Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi penataan lembaga petani konteks percepatan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan dengan mengambil contoh Sistem Integrasi Sapi-Kelapa (SISKA) di Desa Rambah Muda, Riau. Lebih spesifik riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi terobosan penataan bagi peningkatan pendapatan petani swadaya kelapa sawit. Sebagian besar data artikel ini diambil dari Penelitian Strategis Nasional 2017. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi: pelaku terkait SISKA di Desa Rambah Muda; Tujuan dan kepentingan aktor; Dasar sosial dan kelembagaan petani, dan; Jaringan sosio-ekonomi petani pola swadaya. Target khusus hasil penelitian tahun pertama ini adalah strategi penataan petani kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengaturan petani di era reformasi dimulai dari clustering kepentingan petani. Dinamika penataan hubungan kelompok antara ketua dan anggota dengan petani di luar kelompok menjadi basis penguatan idiologi kemandirian lokal di masa depan. Strategi penataan lembaga yang berfokus pada akses kuasa petani dalam proses pengambilan keputusan desa, inilah mendorong kerja organisasi petani yang lebih terintegrasi.This research is aimed to find the strategy of farmer institution arrangement in the context of acceleration of sustainable economic development by taking the example of coconut-cow integration system (known as SISKA) in Rambah Muda Village, Riau. Specifically, this research aims to find out breakthrough strategies for improving the income of farmers in oil palm self-help. Lots of this article's data is derived from the national strategic research 2017. The method was used to identify: SISKA-related actors in Rambah Muda Village; the aims and interests of the actor; the social and institutional basis of farmers, and; the socio-economic network of self-help farmers. The special target of this first-year research result is the strategy of structuring the oil palm farmers. The results showed that the strategy of farming in the reform era started with the clustering of farmers' interests. The dynamics of the arrangement of inter-group relationships between members and members with out-group farmers is a basis for strengthening the ideology of local self-reliance in the future. An institutional arrangement strategy that focuses on farmers' access to the decision-making process encourages the work of more integrated farmer organizations.

Abstract

Abstract In the last decade, there has been a spate of interest in how to reduce negative impacts of rapid oil palm plantation expansion caused by increasing demand for crude palm oil and fresh fruit bunches. Some international institutions proposed a certification program to ensure a sustainable oil palm production. However, certification become a huge challenge for oil palm smallholders. There are some barriers that the farmers face in accesing inputs, financial and marketing. The purpose of the present study was to analyse oil palm smallholders’ performance and challenges toward certification issues in palm oil supply chain. A survey was conducted to collect data in two types of smallholders, i.e. scheme and independent smallholders. The number of samples selected from the population is 150 samples consist of 70 independent smallholders’ samples and 80 scheme smallholders’ samples. The study assessed the existing performance of the smallholders plantation including farm income, oil palm productivity, and best practices in oil palm production. The study used household income analyses, comparative analyses, and assessment on the application of RSPO standards. The result shows that the performance of scheme smallholders are better than the Independent smallholders. There would be an increasing farm costs to comply with the RSPO standard. However, there would be no guarantte on premius price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan penggunaan unsurserapan melalui metode inquery di SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Metode penelitianadalah metode inquery karena penelitian berharap bahwa metode ini siswa dapatmenemukan langsung masalah yang dipelajari siswa. Hasil belajar sebelumpenelitian adalah sangat rendah yaitu ketuntasan sebanyak 13 orang 38,24%setelah diadakan perbaikan pada siklus I yang lulus sebanyak 14 orang 41,18 % danpada siklus II lulus 30 orang 88,24 %. Yang tidak tuntas masih ada 4 orang yaitu11,76 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan, fokus pada konsumen, pemberdayaan karyawan dan manajemen proses terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan tetap di PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 123 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanya 94 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS dan Uji Beda T-Test. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa Kepemimpinan, fokus pada konsumen, pemberdayaan karyawan dan manajemen proses secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawandi PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. Kepuasan kerja karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan relative tidak berbeda, walupun secara rata-rata kepuasan kerja karyawan perempuan lebih tinggi dari kepuasan kerja karyawan laki-laki. Perbedaan tersebut ditunjukkan dengan orientasi dimana kepuasan kerja karyawan laki-laki terletak pada tugas yang dikerjakan dan motivasi yang diberikan atasan, sedangkan orientasi kepuasan kerja karyawan perempuan ada pada besaran gaji, peluang promosi dan interaksi antar karyawan di dalam perusahaan. Pimpinan perusahaan harus memperhatikan sistem gaji dan promosi yang telah ada karena karyawan yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki menganggap bahwa sistem gaji dan promosi belum dapat memuaskan kerja, selain itu pimpinan juga perlu memperhatikan bagaimana hubungan interaksi yang ada baik itu karyawan dengan karyawan maupun karyawan dengan pimpinan sehingga kepuasan kerja dapat meningkat.

