Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resources Management Audit on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi. This study is a causal-comparative research. This study population is the entire General Hospital Bekasi employees totaling 158 respondents. The selection of the sample using Cluster Random Sampling method. The number of samples was 80 respondents, derived from four divisions: medical division (8 respondents), paramedic (32 respondents), medical support (10 respondents), and general (30 respondents). The data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Prior to the study, first conducted trials-test with the instrument validity-test and reliability-test involving 20 employees of a General Hospital Bekasi were not involved back at the time of the study. Analysis prerequisite- test including normality-test, linearity-test, multicolinearity-test, and heteroscedasticity-test. The hypothesis-test in this study using simple-regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Human Resources Management Audit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance in General Hospital Bekasi indicated by r2 value of 0.518, the significant value smaller than level of significant (0.000 < 0.050) and the regression line equation is Y = 0.813 + 0.766X. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the street vendors at the Leuwiliang terminal know and apply sharia buying and selling in their daily marketing strategies and to find out whether the implementation of sharia buying and selling in their marketing strategies has an effect on the sales of street vendors. at Leuwiliang Terminal. To answer this question, the author uses descriptive qualitative research, namely an analysis of data that is explanatory and informational data that will be associated with theories and concepts that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Most of the street vendors in Leuwiliang Terminal Bogor do not know about buying and selling sharia, but when they are explained about buying and selling sharia and being asked again whether they apply sharia buying and selling in their daily buying and selling activities? The traders answered that they applied it in their daily buying and selling activities. And the street vendors at Leuwiliang Terminal are of the opinion that the implementation of sharia buying and selling has little effect on the sales of these street vendors. Abstract

This study is intended to answer the following problems: 1) What is the online marketing strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic in accepting students at Al Hafidz Leuwiliang Vocational School? 2) What is the influence of the Al Hafidz Leuwiliang Vocational High School Online Marketing Strategy in accepting students during the covid 19 pandemic? These problems were discussed through research conducted at SMK Al HAfidz Leuwiliang where this madrasa was used as a source of data information to obtain portraits, descriptions, answers and results of marketing management strategies in order to increase student acceptance. In this case the data obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation. All data will be analyzed descriptively, namely by pouring the results into sentences that are arranged in such a way that they can be neatly arranged sentences. The results of the study show that: 1) In the online marketing strategy at SMK Al Hafidz Leuwiliang implemented by every element in the school, this is because the marketing strategy planning implemented will be able to run more effectively and maximally. SMK Al Hafidz also uses three stages of online marketing strategy, namely: Segmentation; Namely consumer actions about the needs and wants both in the present and in the future , Targeting ; namely positive targeting in determining which areas will become customers of Al Hafidz Vocational School. Three villages are prioritized, namely Karacak, Karyasari and Cibitung villages, as well as Positioning; namely about how to establish a position to gain competitive advantage between educational institutions in Leuwiliang District. 2) The implementation of online marketing strategies does not have much effect on student acceptance. Abstract

This research focuses on insurance consumer behavior, the factors that motivate insurance consumer behavior, insurance consumer behavior models, insurance consumer behavior models, insurance perceptions and insurance consumer decision-making processes. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, namely a study that focuses on case knowledge through revealing accepted facts through interview and observation data. The results of the study obtained are to understand consumers, understand the consumption process, and improve one's personal ability to become an effective consumer. Understanding consumers and how they are consumed provides various uses, namely: helping managers to make decisions, providing researchers with a theoretical basis for researching consumers, helping legislatures and governments to legislate and make laws, and helping consumers to make better decisions. Abstract

The problem of debt is included in the field of personal status, where marriages are carried out between spouses, which as a result of the law of debt become a burden to be borne together from marriage agreements between citizens, especially related to the distribution of joint assets. How is the legal liability of debtors to creditors in the final period of marriage? and How is the legal protection for the debtor's innate property? Regarding the marriage agreement, it is regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This is because of the agreement made between the husband and wife both regarding joint property after marriage and the child's guardianship rights as well as the citizenship status of the child and each party. The method used in this research is normative juridical and empirical juridical research which is analyzed using legal certainty theory and legal liability theory. From the results of the research. Events that often occur in the field of debt, debt repayments that must be paid by the debtor are often not as agreed. In the legal certainty of customer credit guarantees on objects of land and building mortgages, there is a decrease in the appraisal value by the bank, but the binding of credit guarantees with mortgages is carried out if a customer or debtor obtains credit facilities from the bank. Divorce is an abolition of marriage accompanied by a judge's decision. or at the will of one of the parties, both husband and wife, through the submission of a claim by one of the parties to the marriage. Abstract
