Abstract

This research sees the reality of developing media social technology which it's also used by our president Joko Widodo to record all of the activity while the President on the national duty or not. With his smartphone he uploaded his video to his private account. President Jokowi's hobby of vlogging affects so many people from local to international with posting a positive and negative comment on it. People's perception are different and various on President Jokowi's vlog, remembering every receiving message process there will be always a wall of culture, knowledge, and experience of the message receiver

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a communication activity that is considered important and should be considered by each company. This is because one of the tasks of Public Relations (PR) is as an instrument to be responsible for all groups entitled to these responsibilities. Especially the internal public groups and the external public, especially the surrounding community. Public relations as a mediator and communicator in an organization/institution includes one of which is fostering good relations with the external public. This is very closely related to the role and duties of a public relations officer to create a positive image for his agency. Pondok Kopi Jakarta Islamic Hospital is one of the hospital agencies that are aware of this. For this reason, Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital Rumas carried out CSR activities with the theme of Social Service for the Bekasi Flood Disaster, where the targets were several areas that were subscribed to floods in Bekasi. This research uses observation research methods, interviews with several sources, literature studies and documentation obtained from various sources. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative.

Abstract

Company profile is an information service that describes the identity of institutional information that can be used as a medium of information to convey about the company to the internal public and external public. Company profile is also a form of good service to the external public by providing accurate, reliable information and the information services provided must function properly. As an institution that embodies democracy in Indonesia, the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPU RI) requires a platform for transparency regarding the identity of the institution. Company Profile is considered to be able to represent the KPU RI in bridging information to the external public and as one of the KPU RI communication media that is informative and can reach the agency's targets. The study used descriptive qualitative data analysis methods by searching for primary and secondary data regarding the KPU RI, reviewing literature studies and related documentation in order to compile research results properly.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mass media is information related to the community, used in connection with the public (society) in general, professionally managed and aiming for profit. The higher the level of competition, the increasing complexity of the market and the more critical and selective readers of the rapid technological knowledge with the presence of online or internet media, and this makes activities need to be carried out professionally and critically in reading the market, because the success of business in the print mass media depends on the ability to meet the needs and goals of readers. The competition faced today is not only found among print media rulers, but the presence of online media also makes the print media industry need to have a strategy and require the role of someone who can control marketing activities so that a product still exists in the market and is not hit by competition. that many come from any direction. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, literature and documentation. With qualitative descriptive data analysis. With the Public Relations strategy in marketing Scarf Magazine, it is hoped that it can easily reach the target audience of Scarf Magazine.

Abstract

The communication carried out by radio is mass communication, namely communication to many people using media and the communication style must be in the form of personal or interpersonal communication because radio listeners. One of the main options or options for using radio for large companies is to promote their goods or services as a sales promotion (marketing promotion). These companies try to advertise their products as attractively as possible. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge from a listener community to SmartFren advertisements on Elgangga Radio with buying interest. Various concepts, programs, and Marketing Public Relations strategies are needed to attract as many consumers or visitors as possible, so that the company continues to grow and is able to face its competitors by providing satisfaction from its customers. The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach, and knowledge (variable X) and buying interest (variable Y) using a Likert scale technique in scoring used in the questionnaire. The results and conclusions show that the Marketing Public Relations strategy that has been carried out is going quite well, the management designs every strategy and programs that are made by taking into account market segmentation and consumer targeting, so that in making strategic programs it fits the wishes of the visitors. Abstract

Social welfare development is an inseparable part of national development. Social welfare also plays an active role in improving the quality of life of the Indonesian people. In achieving this social welfare, the government organizes the Family Hope Program (PKH), which is directed to become the epicenter and center of excellence for poverty reduction that combines various national social protection and empowerment programs. The communication has an important role in the implementation of policies. Policy will not run optimally without being balanced with effective communication from each of its elements. In this case, every stakeholder must be aware of and carry out an effective communication process, both from the government, assistants, to KPM. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the role of communication in the implementation of government policies on the implementation of PKH in Karangtengah Village, Gunungpuyuh District, Sukabumi City, to understand the suitability of the role of PKH facilitators in carrying out their duties and functions, and to understand the implementation of local government policies regarding the PKH program in the Kelurahan. Karangtengah, Sukabumi City. The method used is qualitative. The results showed that communication between stakeholders was not well developed, PKH Facilitators had performed their duties and functions well for KPM, and KPM assessed that PKH implementation had been good.

Abstract

Pentingnya menjaga komunikasi eksternal dan internal dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik kerap disadari oleh humas Pemprov DKI Jakarta, beberapa media lokal maupun nasional merupakan mitra Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam mampublikasikan informasi-informasi tentang segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan Pemprov DKI Jakarta kepada publik nasional maupun publik Jakarta khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program Humas Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Kehumasan Pemprov DKI Jakarta Dalam Memonitoring Berita Di Wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggambarkan situasi dan keaadaan yang dijalankan sesuai dengan kondisi apa adanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program yang dijalankan Humas dalam melakukan monitor terhadap pemberitaan dalam media dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktis dalam memonitor media. Salah satu teknik yang paling terkenal, namun sudah jadul, adalah clip counting atau kliping. Untuk mengetahui puas atau tidak publik kepada Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Humas DKI sangat berperan penting untuk menginformasikan dan menanggapi pemberitaan yang ada di Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui media.

Abstract

PT Coffee Sekawan adalah perusahaan di bidang kopi yang di dalamnya terdapat salah satu anak perusahaannya yaitu Sia Coffee. Perusahaan ini berasal dari Indonesia yang bermarkas di Gayo, Aceh Tengah. Sesuai dengan misi Sia Coffee sebagai pemasok utama dari kopi terbaik di dunia tanpa kompromi dan visi untuk membangun Sia Coffee sebagai merek kopi yang diakui di dunia. Dalam memperkuat positioning dan brand awareness produknya, Sia Coffee melakukan program “Diskon Solidaritas Dimasa Pandemi”. Program ini diperuntukan bagi pada pencinta dan penikmat kopi, walaupun ditengah pandemic covid-19 ini, para penikmat dan pecinta kopi dapat menikmati suguhan kopi yang berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi program Marketing PR PT Coffee Sekawan (Sia Coffee) dalam memperkuat positioning dan brand awareness produk. Menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus yaitu membutuhkan dari berbagai sumber data dan berbagai macam instrumen dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam memperkuat positioning dan brand awareness yang dilakukan oleh PT Coffee Sekawan menjadi bentuk komunikasi dan interaksi dua arah antara sebuah brand dengan konsumennya. Dengan kuatnya positioning suatu produk maka akan ada loyalitas yang tinggi pula dari pelanggan. Hal ini bisa mendorong adanya ingatan dan keinginan untuk menggunakan brand tersebut berkali-kali. Abstract

Management communicating easily and efficiently using cyber public relations. Corporate management in the industrial era 4.0 by exploring potential with a digitalization system. The current social media platform is Instagram which is often used as cyber public relations. The researcher cyber public relations social media industry era 4.0 in the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program using Instagram with industrial corporate cyber public relations in the 4.0 era. The research was conducted on the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program with qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis and the research subjects were informants through in-depth interviews in providing the required data. The findings in this study are that Instagram's cyber public relations social media can be useful for public relations. Corporate management can communicate with a broad target audience through social media Instagram.
