Abstract

Maqashid al-sharia is a relevant approach as the basis for developing Islamic financial systems, operations, and products. The maqashid al-sharia holistic order is a light for the development of the Islamic financial system, especially in answering the dynamics of questions based on benefit. The Islamic financial system is part of the prerequisites that must be developed, not only at the conceptual level but also practically. Islam has provided comprehensive textual sources in providing human-first boundaries. But that alone is not enough, if it is not balanced with social inference. Maqashid al-sharia theory in the study of the Islamic financial system is a step forward in developing the most ideal Islamic economic model. This is because maqashid al-sharia can be used as a tool to help solve Islamic economic problems, especially in establishing rules or laws.

Abstract

This paper aims to observe the causes of patient satisfaction based on service quality and location. The population in this study were patients at a health center in West Surabaya with a total sample of 96 respondents. The method of data analysis to determine the effect of service quality and location on patient satisfaction used an analytical tool, namely the multiple linear regression equation. This study found that service quality and location have a role in the formation of patient satisfaction at the puskesmas. This is an important determinant for achieving patient satisfaction. It is the obligation of the puskesmas to provide the best service for the community in the health sector. The results of this study are expected to be material for improving the quality of services in hospitals and become the basis for further research.

Abstract

Management is the science and art that regulates the process of utilizing human resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired goals. Quality is not only smart, but can meet all the qualitative requirements that the job requires, so that the work can be completed according to plan This research carried out to improve the quality of human resources through appreciation and work enthusiasm at PT. Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. This research was conducted on 60 employees using questionnaires and SPSS data processing (quantitative research method). The results of this research that has been done, and it shows that appreciation and morale partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance (Adjusted R Square shows a value of 0.837 or 83.7%), while morale is the dominant factor.

Abstract

Abstract In an increasingly saturated market, the fundamental task of tourism village destination management is to understand how the competitiveness of tourist village destinations can be improved and maintained. Thus there is a strong need to identify and explore competitive advantages and to analyze the actual competitive position (Gomezelj, Mihaljič, 2008). Identifying competitors and determining the destination's advantages and disadvantages relative to competitors is an integral part of successful halal tourism destination marketing management. The purpose of this research is to conceptualize the competitiveness of Madura halal tourism village destinations, formulate strategies to manage halal tourism village destinations effectively to help management make policies and for practitioners to better understand the advantages and problems of halal tourism village destinations and the development of halal tourism in Madura. especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods This research uses a mix method with triangulation (case study design and survey design). For qualitative, data were collected from a number of tourist village destinations through observation, in-depth interviews, and FGD methods. The competitiveness of Madura as a halal tourism village destination is based on 7 sub-variables including: tourist attractions, most of the respondents tend to state that they are in good condition. also seen from the aspect of accessibility, amenities and institutions, that overall, respondents tend to say they are ready. The accommodations available in Madura as a whole have implemented the halal principle in their services. need commitment and consistency in working on halal tourism in Madura in order to be competitive with other tours.

Abstract

The globe is changing everytime beyond our logic everywhere without alarming sometimes. Eastern and western culture being mixed everywhere, since the electronic era had been upgraded here and there without questions. Organization culture is changing too in many ways due to the culture shock of the employees, so that human resource with etiquette will be a unique one to be found. Etiquette could drag the organizational behavior to be a better circumtance for everyone and clients too, because this behavior would bring the air of comfortness for internal and external working process. Organization’s staffs with etiquette will be a high priced treasures of organizational behavior for the organization itself, because no more wonder they could build a comfortable atmosphere for everyone who worked for the organization. Etiquette will bring all the staffs of an organization into a comfortable and suitable atmosphere for internal ( teamwork and individual work ) or external connectivity, so that the process of reaching the organization’s goals will be easier. A comfortable air will set everyone’s mind on the right path as it should be to guide them to be someone with a plus poin personality which is needed by his or her surrounding. In order to set a comfortable air for a healthy organization modern life, the organization’s management should think about empowering its human resource, specially personality and psychology empowerment for their own good future and their own good brand, as we all knew that a brand can bring an organization to the top or the lowest poin of its level

Abstract

This research analyses the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) expenditure on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure at Islamic Banks in Indonesia (BI), which has already been registered in Bank Indonesia (BI) since 2014- 2018. The collection methods used in this research is the data sourced in an annual report published by the website of each Islamic Bank. The collection of samples used is the purposive sampling technique. The total sample of this research is 12 Islamic Banks listed by Bank Indonesia since 2014-2018. The result showed that Investment Account Holder (IAH) and Government Ownership significant to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. On the other hand, governance of the Sharia Supervisory Board (IG-SCORE), institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and CSR expenditure have no significant CSR disclosure

Abstract

A country's economy can grow and develop because it is followed by developments in the real sector. In today's era of globalization, competitive conditions in the market are rarely predictable. The inability to predict it can pose a lot of risks coming. So management is needed. The risk management function is the responsibility of all levels of management and work units in each business function, with the task of identifying risks and managing risks according to the authority attached to each. This paper examines the risk management in KOPA TTN using a qualitative approach. The results show that there are several steps taken to anticipate the occurrence of existing risk management.

Abstract

Currently, almost all activities of the world community are facilitated by technological developments. Including in the economic field, technology emerges, so the world community calls it economic digitization. Economic digitization is all economic activities based on digital technology. This paper each indicator such as the ICT Development Index or the Information and Communication Technology Development Index (IP-TIK), the Global Innovation Index or the Global Innovation Index (IIG), the Networked Readiness Index or the Network Readiness Index (IKJ), Share of Households with Internet or Internet User Households (RTPI) and High-Technology Exports (% of manufactured exports) or High-Technology Exports (ETT). The data used is secondary data taken from BPS related to IP-TIK, IKJ, RTPI and ETT.
