Juridical Analysis of a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) to Realize the Protection of Workers' Rights and Welfare (Research Study at the PT. Bersama Gemilang Property Batam Office), has been carried out as it should, in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. There are factors related to the protection of the rights and welfare of contract workers. The qualifications/types of writing in this journal use normative legal writing, and then integrate it with sociological/empirical legal writing, and to analyze some of the problems in this journal, Lawrence M. Friedmen's big theory, Jeremy Bentham's middle theory, and application theory are used. / applied theory Mochtar Kusumaatmadja. The results of the analysis are still experiencing several obstacles both internally and externally. The obstacles faced have not been the implementation of rights and welfare, which have been prioritized and carried out but not yet perfectly. It is very necessary and improved in terms of supervision in terms of quality and quantity in order to suppress and not give space to violators who do not comply with contract workers. There is also a need for wider socialization in a timely manner regarding the implementation of the new law on the rights and welfare of contract workers.

Land registration aims to guarantee legal certainty and certainty of land rights. By holding land registration, the parties concerned can easily find out the status of the legal status of the particular land they are dealing with, their location, area and boundaries. And also as a condition for the implementation of orderly land administration. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal arrangements regarding the process of registering land rights and ownership status in order to confirm legal certainty and how to implement, constraint factors and solutions to problems that occur in the community. This research uses normative legal research methods. The normative method is writing that uses primary materials or data. In normative legal research, library materials in the form of basic data which in the study are classified as secondary data. Secondary data can include primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the legal arrangements regarding the responsibilities of the Batam City National Land Agency in the process of registering land rights have been carried out well by the Batam City National Land Agency in order to realize legal certainty for the people of Batam City. However, in carrying out their duties there are still obstacles in the process of registering land rights in Batam City because of the imbalance of authority with the Batam Concession Agency as the holder of land management rights in Batam City. So, the solution is expected to have special regulations regarding this so that the process of registering land rights in Batam City can run in accordance with the laws and regulations.

In the Juridical Analysis of the Role of Customs and Excise in Supervising and Preventing Crimes of Smuggling of Goods at the Customs Commission Type B Batam, it aims to discuss the legal arrangements for the role of customs in supervising and preventing criminal acts of smuggling of goods and the implementation of obstacle factors, obstacles and solutions for the role of customs in supervising and preventing the crime of smuggling of goods (research study at the Customs and Excise KPU type B Batam). This study aims to determine the Juridical Analysis of the Role of Customs and Excise in Supervising and Preventing the Crime of Smuggling of Goods at the Customs Commission Type B Batam.The research conducted is descriptive research with the method normative legal approach (normative juridical) is carried out by means of study literature. Data collection tools used in this research are data in the form of document studies and literature searches and by using additional data in the form of interviews.The results of the study indicate that the general legal arrangement of Customs and Excise authority according to Law No. 17 of 2006 is, Customs and Excise receives reports or information from someone about a criminal act, summons people to be heard and examined as suspects or witnesses, examines, seeks , and collect information on criminal acts, arrest and detain people suspected of committing criminal acts, request information and evidence from suspects who commit criminal acts.For this reason, it is hoped that with the existence of complete legal rules and firm witnesses related to the crime of smuggling of goods, all related elements are able to understand the legal rules made to protect the public from the threat of danger, and legal rules should be emphasized so that no more criminal acts of smuggling of goods occur.

Grant is a covenant with which the giver in his life freely and cannot be taken back to hand over something to which the recipient receives the gift. As for the question of how grants to minors and symptoms should be performed and how they will be satisfied if they are given to minors. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of legal protection, constraints, and mechanism for executing child grants and efforts to achieve their completion. The adoption of grants to minors should be accompanied by either the parents or the guardians. The study was empirical juridical, qualitative analysis. The literature of the theory referred to under section 1682 PCT chapter 37 pp no. 24 1997, on which grants still have to be made in front of PPAT. Studies that grant could be granted to minors on the condition that a parent should have a guardian or representation of a child, the problem that occurs in the granting of a child to a minor is that other families demand the right of the grant where it is performed without the consent of another sibling, the way it is done by a notary notarized deed, and then it is renewed with a firm and clear vow. For legal protection against property from minors, legal care can be made through parental or child custody, whether by law or by law, it may not be used to transfer, transfer or distribute the child's wealth unless it is granted by the court.

