Abstract

This research entitle of “Analysis influence of Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable” (Case Study at Kospin Jasa Branch Pemalang)”. This research target is : To gain an understanding of the influence of the individual competence, compensation and Job Stress to employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. At this research used by purpossive sampling as much 45 responder. As for examination of at this research done with validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis test in the form of t test, F test, coefficient determinant, path analysis and sobel test. With multiple linear regression analysis at this research obtained by result b1 = 0,187 showing influence which are positive of Individual Competence variable to Employee Performance, b2 = 0,258 showing influence which are positive of Compensation to Employee Performance, b3 = 0,289 showing influence which are positive of Job Stress variable to Employee Performance, b4 = 0,261 showing influence which are positive of Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance. Whereas for partial hypothesis testing the t test was used, obtained the tcount for Individual Competence to Employee Performance of 2,446, tcount for Compensation variable to Employee Performance of 3,090, tcount for Job Stress to Employee Performance of 2,528 and tcount for Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance of 2,281. Then based on the results of calculations through the sobel test, Job Satisfaction mediate the relationship between Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Contextual Factors on Student Entrepreneurial Interest. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Students Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto. The number of samples used was 80 respondents, and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using a method developed by Isaac and Michael, as well as Krejcie and Morgan. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the analysis using a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (n-k) = (80-5) = 75, the t table is 1.992 < of t arithmetic for each independent variable are Academic Support (th1 = 2.852), Social Support (th2 = 2.341), Environmental Support (th3 = 6.776), and Entrepreneurship Education (th4 = 6.967) . When compared then th1, th2, th3, th4> t Table, so that Ho is rejected. This can mean that Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education each significantly influence Entrepreneurial Interest. This shows that the better the Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education provided, the more it will increase the interest of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The economic development of a region cannot be separated from how the region is able to optimize all its resources effectively and efficiently. Cirebon Regency as one of the strategic areas in West Java Province has a tendency to change its economic structure. Based on this, this study seeks to determine the economic structure in Cirebon Regency and its shifting trend. By using regional macroeconomic data which is then analyzed with several models such as SLQ analysis, DLQ, and Klassen typology with SPSS software. Based on the analysis, it is known that the Cirebon Regency economy has experienced a shift from the primary economic sector to the secondary and tertiary economic sectors where 20.68% is generated from the contribution of the manufacturing industry. Based on the results of the Klassen Typology analysis which combines the data from the analysis of the SLQ and DLQ models, it is known that there are six economic sectors in Cirebon Regency that are experiencing growth and are the basic sectors, namely: education services, corporate services, financial services and insurance, transportation and warehousing, agriculture, forestry and livestock, as well as water supply. These results indicate that Cirebon Regency can develop an industrial sector based on agricultural and plantation commodities in order to be able to create a sustainable industrial pattern from the upstream sector to the downstream sector. It is felt that this industrial pattern will be more able to have a positive economic impact and be felt directly by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of economic openness on Indonesia's economic growth. The data used are secondary data from Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Investment Coordinating Board which is a quarterly time series data from 2008-1 to 2016-4. The variables used in this study include, Economic Growth, Exports, Imports, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), Foreign and Private Debt. The analytical approach used is the econometric model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results show that exports have a negative effect on long-term economic growth, but the short-term positive effect on economic growth, while imports have a negative effect on economic growth both short-term and long-term, although the lag 2 short-term positive effect. The variable Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the short run 1 lag has a negative influence on economic growth, but for the short run 2 lag and the long run the FDI variable has a positive effect on economic growth. Government External Debt Variables (ULP) both in the short and long term lag 1 and 2 have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. The variable Private External Debt (ULS) in the short term has a negative effect on economic growth both lag 1 and lag 2, but for the long term the variable Private External Debt (ULS) has a positive effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract: The recearch entitled “ The Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyality with Relationship Quality as an Intervening Variable ( Study on Arcon Concrete Tile Consumers in Purwokerto Region)” The Purpose of this study .was to investigate and analyze the effect of relationship marketing on relationship quality and customer loyality, to know and analyze the effect of relationship quality on customer loyality, and to find out and analyze the effect of relationship quality as an intervenig variable in mediating the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty. Analysis techniques using linear regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first and second models, the t- value of relationship marketing variables is greater than the value of the table. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained t count value of relationship quality variable is greater than the value of t table. Furthermore , based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test, the t Sobel value is greater than the t table value. Management need to implement a variety of marketing policies relating to relationship marketing and relationship quality in order to continue to increase the loyalty of its customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant effect of product knowledge, perceived risk and perceived benefits on the interest in using Go Pay services for Gojek customers. In this study, a survey was conducted of 100 Go Pay service users provided by Go Jek, then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant effect of product knowledge on interest in using Go Pay services as evidenced by the significance value obtained of 0.000 <alpha of 0.05, there was a significant effect of risk perception on interest in using Go Pay services as evidenced by the significance value obtained is 0.019 <from alpha of 0.05 and there is a significant effect of perceived benefits on the interest in using Go Pay services as evidenced by the significance value obtained of 0.000 <alpha of 0.05. With these results, an implication can be made that the Go Jek application provider must be able to clearly and easily understand the features that they will launch in the Go Pay service, so that users can understand the risks and benefits they will receive from using the Go Pay service. . This may also apply to companies that will launch e-wallet services.

