Abstract

PT. Daya Eka Samudera is a company engaged in Marine Cargo Expedition (EMKL) since 2012. Most of the data processing in this company has not been computerized, such as processing of receipt data, and news of goods receipt. So, it has several problems such as difficulty in finding the Minutes of Receipt of the desired goods because they have to look for one by one, invalid data between physical and expedition books. It is quite vulnerable to manipulation, and data may be lost due to scattered or damaged expedition books. The analysis that has been carried out, using the PIECES method on the running system, found various shortcomings that require an E-Archive data processing application. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-based E-Archive application. Abstract

Production of raw materials is one of the scopes of PT. Cahaya Harapan Satya has a direct impact on production performance. Delays in the fulfillment of product orders ordered by consumers can harm the company. Meanwhile, if the supply of raw materials is excessive, it can increase storage costs, damage, and loss of raw materials. The purpose of this study is to overcome existing problems, for that, it is necessary to make an inventory system application that is useful for monitoring the availability of web-based production raw materials to solve the problems that occur. The web-based production raw material inventory data processing system that has been created is expected to be applied properly so that it can minimize and even solve problems that previously often occurred

Abstract

PT. Dayalima Abisatya, which is engaged in HR Consulting, still does not have a capable system to support business needs, one of which is in terms of lending information technology equipment for its business.Problems faced by lending are still carried out in various ways, such as by telephone, email, and even private messages to managers of information technology devices. Loan data storage is still in Microsoft Excel. There is a double record of borrowing due to data that is not real time. Loan reports in excel files often do not match. The purpose of this research is to design a system of borrowing and returning a web-based technology device. The results achieved are quite satisfactory and can run well according to the design

Abstract

PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics is a company engaged in transportation and logistics. Established since 2006, the business that is carried out is in the field of transportation services. In determining the promotion of PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics does not yet have a method to determine what will happen at this time. It has main problems, namely: There is no definite method in determining the promotion of vacant positions, because of the manual process carried out by HRD because in conducting the assessment. The employee appraisal process of PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics for the purpose of current promotions is still done manually and takes a long time in the employee appraisal process. Along with the development of the organization of PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics, the current assessment system is considered less supportive to be applied or used at PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics. So that the proposed system is expected to simplify and speed up the process and obtain information related to employees. Abstract

MNC Vision is a company that has many divisions in it. In mechanical engineering division, there’s a problem in handling damage complaints from employees. Due to the lengthy procedure, the complaint handling often does not follow the applicable procedures, causing difficulties in preparing reports and determining priority. Based on analysis and field observations, the mechanical engineering division requires a helpdesk ticketing system that simplifies the process of registering damage, determining priorities and reporting to the management. Registration of complaints per day continues to grow and causes the need for a helpdesk ticketing system to be quite urgent, therefore researchers use the RAD Rapid Application Development method in designing to speed up system design time.MNC Vision sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki banyak divisi didalamnya. Dalam salah satu divisi yaitu mechanical engineering mengalami permasalahan dalam penanganan komplain kerusakan dari karyawan. Karena prosedur yang panjang, sering kali pelaporan kerusakan tidak mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan dan menentukan prioritas penanganan komplain. Berdasarkan Analisa dan observasi dilapangan, divisi mechanical engineering membutuhkan sebuah sistem helpdesk ticketing yang mempermudah proses pendaftaran kerusakan, penentuan prioritas dan pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Pedaftaran complaint perhari terus bertambah dan menyebabkan kebutuhan akan sistem ini cukup mendesak, oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dalam perancangan untuk mempercepat waktu perancangan sistem.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a delivery information system for Denso Centra company. PT. Denso Centra is a company engaged in the sale of auto spare parts. In the delivery process to the customer's location, couriers often forget the customer's location and in reporting shipments there are often queues. Based on the analysis using the PIECES framework, it can be concluded that the main problem of PT. Denso Centa is the accuracy and efficiency of information that is less than the maximum on the running system so by making this web-based system it is hoped that it can produce better information. With the design of a website-based application program at PT. Denso Centra, is expected to help simplify the management of data on the delivery of goods and speed up the process of making reports to the leadership. The results of the modeling are in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. While the software used is the PHP and MySql Web programming languages and Micro Dreamweaver. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based delivery system which is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the delivery of goods at PT Denso Centra

