Abstract

Infarction Acute Myocardial (AMI) is damage to myocardial tissue due to severe ischemia that occurs suddenly. The incidence of heart disease undergoing inpatient and outpatient treatment in hospitals in Indonesia in 2019 was 239,548 people (WHO). IMA is included in the top 10 categories of non-communicable diseases that are the cause of death in hospitals throughout Indonesia, around 6.25%. Troponin T is a cardiac contractile regulatory protein molecule that can measure normal and abnormal levels to help diagnose AMI. The purpose of this study was to analyze troponin-T levels in AMI patients, and the average (percentage) results of troponin-t examinations in AMI patients at St.Elisabeth Hospital Medan 2022. This type of research is an observational descriptive designed. The sampling technique in this study is retrospective. The population are 240 people and the research sample are 93 people. The results of this study conduc on 93 patients show an average troponin T level of 13.07 ng/ml, SD 17.44949, most of the patients were 64 men (68.8%) and 29 women (31 ,2%) with the lowest age are 37 years and the highest are 79 years. The results show that 94.6% of AMI patients experienc an increase in troponin T levels. Patients with acute myocardial infarction when an infarction occurred, it will experience increased levels due to the release of the troponin T enzyme through membrane leakage due to necrosis, so it will show a peak value on examination.

Abstract

Hemoglobin Levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in people with diabetes mellitus often experience a decrease and increase due to uncontrolled eating patterns, drinking medicine is not routine, exercise is not regular. This can cause the patient to experience anemia due to decreased hemoglobin and inflammation due to increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2022 This study used a descriptive analytic design. The population in this study 46 people sample 31 with the technique of purposive sampling. Data collection is done using a check tool hemoglobin levels, namely hematology analyzer pentra ABX 60 and for erythrocyte sedimentation rate using the Westergreen method. The results showed that the minimum value of hemoglobin level was 1 and the maximum value of hemoglobin was 4, the average value of hemoglobin was 2.58 with a standard deviation of 0.848. Results The minimum value for the erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 2 and the maximum value of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 4, the average value of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 2.74 with a standard deviation of 0.930. So, the results of the study there was a decrease in hemoglobin levels and an increase in the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Suggestions in conducting research on hemoglobin examination and erythrocyte sedimentation rate follow the procedure according to the SOP and use complete personal protective equipment.

The results of the average pre and post hemodialysis blood creatinine levels show that the pre hemodialysis blood creatinine average level was 8.5398 mg/dl. The post hemodialysis average blood creatinine level is 5.4333 mg/dl. It can be concluded that there is a change in the pre-hemodialysis average blood creatinine level. and post hemodialysis is 4 mg/dl. From the results of measurements of blood creatinine levels of the study sample, it was found that most of the patients undergoing hemodialysis were abnormal

Indonesia reported that 28.7% experienced anxiety in the third trimester of pregnancy, anxiety during pregnancy can increase before delivery which is manifested as anxiety about having a miscarriage, anxiety about fetal abnormalities, fear of giving birth, and pain during delivery. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Smart Education Based on Family Approach Therapy (SMARTED B FATHER) intervention to reduce a pregnant mother’s anxiety in the third trimester. This study used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest research design with a control group design which was divided into 2 groups (17 respondents in the intervention group and 17 respondents in the control group). The results of the normality test of the data obtained that the data were normally distributed, so the results of the analysis using paired t-test showed that there was a decrease in anxiety levels before and after the Smarted B Father Intervention in the intervention group (p-value 0.002) and there was no decrease in anxiety levels in the control group (p-value 0.113), while the results of the analysis using an unpaired t-test showed that there was a difference in the level of depression after the Smarted B Father Intervention between the intervention and control groups with a p-value of 0.001. This research can also provide recommendations to health workers, especially midwives to provide services in the form of complementary care services

For this reason, the existence of a family companion team (TPK) is expected to be one of the efforts to accelerate the reduction of stunting in the Cianjur Regency area which has been established since 2020. The principles of stunting prevention are contained in the Cianjur regent regulation number 4 of 2020 concerning stunting prevention efforts. as well as the communication strategy for changing community behavior emphasizes that the community must be optimal and utilize existing resources and be mobilized to achieve optimal results, then act quickly and accurately, meaning that in efforts to prevent stunting, midwives, nutrition and trained health workers must act according to procedures. maintain nutrition services and professional code of ethics by prioritizing human aspects. Then strengthen inter-institutional and collaborative work, meaning that efforts to deal with stunting can not only be done sectorally, but require support from other sectors and programs that will be able to run optimally and effectively in the future.

Abstract

Smoking is a cause of many chronic diseases such as lung cancer, oral cancer, to cardiovascular disease. Smoking addiction is caused by the nicotine in cigarettes. Thus Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) was created as a substitute for nicotine consumption without smoking. While another drug that is widely prescribed is varenicline. However, varenicline is not yet available in Indonesia and the use of NRT is still very rare. Therefore, research is needed to compare the efficacy of the two. The research was conducted by studying the literature of international journals and obtained 12 journals that match the research title. As a result, varenicline monotherapy proved to be more effective than NRT or a combination of both.
