Abstract

Profitability is one of the variables that is often studied in relation to profit manipulation. If the company has sufficient profitability, the company has the opportunity to maintain its business continuity. It is stated that potential investors will carefully analyze the smooth running of a company and its ability to earn profitability gains, because they expect dividends and market prices from their shares. Profit manipulation carried out by the management can be minimized by implementing GCG. For this reason, management is given some power to make the best decisions for shareholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of GCG on profit manipulation and the profit ratio as an intervening variable. The population in this study consisted of 10 (ten) bank sectors listed on the IDX. The data processing method uses Eviews10, data processing techniques with statistics, then classical assumptions, after that panel data and path regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has an effect on the profit ratio, while independent commissioners, audit committees, and independent commissioners have no effect on the profit ratio. directors, independent commissioners, audit committees, and institutional ownership together have an effect on the profit ratio. Directors, independent commissioners, audit committees, institutional ownership, and profit ratios have no effect on profit manipulation. The profit ratio is a mediator of the effects of the audit committee, institutional ownership on profit manipulation, while the profit ratio is not a mediator of the effects of independent commissioners and directors on profit manipulation

Abstract

The process of processing grades and determiningrecommendations for SMK majors is still generally done manually,while the results of the decisions must be announced on the sameday. The selection of majors at Yasbam Vocational School iscurrently through an academic test that is seen from the criteria forthe average value of report cards, TKJ theory tests, OTKP theorytests, TBSM theory tests, and specialization questionnaires.Therefore, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can helpto solve the problem of selecting majors according to the abilities ofprospective students. This majors selection system uses the simpleadditive weighting (SAW) method for better decision making. Theresearch objectives of the decision support system for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam are to obtain the results of the analysisusing the SAW method, to obtain the results of the designinformation system to support the decision support for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam and to obtain a decision supportinformation system to recommend the selection of majors. Themethod used in this research is Research and Development. Theresults show that this system is divided by users, namely Admin andStudents. In the implementation of the Admin interface system, thereare eight menus, namely Login, dashboard, criteria data, criteriaweights, alternative data, alternative values, selection results,recommendation results, majors and users. While in the studentdesign there is an interface design, namely Login, dashboard,recommendation results. The design of this interface is based on thedesign on context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entityrelationship diagrams that have been created by applying them tothe form. Based on the test results, it was concluded that studentshad received a major recommendation from the decision supportsystem for selecting majors at SMK Yasbam using the SAW (SimpleAdditive Weighting) method.

Abstract

The poverty rate on the island of Sumatra is still categorized as high.This is due to the lack of professional human resources who canproduce and develop their own natural resources. One of theGovernment's current priority programs is human resourcedevelopment. Human resource development can be implemented bytaking into account the level of education of the community. In otherwords, taking into account the level of education will be able to reducepoverty. Therefore, in this study, poverty modeling in 10 provinces onthe island of Sumatra will be carried out and analyze what factorsinfluence poverty. The research method used is panel data regression,where the data involves cross section and time series. In this study, thedata obtained are secondary data sourced from the Central StatisticsAgency (BPS). There are three dependent variables used, namely thepercentage of poor people, the poverty depth index and the povertyseverity index. While the independent variables used are educationvariables which include Literacy Rate, Average Years of Schooling,Gross Enrollment Rate (APS), Pure Participation Rate (APM) andSchool Participation Rate (APS). The results showed that the bestestimation method for the three dependent variables was the RandomEffect Model estimation method. The independent variables that areequally significant for the three models include literacy rates and pureparticipation rates. Meanwhile, the independent variables which areboth insignificant for the three models include gross enrollment rateand school participation rate.

Abstract

Mudharabah and musyarakah profit-sharing financing are trademarks of Islamic banks. In addition, profit-sharing financing is considered appropriate to move the real sector where later from this financing a direct relationship will be formed between the bank and the customer in terms of capital and the risks borne, so that people who want to open a business can benefit from profit-sharing financing. This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy, non-performing financing, and the level of profit sharing on profit sharing financing with profitability as a moderating variable. The population and sample used in this study are Islamic commercial banks with annual financial statements for the 2015- 2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling in sampling. The total sample selected was 40 samples. The analytical technique used in this study uses the statistical application of Eviews 9. From the results of the t-test analysis (partially) shows the results that capital adequacy, financing problems, the level of profit sharing do not affect profit sharing financing. From the results of the analysis of the F test (simultaneously) shows the results that together capital adequacy, non-performing financing, and the level of profit sharing affect profit sharing financing. From the results of the MRA test (moderated regression analysis) it shows that profitability does not moderate the relationship between capital adequacy and profitsharing rates with profit-sharing financing, while profitability moderates (weakens) the relationship between non-performing financing and profit-sharing financing.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the factors that drive consumerperceptions of young Indonesian Muslims towards cryptocurrencyinvestment intentions. The sample in this respondent was selectedusing a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumersbeing Muslim. The number of valid respondents was 120. All datawere analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The variables used inthis study are product knowledge, perceived quality, perceived risk,and behavioral intention. The results of this study indicate that theeffect of product knowledge has a positive effect on the perceptionof the quality of young Muslims towards cryptocurrency investment,product knowledge has a positive effect on the risk perception ofyoung Muslims towards cryptocurrency investment, and theperception of quality has a positive effect on the intentions of youngMuslims. Muslims towards cryptocurrency investment, Riskperception has a negative effect on the intentions of young Muslimstowards the use of cryptocurrency investments, Product knowledgehas a positive effect on the investment intentions of young Muslimstowards cryptocurrency investment. pay more attention to halalsensitivity and have an MUI halal certificate, so that Muslimconsumers can have an interest in cryptocurrency investment.