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that makes rice as a staple food. This means that the more rice consumption is offset by an increase in population, the narrower the area of paddy fields due to the shift in function of paddy fields. It is very important to monitor land use in an area to avoid the problem of narrowing the rice field area caused by misuse of land which impacts on rice production. This study focuses on the objective of predicting the area of paddy fields, where the authors chose Cikampek District as research material. In addition, the authors use artificial neural networks as a method in their predictions. The program with matlab was chosen to display the predicted results where it was used as an indicator of the achievement of this research. This research method uses data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) for the Cikampek District area. The data used is from 2010 to 2020. The use of artificial neural networks with backpropagation has succeeded well in predicting the area of paddy fields where the parameters used in the design of artificial neural networks that must be considered include the number of input neurons, the hidden layer and the output layer. The results of the implementation with matlab obtained a graphic output from neural network training with MSE of 0.030922 and the test produced a regression of 0.9747.Indonesia merupakan negara yang menjadikan beras sebagai salah satu makanan pokok. Hal ini, semakin banyak konsumsi beras yang diimbangi dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk, maka luas lahan persawahan semakin menyempit dikarenakan beralih fungsinya lahan sawah. Sangat penting untuk memantau penggunaan lahan di suatu wilayah untuk menghindari masalah penyempitan kawasan persawahan yang disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan lahan yang berimbas pada produksi beras. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tujuan untuk prediksi luas lahan sawah, dimana penulis memilih Kecamatan Cikampek sebagai bahan penelitian. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan sebagai metode dalam prediksinya. Program dengan matlab dipilih untuk menampilkan hasil prediksi dimana hal tersebut digunakan sebagai indikator capaian dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) wilayah Kecamatan Cikampek. Data yang digunakan adalah dari tahun 2010 sampai 2020. Penggunaan jaringan syaraf tiruan dengan backpropagation berhasil dengan baik dalam memprediksi luas lahan sawah dimana parameter yang digunakan dalam perancangan jaringan syaraf tiruan yang harus diperhatikan diantaranya jumlah neuron yang dimasukan, layer tersembunyi dan layer keluaran. Hasil implementasi dengan matlab diperoleh grafik keluaran dari neural network training dengan MSE sebesar 0,030922 dan pada pengujian menghasilkan regresi sebesar 0,9747.