the Aspect of Human Rights (Research Study at the Office of Social Affairs and Community Empowerment), has been carried out as it should, in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to the Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (Supplementary Gazette of the State Gazette of 2014 Number 5606). The qualification/type of writing in this journal uses normative legal writing, and subsequently integrates it with sociological/empirical legal writing, and to analyze some of the problems in this journal, Satjipto Rahardjo's big theory of legal protection, Jeremy Bentham's middle theory, while Soerjono Soekanto's application/applied theory. The results of the field analysis show that legal protection for children as victims of economic exploitation has not been effective. This means that there are obstacles/obstacles in its implementation, including the obstacles faced in dealing with the problem of violence and economic exploitation of children, namely law enforcement in controlling children, not solving the root problem, only taking curative action, not preventing it. For this reason, it is hoped that the government together with law enforcers will pay more attention and take firm action regarding the problem of economic exploitation of street children, both in terms of guidance and legal sanctions for perpetrators of economic exploitation.

THE INFLUENCE OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE FUNDS ON VILLAGE GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE IN KOTARIH BARU VILLAGE KOTARIH DISTRICT SERGAI REGENCY Suriana Suriana

This study aims to determine whether accountability and transparency in the financial management of village funds, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant effect on the performance of village government in Kotarih Baru Village, Kotarih District, Sergai Regency and how big the effect is. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 20, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y =6.578 +0.415 X1 + 0.438 X2.Partially, the accountability variable (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of village government in Kotarih Baru Village, Kotarih District, Sergai Regency. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (2,143 > 2,037). While the variable of financial management transparency of village funds (X2) has a significant influence on the performance of village government in Kotarih Baru Village, Kotarih District, Sergai Regency. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (2.173> 2,037). Simultaneously, the accountability variable (X1) and the transparency of village fund financial management (X2) have a significant influence on the performance of village government in Kotarih Baru Village, Kotarih District, Sergai Regency. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (18,489 > 3.29). The accountability variable (X1) and the transparency of village fund financial management (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the village government performance variable by 53.6% while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine whether communication and coordination both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang and how much influence he had. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 20, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.518 + 0.669 X1 + 0.327 X2. Partially, the communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (7.749 > 2.052). While the coordination variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (3.389 > 2.052). Simultaneously, the variables of communication (X1) and coordination (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (340.584 > 3.35). Communication variables (X1) and coordination (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of employee performance variables at CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang (Y) is 96.2% while the remaining 3.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusion above, The author suggests that employees and leaders should further improve and maintain existing coordination so that existing cooperation is more awake. Employees should work sincerely so that there are no company goals and employee needs are met by CV. Afif Raja Tambak Deli Serdang.

This study aims to find out what are the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that must be applied in providing services to patients at the Klinik medan medical center. How does the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) applied by employees in providing services to patients at the Klinik medan medical center on patient satisfaction. How much influence the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) applied by employees in providing services to patients at the Klinik medan medical center on patient satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 20, the following simple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 24.312 + 0, 405 X. Partially, the SOP variable (X) has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (Y) at the Klinik medan medical center. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (4.025 > 1.986). The SOP variable (X) is able to contribute to the influence of the patient satisfaction variable (Y) by 39.4% while the remaining 60.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that employees and leaders should improve SOPs within the company's internal in order to provide excellent service to patients. Leaders and employees should maintain patient satisfaction by improving clinical facilities.

This study aims to look at the communication patterns of the social companions of the Family Hope Program in the Family Capacity Building Meeting (P2K2) in Balige District. Family Capacity Building (P2K2) carried out by Social Assistance to beneficiary families (KPM) basically has the same goal as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is to improve the welfare and safety of the community in order to improve the ability of the underprivileged to manage their daily lives. . With the following conclusions: (1) Family Capacity Building Activities have interaction between social assistants and families who are beneficiaries of the social assistance. This interaction creates an emotional closeness between the parties involved. In this activity, communication between the parties involved. The effective communication starts from the closeness and shared experience between the Social Facilitator and the beneficiary. With the results of the study as follows, the communication used in Family Capacity Building activities is a type of interpersonal communication and group communication. (2) In P2K2 activities, social assistants must take an emotional approach to KPM PKH because emotional closeness will increase the extrinsic motivation of KPM PKH. (3) Communication barriers in P2K2 activities, social assistants must take more persuasive and humane actions, so that the message conveyed can be well received. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership variables and communication simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means transformational leadership variables, communication can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others.
