be seen from the decline in the number of mall visitors. The main point of this paper is to analyze the availability, price, promotion, service, trust, and variety seeking factors that influence online purchasing decisions at e-commerce. -commerce. The population and sample of this research are e-commerce users, by taking 100 samples using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that availability, price, promotion, service, variety seeking simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Partially availability (availability) and search for variation (variety seeking) have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in e-commerce, while price, promotion, service have an effect but not significantly on online purchasing decisions at e-commerce. Availability is the dominant factor influencing online purchasing decisions in e-commerce.

Abstract

PBME is important to be carried out by the provider or owner of infrastructure projects, especially the government to measure the impact of the benefits of infrastructure development, so that the benefits received by the community are in accordance with the plan, both from economic benefits and social benefits. In Indonesia, PBME has only been implemented by NGOs that provide project loans and grants. This study carried out PBME on the Serang Regency government irrigation development project in 2015-2020. The aim is to measure the impact or benefits of development on the economy in the form of agricultural products, which are calculated using indicators of economic feasibility, namely Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV), as well as conducting improvement studies and providing recommendations to stakeholders. By using the method of collecting data by conducting interviews and questionnaires to the farmers, and the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Kab. Attack to find income from agricultural products before and after irrigation. Then it is calculated using an investment feasibility analysis, namely BCR and NPV with the assumption of an interest rate of 3.5% and 8%. In the sensitivity analysis, in the scenario of the effect of irrigation improvements on increasing farm income, the BCR value of 0.71 was obtained at an interest rate of 3.5% and a BCR of 0.66 at an interest rate of 8%. Meanwhile, the net present value benefit was -5,916,326,647.41 at an interest rate of 3.5% and -6,264,733,105.51 at an interest rate of 8%. Judging from the results of the economic feasibility analysis, it is seen that the BCR and NPV values ??are still below the predetermined standard. It is necessary to make improvements and provide recommendations to stakeholders so that the benefits received can be in accordance with the investment feasibility criteria.

Abstract

Discussion related to work engagement is important for studied in human resource management. Purpose of this research for review studies that discuss work engagement related with other topics such as leadership styles, HRM practice and organizational commitment. Data used a total of 30 articles indexed by Scopus for the 2019-2022 period. This study method uses systematic literature review (PRISMA) and technique analysis with analysis bibliometric using the VOSviewer software. Visualized analysis results through Co-Authorship Co- Occurrence , a quote article most identified through 10 groups citation highest. Showing that work engagement relates with other topics are leadership styles, HRM practice, organizational commitment, behavior psychology and systems work. Studies literature this expected becomes reference for next study regarding work engagement and other relevant variables

Abstract

Discussion regarding employee rewards is very important in the management of human resource management. This study aims to review studies that discuss employee rewards. The data used is 32 with 2 Scopus databases using the Publish or Perish and Taylor and Francis applications in the 2017-2022 period. The analysis technique used is Prisma and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the topic of employee rewards is related to the topic of motivation and productivity which is visualized through Co-Authorship and Co-Occurrence. This literature study is expected to be a reference for further research on employee rewards.

Abstract

CV Fajar Papua Abadi is a company that produces millstones and is located in the West Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. The type and source of data that the author uses in this writing is Primary Data which is data obtained directly from the source, namely CV Fajar Papua Abadi in West Sentani District, Jayapura Regency and secondary data is data obtained indirectly through books, magazines magazines and other guidebooks that can help writers in this research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis tool used in this paper is an analysis of labor productivity levels with the formula Labor Productivity = Output/Input x 100%. Based on the calculation results it can be explained that in 2018 a workforce of 10 people can produce 1,361 cubic millstones with a productivity level of 136.10%. In 2019 the number of workers increased to 12 people with millstone production of 1,472 cubic meters with a productivity of 122.66%. In 2020 the number of workers will increase to 14 people, able to produce 1,584 cubic millstones with a productivity rate of 113.14%. In 2021 the number of workers will increase to 15 people, able to produce 1,696 cubic meters of millstones with a productivity rate of 113.06%.

Abstract

One of the variables that affect the product mix is ??the brand. Building a brand in a product requires a strong effort to create a real or symbolic product difference. A strong product will get a high Top of Mind level. If this happens, it can be concluded that the product brand already exists in the minds of consumers. Building a good brand can be done through the promotion mix. In the promotional mix the variables that influence are: sales promotion, advertising, sales force, public relations, direct marketing. In general, the purpose of this study is to get an overview of the brand equity of Teh Botol. As for more details, the purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision of Sosro Botol Teh Beverage Products. The research was conducted on the people of Jakarta on social media Instagram, using questionnaires and literature techniques. The results of the calculation of Brand Recognition Brand Awareness for 47 respondents are as follows: 44 respondents (93.6%) stated that they knew the Teh Botol Sosro brand and included it in their answers, 3 respondents (6.4%).
