Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of LED lights from the point of view of consumers in the city of Padang.This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this research is the users of LED lights in the city of Padang, which requires 130 people. In this study the number of samples was determined using a random sampling technique. Random sampling with an equal chance of being selected. Research using the Gray Servqual method, using the Gray Servqual method can be used to solve the problem of uncertainty in cases with little data and incomplete information. From the analysis of these results, it can be seen how the quality of LED lights according to the consumer's point of view. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the LED lamps is good, but there are several attributes that need to be tried to make improvements.

Abstract

Industrial manufacturing company is a company whose main result in the production proccess are in the form of product. To expedite the company’s production activities supported by adequate machinery, so even with PT. X. But in maintenance activities, the Downtime that occurs exceeds the set downtime limit, which is 7,2% of 5% toleranacce limit. This study aims to find critical componenets of hammer mill machines baseed on one year engine failure history at PT. X using the Failure Mode Effecy and Analysis method. From the result of analysis there are 6 critical components of the hammer mill machine, namely: fixed blade, rotor blade, dynamo, V-Belt and gears.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the influence of social media (foodgram) and celebrity endorser on purchase intention culinery in Padang viral marketing as the mediation variable. The sample in study is 100 in Padang Society. Data processed using Smart PLS 3.0. The result of this research are: (1) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention culinery in Padang, (2) celebrity endorser has a possitive and significant effect on purchase intention culinery in Padang, (3) social media has a positive and significant effect on viral marketing,(4) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on viral marketing, (5) viral marketing has a possitive and significant on purchase intention culinery in Padang, (6) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention culinery in Padang with viral marketing as the mediation variable, (7) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention culinery in Padang with viral marketing as the mediation variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the purchase decisions of the online pre order system at Shopee online shop in Lhokseumawe city. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results of the study partially show that price, convenience, trust, and reputation have a significant effect on purchase decisions with the pre-order system at the online Shopee in Lhokseumawe city. Simultaneously, price, convenience, trust, and reputation also have significant effect on the purchase decisions with the pre-order system on the Shopee online shop in Lhokseumawe city.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the quality of services provided by e-commerce (2) determine the priority level of attributes for customer satisfaction. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study is the people of Padang City who have shopped more than 2 times through e-commerce. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 330 people. The data used are primary data obtained from online questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. This research was analyzed using SPSS v21 software. The results of this study indicate that 17 e-servqual attributes fall into the One Dimensional category and four attributes fall into the must be category.

Abstract

This research is a replication and development of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in order to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and ease of use on interest of using OVO. The sample used in this research were 150 respondents using questionnaire and google doc. The results of this research conclude that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on interest in use while perceived ease of use has no significant effect on interest of use. Suggestions that can be given in this study are giving attractive promos such as discounted prices. As well as increasing collaboration with various merchants to facilitate and add value to the benefits of using OVO electronic money. And for ease of use, the problem that often occurs is failure in filling, therefore it is necessary to monitor and improve the quality of electronic money readers so that the problem can be resolved immediately.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the stock determination and arrange the stock size using the economic order quantity (EOQ) technique with the discont factor at PT. Primajaya Maju Bersama Padang and calculate the minimum cost of shares using a different EOQ procedure. This exam is a graphic exploration (enlightenment). Important information is gathered through perceptions, meetings and writing audits. Requesting information from the last three years is used to estimate interest by applying the linear trend technique, winter strategy, and exponential smoothing. In addition, anticipated demand information will be used to plan merchandise requirements with EOQ. The consequence of this investigation shows that the exponential smoothing strategy is the best technique to use in anticipating demand in 2020. The exponential smoothing technique is used to ensure the least cost of stock and costs. With the economic order quantity (EOQ) method with discount factor, the total cost is 240,818,176 IDR.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: priority weights of driving factors in the application of Lean manufacturing in Kripik Balado Mahkota. This research is classifiied as descriptive research which analyzes the effect of several variables on other variables. The population in this study were all employees at UMKM of Kripik Balado Mahkota, totaling 15 people. In this study, the number of samples was determined using a purpose sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is intended to determine information that represents a number of information needed in the study, so that the sample are the owner and 4 employees in the production sector. The method used in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy AHP. This study indicate that the alternative driving factor for the implementation of lean manufacturing with the highest global weight is the criteria of QM 3/ waste analysis which has a weight of 0,11 using AHP and criteria of QM 5/ Total Quality Management which has a weight of 0,05 with fuzzy AHP. The main criteria has the best weight is quality management with weight of o,41 using AHP and 0,22 using fuzzy AHP.

Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro Business Unit produces tea in accordance with the amount specified in the Production Budget Work Plan (RKAP). However, the production plans that have been prepared in the company's RKAP are not always fulfilled. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro has an annual production target, this is done to measure the level of success in achieving production at the end of the year, but in practice there is a mismatch between the targets set and the final results obtained. Abstract

ln recent years, new financiaI services has been using technoIogy as an intermediary. Every year transactions using eIectronic money continue to increase. This research was conducted related to the evaluation of the use of e-money in Padang City, West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to evaIuate the use of e-money in Padang City. This research used UTAUT 2 model which influencing the use of electronic money in Padang, West Sumatra using quantitative methods with the Smart PLS 3 analysis with 250 respondents. The sampling in this study used the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that from social influence (SI), hedonic motivation (HM), habit (HT), behavior intention (BI), and use behavior (UB) benefits of this research is that it provide recommendations related to the UTAUT 2 model which can be used as consideration for future development of electronic money
