Abstract

Nutrition is one of the main determinants of the quality of human resources. Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is one of the four main nutritional problems in Indonesia. Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and anemia have a greater risk of illness, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy compared to normal pregnant women. As a result, pregnant women have a greater risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight, death during childbirth, bleeding, difficult delivery because they are weak and easy to experience health problems. This research uses a survey method with a descriptive approach . The research was carried out in Kaway XVI District, Aceh Barat Regency spread over 4 villages, namely Keude Tanjung Village, Puuk Village, Tanjong Bungong Village and Pungkie Village, from August 7 to December 15, 2021. The population in this study was CED pregnant women as many as 21 people. The results showed that there were more respondents in the status of not working as many as 18 people (85.7%), Mothers who had never had children as many as 11 people (52.4%), Mothers who consumed 15 people (71.4%). , good ANC as many as 15 people (71.4%), income < UMP as many as 19 people (90.5%), age group 20-35 years as many as 16 people (76.2%) and no history of CED as many as 15 people (71.4%).

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem in the world that has not been completely resolved until now. It is estimated that 22.2% or 150.8 million children under five in the world are stunted. West Aceh is one of the districts in Aceh province which has a high prevalence of stunting, so this is a public health problem. Therefore, it can be stated that the state of Indonesia, especially the province of Aceh and also the district of West Aceh, for stunting has not yet reached the WHO target, which means it is still a public health problem. Objective: to examine the effectiveness of education on prevention of stunting in pregnant women. Research methods: The design used in this study was quasi-experimental with one group pre and post test. The sample in this study amounted to 15 pregnant women. the sample was selected using consecutive sampling. Then tested the difference in knowledge of pregnant women using the Wilcoxon test . Results: the results of the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference in the knowledge of the respondents after being given education about stunting prevention by the researchers (p-value = 0.002). Conclusion: it can be seen that by providing knowledge education on stunting prevention behavior in pregnant women has very potential results, so it is hoped that the knowledge that has been obtained can be applied to future children. Suggestion: From the results of the study, nutrition education for pregnant women should be carried out several times so that what is conveyed can be received and can be understood properly so that pregnant women understand the importance of adequate nutrition so that stunting does not occur in their future babies.

Working mothers cannot take care of their children so this can be one of the risk factors for children to experience stunting and according to the 2019 SSGBI report states that the prevalence of stunting in kids under five, especially in Aceh province is 21.9%, West Aceh district is 24.5% . The high pervasiveness of stunting in youngsters under five in West Aceh is one of the general medical issues that must be addressed so as not to adversely affect the quality of the nation's generation of resources. Research objectives: This review intends to decide the connection among education and mother's occupation on the occurrence of stunting in kids under five years of age in Kawai XVI District. Research method: This examination utilizes insightful exploration technique with cross sectional strategy. The populace in this review were moms who had kids under five in Kawai XIV District. Information investigation in this review incorporates univariate examination, and bivariate examination. Results: The outcomes got that there is a huge connection between maternal schooling and the frequency of stunting p-value: 0.043 furthermore there is no critical connection between mother's work and the frequency of stunting in toddlers with p-value: 0.086.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and commitment in an organization towards the Teacher’s Performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. In this research, the population is 50, with 35 respondents taken as a sample with purposive sampling method. The research population ranges from varied education background (from Associates Degree to Masters Degree), employee’s age ranging from 25 years to above, and minimal 5 years of duty with the rank/category ranges from 2nd grade (golongan II). The measurement is done with likert scale resulting to 7 alternatives of answer. The instrument tests done in this research are validity and reliability test, whereas the model test done in this research is co-efficiency determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test. Hypothesis test used in this research is done with regression analysis with the t-count. The hypothesis assessment uses t count for the frequency distribution towards significance rate (α) 5%. The result of the research shows that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment of organization works simultaneously to influence the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. However, with the t-test, not all Sig t results below 0,05. Based on the research result, there are some conclusions taken which are: (1) The motivation provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (2) The compensation does not provide significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (3) Organizational commitment provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 52. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely transformational leadership, education, work discipline, work spirit and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.032 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.003 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.006 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.011 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant.