Abstract

Registration for the pilgrimage is the first and main step that must be taken by every Muslim who intends to carry out the implementation of the pillars of Islam towards the Holy Land. Indonesia as a country whose people have high enthusiasm for the implementation of the pilgrimage from time to time. Therefore, to realize the pilgrimage registration service, good administrative activities are needed to support, assist, serve, and facilitate the pilgrimage registration process. However, not all KBIH have a supporting registration system and data management is still manual. Therefore it is necessary to have a more effective information system for the management of Hajj registration. The Hajj registration application was made with the aim of making it easier for pilgrims to get information services and socialization of worship guidance, this application also makes it easier for KBIH to manage data collection and filing of pilgrims quickly, effectively and efficiently. This application uses the waterfall method in its software development. System modeling uses the unified modeling language method, this method is visually used as a means of designing object-oriented systems. This system is made with mysql database software, codeigneiter, php, and javascript as the programming languange.Pendaftaran ibadah haji merupakan langkah pertama dan utama yang harus dilakukan setiap umat Islam yang berniat menunaikan pelaksanaan rukun Islam menuju ke Tanah Suci. Indonesia sebagai negara yang masyarakatnya memiliki antusiasme tinggi terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah haji dari masa ke masa. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mewujudkan layanan pendaftaran ibadah haji diperlukan kegiatan administrasi yang baik guna mendukung, membantu, melayani, dan mewadahi dalam proses pendaftaran ibadah haji. Namun tidak semua KBIH mempunyai sistem pendaftaran yang menunjang dan pengelolaan datanya masih manual. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sistem informasi yang lebih efektif untuk pengelolaan pendaftaran Ibadah Haji. Aplikasi Pendaftaran ibadah haji dibuat bertujuan untuk memudahkan Jamaah dalam mendapatkan pelayanan informasi dan sosialisasi bimbingan ibadah, aplikasi ini juga memudahkan pihak KBIH dalam mengelola pendataan dan pemberkasan jamaah yang cepat, efektif dan efesien. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dalam pengembangan perangkat lunaknya. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan metode unified modelling language, metode ini secara visual digunakan sebagai sarana perancangan sistem berorientasi objek. Sistem ini dibuat dengan software database mysql, codeigneiter, php, dan javascript sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a website-based Human Asset Value information system so that companies can make appropriate decisions, make it easier for companies to find high-performing employees, and be fairer in assessing employee performance. The method used is a qualitative research method by carrying out field observations and interviews with managers and staff of PT. Sumber Agung Motor regarding the data and information needed for the system to be developed. The results of the research are in the form of a website-based Human Asset Value information system design with the concept of Human Asset Value Mapping. The designed system has services for managing master data, consisting of job data, department data, employee data, work process master services, and work product master. Transaction data management services consist of the PPA Program and Design IPP. Report management services consist of progress performance reports and assessment results reports.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi Human Asset Value berbasis website agar perusahaan dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang sesuai, dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencari karyawan yang berprestasi serta dapat lebih adil dalam menilai kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melaksanakan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan manajer dan staf PT. Sumber Agung Motor terkait data dan informasi yang diperlukan pada sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi Human Asset Value berbasis website dengan konsep Human Asset Value Mapping. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki layanan untuk pengelolaan data master, terdiri dari data jabatan, data departemen, data karyawan, layanan master proses kerja, master hasil kerja. Layanan pengelolaan data transaksi terdiri dari PPA Program, Design IPP. Layanan pengelolaan laporan terdiri dari laporan progress performance dan laporan hasil penilaian.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, especially in the field of information technology, the development of the business world is currently increasing rapidly, requiring accurate, fast, and systematic information. Precise and accurate information to assist management in determining raw material requirements, and monitoring and reporting raw materials. Production raw materials are one of the parts or divisions of PT. Coffee Black Gallery has a direct impact on the company's overall production performance. Delays in the schedule for fulfilling products ordered by consumers can be detrimental to the company in terms of an unfavorable image. Meanwhile, if the supply of raw materials for production is excessive, it can increase storage costs, damage, and loss of raw materials. The research aims to design an effective and real-time production raw material inventory data processing system application. This study uses qualitative research methods using field research approaches and library research in its data collection method using observation and interview techniques. The results of the research are in the form of a data processing application system designed for the production of raw material inventories that are made, as an effort to improve the old system and have been implemented properly according to the plan.Pada era globalisasi terutama di bidang teknologi informasi saat ini perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin pesat membutuhkan informasi yang tepat, cepat, dan sistematis. Informasi yang tepat dan akurat untuk dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku, memantau, dan melaporkan bahan baku. Bahan baku produksi merupakan salah satu bagian atau divisi PT. Cofee Black Gallery yang memiliki dampak langsung terhadap kinerja produksi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Keterlambatan jadwal pemenuhan produk yang dipesan konsumen dapat merugikan perusahaan dalam hal image yang kurang baik. Sedangkan jika persediaan bahan baku produksi berlebihan dapat meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan, kerusakan, dan kehilangan bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancangan aplikasi sistem pengolahan data persediaan bahan baku produksi yang efektif dan realtime. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dalam metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem aplikasi pengolahan data persediaan bahan baku produksi yang dibuat, sebagai upaya perbaikan dari sistem yang lama dan telah diimplementasikan dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana.