Abstract

This research was conduct to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, and audit quality on the  financial statements integrity of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2018. Purposive sampling method were used as sampling method which results in 35 companies as the sample. Data research analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22. The results showed that leverage has a negative effect on the integrity of financial statements, while managerial leadership and audit quality have no effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan dan produktivitas yang dicapai setiap karyawan merupakan ukuran dari kinerja karyawan. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran dari hasil analisis pengaruh stres kerja, komunikasi dan sikap rekan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di usaha kecil. Sampel diuji pada karyawan usaha kecil di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan, kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan hasil bahwa stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,905 artinya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan kerja sebesar 90,5% sedangkan sisanya 9,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil analsisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu: usaha kecil di Kabupaten Banyumas perlu memperhatikan stres kerja karyawan melalui beban kerja karyawan dan pengawasan kerja berkaitan. Dalam hal komunikasi perlu untuk meningkatkan koordinasi antara karyawan dengan atasan, sedangkan berkaitan dengan sikap rekan kerja perlu menekankan pada aspek perhatian terhadap kesehatan rekan kerja yang lain. Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of Self efficacy on entrepreneurial education, to test the significance of the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial education in mediating the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention students in Management Study programs.The number of samples 75 respondens ,and the sampling technique using random sampling method. The analysis method uses regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first model, the value of t-test of self-efficacy variables towards entrepreneurial intention (4,080) is greater than the value of ttable (1,993). From the results of a simple regression analysis of the second model, the value of the t test of the Self Efficacy variable towards entrepreneurship education (5,420) is greater than the value of the table (1,993). From the results of multiple regression analysis, the t test value of the entrepreneurship education variable (5.508) is also greater than the value of the table (1.993). Furthermore, based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test obtained t sobel value of (3.244) is greater than the value of the table (1.993). Thus, the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses in this study were accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurship education. Self efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education mediates the effect of Self Efficacy on entrepreneurial intention on Management students. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve entrepreneurial intentions, the management study program needs to implement appropriate policies related to entrepreneurship education. The ways that can be done include by continuing to improve the material provided in accordance with the contents of the syllabus, making entrepreneurial practice interesting so that this course pleases students.

Abstract

Online transportation services are an option because they are considered capable of providing a greater customer value than other conventional transportation services. This study aims to partially analyze the significance of the influence of the factors of ease, safety and efficiency factors that influence citizen decisions in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services. The research sample amounted to 100 people based on the accidental sampling method. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5,159 + 0,030X1 + 0,263X2 + 0,455X3 + e and the coefficient of determination equal to 0,368. From the F test results it was found that the value of Ftest> Ftable(21,134 > 3,09), so that the model was declared feasible. From the results of the t test obtained the second and third hypotheses were accepted, while the first hypothesis was rejected. This means that the safety and efficiency factors have a significant effect while the ease factor did not have a significant influence on the decisions of the people in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services