Abstract

Buying and selling activities are activities that become a means to meet human needs, be it the needs of clothing, food, and housing. Because these three things are basic needs that must be met by each individual. UD Apollo must always think that every object of sale and purchase must be in good condition and quality, so that consumers are not disappointed or feel disadvantaged. Buying and selling does not only apply between regions, but between regions. In the distribution process of Apollo audio sending goods to various cities in Indonesia, Apollo audio has risks that arise in the distribution process, namely goods that are damaged due to shipping when the goods arrive to consumers and this problem has also often occurred in the distribution process of Apollo audio. The background above explains that selling used audio online has a high risk of damage due to shipping and it is related to customer satisfaction, but there are still many consumers who are still active in shopping for used audio. The aim of the research is to find out what distribution strategies are appropriate in overcoming damage and services to increase customer satisfaction. This type of research is qualitative research. The population of this study are all consumers who have purchased products at Apollo audio. The research method used in this research is to use interviews. The number of respondents used in this study were 5 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is triangulation. The results of this study obtained that there are several distribution strategies of Apollo audio in overcoming damage and services to increase customer satisfaction, namely: (1) Strategy in distribution selection. (2) Packaging procedure strategy. (3) Good and effective complaint handling strategy

Abstract

Tourism is one of the industries that is expected to be able toincrease economic growth and become a contributor to thecountry's foreign exchange. Indonesia is a country that is rich inuniqueness, beauty and diversity. One of them is located in KutaiKartanegara Regency in East Kalimantan Province. KutaiKartanegara has various natural and artificial tourist destinationswith potential prospects to be developed and managed. One of thenatural attractions is the Duta Pemedas Beach tour in Samboja.This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of TouristAttractions, Facilities and Accessibility on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Thistype of research uses explanatory (exploratory research) with aquantitative approach. The population in this research is the beachvisitors of Pemedas ambassador with a sample of 100 respondents,using probability sampling and simple random sampling method.Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSSversion 25 program. The results obtained from this study are (1)Tourist Attraction has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (2)Facilities have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (3)Accessibility has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; and (4)Tourist Attraction, Facilities and Accessibility have a significantsimultaneous effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Duta Pemedas Beach,Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

Abstract

Good or bad economic growth can be seen in the financial statements, namely the balance sheet and seen from the total value of fixed assets. This is usually a consideration for internal or external parties in making decisions. Assets are very important things owned by the company. In the company's operational activities, fixed assets have a very significant role in producing goods and services, providing benefits to the company and to achieve company goals. This means that decision makers really need information related to fixed assets in the company. These decision makers need information related to accounting for fixed assets in accordance with accounting theory based on Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 16 in the company's activities. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative shortness. From the results of the study it can be concluded that PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk in its scope is not in accordance with PSAK No. 16, measurement and depreciation of property, plant and equipment in accordance with PSAK No. 16.

Abstract

Good performance can be supported by a good organizational culture and work environment. Organizational culture and work environment can have an influence on the performance of its resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational culture and work environment at Telkom Bandung High School, as well as whether organizational culture and work environment have a partial or simultaneous influence on teacher performance at Telkom Bandung High School. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is to use secondary data and primary data and also conduct interviews with the Principal of Telkom Bandung High School. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. In this study, using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis, with hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study and the results of responses from respondents, the variables of organizational culture, work environment, and teacher performance are at the level of the "Very High" category. This study found that 56.8% is the influence of organizational culture and work environment on teacher performance. Suggestions that can be given referring to the results of this study for Telkom Bandung High School are for teachers with school management support to maintain the cultural implementation that has been carried out so far, it is hoped that the school will maintain existing physical assets by maintaining or increasing the budget for asset investment, In the future, schools need to periodically and consistently evaluate the planning of learning programs and their implementation.

Abstract

Government institutions must be able to increase the productivity of their employees because in government and private institutions productivity is needed to achieve the goals that have been determined from the start, and employees play an important role to achieve these goals. Based on the Achievement of Productivity Programs and Activities, the productivity of the employees of the Bandung Regency RPRA Secretariat has decreased, this productivity in some previous literature is influenced by work motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine work motivation and work environment at the Bandung Regency RPRA Secretariat and to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on work productivity at the Bandung Regency RPRA Secretariat either simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sample with 67 respondents. This research was assisted by the IBM SPSS 24 program. The result of this research is that work motivation has a partial effect on work productivity, while the work environment variable does not partially affect work productivity. Meanwhile, work motivation and work environment partially affect work productivity.
