Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, E-leadership Competencies, and Coaching Leadership on Employee Wellbeing among employees of PT. Rita Retailindo in Cilacap. The data collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. In taking the sample, the researcher will use a non-probability sampling method called purposive sampling technique with a total of one hundred and forty-eight employees collected in the managerial division of PT. Rita Retailindo in Cilacap. The hypothesis testing used in this study was using AMOS software version 24. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is a positive effect of Transformational Leadership, E-Leadership Competence, Coaching Leadership, on Employee Wellbeing

Abstract

The problem of unemployment is one of the main and vital problems for all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the developing countries that has a problem in the form of open unemployment. Open unemployment is unemployment caused by an increase in job vacancies that is lower than the addition of the existing workforce. The reason, more and more people are not getting a job.This research aims totest Economic Growth Economic Growth, Labor Force Participation Rate, Provincial Minimum Wage and Human Development Index of Unemployment Rates in districts or cities in East Java Province in studied. This research uses the Panel Regression model with a period of 5 years between 2017-2021.This research examines 38 provinces, consist of 29 kabupaten dan 9 kota in Jawa Timur. This research shows that the Economic Growth and Labor Force Participation Rate have a significant negative impact on Unemployment Rate in Jawa Timur years 2017-2021. However, the Rovincial Minimum Wage and Human Development Index variable has an significant positve impact on Unemployment Rate in Jawa Timur years 2017-2021.

Abstract

Some Honda AHASS motorcycle repair shops still faces bad system that give impact on overload customers when registration for service at the repair shop. However, most of the repair shops currently have switched and taken advantage of technological developments to deal with the above problems by providing online booking service program. This program was created to make it easy for Honda customers or users to register their bike to get service program. This study aims to explore depthly the effectiveness of the Honda AHASS online booking service among university students. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 25 Bumigora University students. There are two findings in this study. First, online booking service program easy to use for students because they are able to save time in ordering bike service program. 15 out of 25 students said it was easy to use this program. Second, this program gets a positive response from students and this shows that there is satisfaction from students with the online booking service. the application of online booking service services still needs to be maximized because there are still some students who do not know about the existence of this service.

Abstract

An independent region is when the region's own-source revenue is the main source of revenue in financing regional expenditures so that it does not depend on loans to stakeholders, the provincial and central governments. The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the effect of general allocation funds, local revenue and spending capital on the regional financial independence of Blitar City. The research sample is 10 years old, originating from the Blitar City budget report for the 2012-2021 period. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results of the study show that the General Allocation Fund and Capital Expenditure have no effect on Regional Financial Independence, while Regional Original Revenues have an effect on Regional Financial Independence.

Abstract

Along with the rapid changing of technology and information that is increasing in the current digitalization era, industrial development has also increased significantly, including the beauty industry which tends to affect the modern lifestyle of all levels of society both locally and globally. Currently, consumers have enthusiasm for beauty and skin care products, so it is easier to get the desired product, including consumers in the city of Manado. The internet continues to grow rapidly and affect people's shopping lifestyles, from conventional are now shifting towards a modernization lifestyle. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of E-Commerce and Word of Mouth on the Purchase Decision of La Roche Posay Skincare Products in Manado City.The research method used in this research is quantitative methods. Population in this study is La Roche Posay user in Manado City who bought product through e-commerce like shopee and tokopedia. And the sample in this research using roscoe method, so The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The source of data in this study is primary data.Based on the results of this study, the regression equation is as follows: Y= -0.761 + 0.365 (X1) + 0.625 (X2). As a result of the calculation of the t-test, the E-Commerce variable (X1) partially has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision (Y). This can be seen from the probability that E-Commerce (X1) has a probability value smaller than 0.05, namely = 0.000 and the value of tcount 4.849 > ttable 1.991. The Word of Mouth variable (X2) partially positively affects the purchase decision (Y). This can be seen from the degree of probability level smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000 and the value of tcount 5.244 > ttable 1.991. The results of the F test showed a calculated F value of 85.328 > Ftable 3.117, with a significance of 0.000. Which means that the variables E-Commerce (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) simultaneously affect on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Job demand, Job Crafting, Job Resource on the Work Engagement of employees in manufacturing companies in Surabaya. Data were collected from one hundred and thirty seven employees in Surabaya with the method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. Data analysis used SPSS version 23. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study showed that there was a positive effect of Job demand, Job Crafting, and Job Resources on Work Engagement. Managerial implications in this study are how employees think about the job demands experienced by employees of organizations that have goals, work environment and self-efficacy are very important in group and organizational life. Employees are expected to be able to commit to the organization both emotionally and intellectually. This research is expected to make managers and subsequent researchers think that job demands are supported by many influences on the employees themselves which make the employees enthusiastic in carrying out their duties or obligations

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the Work Environment, Work Motivation, Self efficacy affect employee performance in textile company employees in Jakarta. Data were collected from two hundred and two textile company employees in Jakarta with the data collection technique used was a purposive sample. The test hypothesis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate the positive influence of the Work Environment, Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. The managerial implication in this study is how companies must add available work facilities to increase employee performance activities to be more productive so that company goals are achieved, managers must also provide more motivation to employees to do the job properly according to production targets, managers must also trust employees more so that can perform most of the tasks very well so that the company's goals are achieved, managers must also be more able to control the performance of their employees in order to produce performance that is in accordance with the goals of textile companies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of green culture, green transformational leadership, green human resource management on green organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. Rita Ritelindo in Cilacap. Data were collected from two hundred and fifty one employees of PT. Rita Ritelindo in Cilacap with the data collection technique used was purposive sampling. The hypothesis test used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is a positive effect of green culture, green transformational leadership, green human resource management on green organizational citizenship behavior. The managerial implication in this research is how managers should have more frequent conversations or discussions about environmental issues, because environmental factors cannot be predicted, managers must also be braver to be more responsible for encouraging employees to achieve the company's green goals and leaders as well must consider green innovation movements with employees to create a green environment within the company, and also management must have the courage to acknowledge green initiatives publicly so that employees are aware of the importance of being environmentally friendly, and managers are expected to be more courageous in making new practices to improve environmental performance organization in order to create an environment that is healthy, safe and can provide comfort to every employee.

Abstract

 Prabumulih used thirty variables from the results of previous research which were then validated with experts and became a total of thirty-three variables. On these variables, interviews were conducted with respondents. The interview results were analyzed using spss and ranked based on the risk analysis. The results are then thrown back to the respondents for category risk mitigation (unacceptabrle). From these results, there are seven dominant risks. Abstract

Maintaining and improving employee productivity is one of the efforts that can be done to enhance the company's success. To ensure that the quality of employee productivity is maintained, the company needs an information system that can manage employees and provide services to all employees. The problems faced by PT. Intinusa Selareksa includes the current attendance system that uses a barcode scanner. The attendance system has several weaknesses such as damage to the barcode scanner device, making it difficult to read the barcode code on employee identification cards, and many cases of lost or misplaced employee identification cards. Another problem faced is the non-computerized managerial activities such as the leave, permit, and overtime application process. This causes difficulties for the HRD department to provide information quickly and accurately because the report-making process is still manual. This research aims to obtain a system design result and develop a web-based attendance and leave data processing information system for employees. The system development method used in this research refers to the waterfall method. The stages of this research include analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The system design uses Unified Modelling Language (UML). A website-based information system can present information related to employee administration management, specifically aimed at improving services in the HRD department