Abstract

The research was aims to formulate the feasibility of cultivation in combination ofrubber with jernang and minimum area that must be cultivated to meet the needs of decentliving for the community. Research located in Lamban Sigatal village at the DistrictSarolangun in Jambi. Method used is survey method by using questionnaire. The resultobtained, based on calculation of the IRR obtained a value of 16.30% with and interest rateof 15% this illustrates that the cultivation of rubber and jernang agroforestry worthconducting. In order to meet the needs of decent living for farmers, the cultivation of rubberand jernang agroforestry should at least cultivated area of 1.28 hectares.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Pekanbaru dengan subjek penelitian Karyawan perusahaan Event Organizer. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif verifikatif yang dimana menggunakan tehnik analisis Chi Square. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan data sensus sebanyak 40 karyawan. Data dikoleksi melalui kuesioner dianalisis deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa 36 karyawan membutuhkan iklim komunikasi organisasi untuk mempengaruhi kinerjanya sehingga menimbulkan peningkatan.This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the organizational communication climate on employee performance. This research was carried out in the Pekanbaru city with the subject of Employee research. This research is a kind of quantitative research which uses Chi-square analysis techniques. The sample used is census data of 40 employees. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that 36 employees need an organizational communication climate to influence their performance, leading to an increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di beberapa kota di Provinsi Riau. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 bentuk gaya hidup berkelanjutan masyarakat perkotaan di Riau yaitu: gaya hidup berkelanjutan yang sudah ada secara turun-temurun, gaya hidup yang berubah seiring dengan anjuran pemerintah, dan gaya hidup yang merupakan hasil perubahan personal yang berupa dorongan diri sendiri akibat menyimak fenomena lingkungan yang terjadi. Gaya hidup yang demikian pada dasarnya merupakan sintesis dari pemahaman budaya dan keterpaan informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how muchinfluence the budget goal clarity, organizational culture and reportingsystem on performance accountability at the University of Riau. Thestudy was conducted on 54 people at the University of Riau budgetusers. Respondent participation rate amounted to 90.75% (49people). The analytical tool used is multiple regression with SPSSversion 21. Tests performed include testing the validity and reliability,testing normality of the data and the classical assumptions, thecoefficient of determination and hypothesis testing research. Theresults showed that the higher budget goal clarity and organizationalculture will affect to the higher of performance accountability.Meanwhile, no effect was found between reporting system onperformance accountability. The coefficient of determination was30.2%, where at least 69.8% change in the performanceaccountability is influenced by other factors not included in thisstudy.

Abstract

This research is to see the application of the principles ofgood corporate governance in banks PD BPR Sarimadu, to investigatethis issue, this research is using a descriptive method with aqualitative paradigm, while the data source are the primary data andsecondary data. The sample was PD BPR Sarimadu. The results ofthis study demonstrate that PD BPR Bank Sarimadu are trying tocreate a business climate that is clean and healthy by trying tosuppress the behavior of fraud on lending procedures that wereimplemented in the company by applying the principles of goodcorporate governance in the company's activities. From this study itcan be concluded that there are an effect from applying the principlesof good corporate governance on corporate performance. Since it firstapplied, this principles of good corporate governance so far managedto reduce the level of credit risk with a decreasing trend.
