Abstract

This study aims to determine how street children perceive the need to play and learn at the Kolong Langit Gunung Brintik School in Semarang city. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were three street children aged 4-7 years and two assistants from Kolong Langit Gunung Brintik School, Semarang City as informants. Sources of research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of this research data is by triangulation. Data analysis in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the three street children who carry out activities on the streets are motivated by economic factors of parents, factors of low parental education, cultural factors of society. School under the sky as an alternative to provide assistance to children to fulfill children's rights, in this study the fulfillment of children's rights has not been fulfilled.

Abstract

Abstrak: The ability to adapt is an important part that must be possessed by every early childhood in their social environment so that children can socialize in their environment well and be accepted in their new environment. There are several factors that influence the adjustment of early childhood including counseling and also the school environment. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the effectiveness of counseling guidance on increasing the ability of early childhood adjustment in kindergartens in Bungkal Ponorogo sub-district. This type of research is a quantitative research with comparative causality. The research population is kindergarten in Bungkal Ponorogo District. Data collection with checklists and documentation. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. To test the validity using product moment correlation and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis technique used was the t-test analysis formula. The results showed that the mean values in the two schools were different and higher in kindergartens with counseling guidance services than in kindergartens without counseling services. Counseling Guidance services provided by Counseling Guidance teachers to direct the child's adjustment well in a more personal manner. Such as providing liaison books for parents, providing intensive guidance to children whose initial adjustment is still low so that they become well suited to their development.Keywords: counseling guidance service, self-adjustment ability

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the low listening ability of children. The question is whether there is an effect of storytelling activities using animated media on children's listening skills. This study aims to determine the effect of storytelling using animation media on children's listening skills. The hypothesis in this study is that children's listening skills can develop if the storytelling method with animated media based on idol characters is applied in learning. This research approach is quantitative where the type of research is a quasi-experimental design consisting of two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, with a non-equivalent control group design research design. The research variables were storytelling method using animation media (independent variable) and children's listening skills (dependent variable). This study took place at Al-afiah Islamic Kindergarten in Makassar, with research subjects consisting of 10 children, namely 5 children (control group) and 5 children (experimental group). Test data collection techniques, observation and documentation, with quantitative analysis. The conclusion of this study is that children's listening skills are developing

Abstract

Penilaian sistem pendidikan menjadi hal yang diduduki bahkan menempati posisi strategis dalam pembelajaran. Di antara aspek-aspek penting yang diberikan penilaian adalah aspek sosial, emosional, moral, dan agama. Semuanya membuat ukuran aktivitas belajar yang sangat berkelanjutan. Perkebunan hampir satu tahun ini akan menjadi tugas terpisah untuk mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Pandemi pasca-virus yang belum menunjukkan tingkat penurunan, perlu diberikan solusi definitif dalam sistem penilaian. Karena tentu saja sistem pembelajaran tidak bisa dilakukan secara tatap muka seperti hari-hari biasa. Hal ini juga menjadi perhatian sistem pembelajaran di TK Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal 40 Brengkok, khususnya di kelas B. Menghadapi pandemi, pendidik menganggap bahwa ada hambatan yang lebih dalam untuk penilaian peserta didik. Apa yang sebelumnya bisa dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, kali ini harus merumuskan metode baru karena kondisi yang merugikan. Di satu sisi penilaian terutama dalam empat aspek ini harus dilanjutkan, sebagai ukuran perkembangan anak. Dalam TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 40 Brengkok memberikan formula baru untuk kemudahan bagi peserta didik maupun pendidik tentunya dalam melakukan studi di masa pandemi ini. Karena kondisi seperti itu memang sesuatu yang baru di dunia pendidikan, karena kondisi seperti itu belum pernah dialami sebelumnya, tentu tidak hanya di sini, karena pandemi tidak hanya di kancah nasional bahkan kelas internasional hingga global, seluruh dunia berada pada titik pandemi covid 19. Namun, dalam hal penilaian, terobosan baru harus dilakukan dalam menanggapi kondisi saat ini.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan penelitian sekunder yang menggunakan data yang sebelumnya telah dikumpulkan oleh orang lain sehingga peneliti tinggal mengambil secara ilmiah melalui data hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Dari temuan jurnal yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa manfaat alat permainan edukatif wire game membawa manfaat dalam menstimulasi kemampuan konsentrasi anak, kedua ditemuan bahwasannya media wire game dalam menstimulasi kemampuan anak dalam memahami bentuk geomtri secara sederhana. Besar harapan artikel ini dalam menjadi pemicu peneliti dalam menguji manfaat meida wire game dalam aspek perkembangan lainnya

Abstract

Abstract: Art ability is one of the main aspects that must be developed in improving children's skills. Art also has a very important influence in stimulating the development of a child's brain. The purpose of this study was to find out how the artistic abilities of group A1 students and how to improve the artistic abilities of group A1 students through cotton collage at RA Muslimat NU XIII Nawa Kartika Talok. This research includes Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were group A1 students of RA Muslimat NU XIII Nawa Kartika Talok, which consisted of 17 students. This research was conducted in two cycles, with several stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that there was a significant increase with the completeness of the class target of at least 82.35% in cycle 2. Thus overall the artistic abilities of the children were in a very good stage of development (BSB) and through this cotton collage activity was able to improve artistic abilities in group students A1 RA Muslimat NU XIII Nawa Kartika Talok.

Abstract

The ability to read early childhood is caused by one of the factors in the family environment. So whether or not a child is able to read letters or words depends on how the parenting style is at home. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of ex-post-facto research. The total population of group B in TK Muslimat NU 001 Ponorogo is 129 children. The sample used is 56 children taken by random sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression. The significance level set is 0.05. In calculating the data, the researchers used SPSS 25 For Window and Microsoft Excel applications. The results of this study stated that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) in a simple linear regression test that is 0.00. When compared with a significance level of 0.05 (5%), the significance value of the variable is smaller than the significance level. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an effect of parenting variable (x) on the variable of reading habits (y) in group B at TK Muslimat NU 001 Ponorogo

Abstract

Financial education needs to be done by parents because parents are an important role in family education. This study aims to determine how the role of parents in conducting financial education in early childhood. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with four respondents who are domiciled in Magetan, East Java. The results showed that the role of parents in conducting financial education includes 1) parents are able to teach and set an example for children to save from an early age through the introduction of banks, 2) parents are able to provide creative education about finance through saving in a piggy bank that is made as creative as possible or provide an attractive piggy bank according to the child's character, 3) provide motivation for children to save money. The solution is to divert the child's attention, the father's role as a mediator, and communicate what is being taught.

Abstract

This article aims to explain classroom management strategies in improving student learning in group B TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban. In this research, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach and is descriptive in nature. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. There were 3 informants in this qualitative research, namely: the head of the Kindergarten, the class teacher in group B, and the guardians of students in group B. Data analysis used 3 stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. First, class management for group B students of TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban is carried out by referring to the process of planning, organizing, leading and supervising. Second, the effectiveness of learning applied to group B students of TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban is the activeness and skills of students that involve both physically and mentally, using various learning methods, teaching teacher motivation in class, creating democratic learning conditions in the classroom, and conducive learning interactions. Third, the strategy used to increase the effectiveness of group B student learning at TK PGRI RA Kartini Lajulor Singgahan Tuban, namely learning that links students to be active, seeks to encourage student interest and attention to learning, motivates student learning enthusiasm, adequate student services, improves teaching skills, conducting discussions on learning difficulties, and creating educational infrastructure in stages.

Abstract

Dental health in early childhood needs attention and counseling efforts in maintaining oral and dental hygiene. One way to treat dental health in early childhood at school is to brush their teeth properly and thoroughly will help children maintain good dental and oral hygiene . This study aims to find out how the influence of teachers on dental and oral hygiene of children at an early age at RA Al Aziziyah Jatiasih School, Bekasi City. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method. Namely by interview techniques, observation, and documentation, observation guides, documents and field notes. The research subjects were students of the RA Al Aziziyah Jatiasih School, Bekasi City.
