Abstract

The purpose of this research was to partially test the significance effect of firm size, leverage, sales growth and cash flow on cash holding in property and real estate companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) periode 2015-2019. The population in this study is property and real estate companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounts to 77 companies.  Purposive sampling used ad sampling technique, obtained 45 companies.  The analytical tool used in this study is panel data regression with fixed effect model and with the help of E-views 10. The result of the research showed that firm size had negative and significant  effect to cash holding. Leverage and cash flow had positive and significant  effect to cash holding while sales growth didn’t have significant effect to cash holding

Abstract

The firm's value reflects the present value of the expected future income. The financial management function can maximize firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance effect of capital structure, dividend policy and firm size on firm value in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 26 companies from Food and Beverage Sub-Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange, using a purposive sampling method obtained 12 companies. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression panel data with the help of Eviews-10 program. The results showed that capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy had no effect on firm value and firm size had significant negative effect on firm value. This means that the company should still pay attention to the internal factors of the company that can affect company value such as capital structure and company size. This research is limited to only analyzing the variable leverage, capital structure and company carving. Future research should be able to add the company's external factors that can affect firm value such as inflation, interest rates or taxes, as well as increase the observation time of more than five years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, workplace spirituality, on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment to medical personnel at PKU Muhammadiyah Kutowinangun Hospital. The independent variables in this study are worklife balance and spirituality in the workplace, while the dependent variable is organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The data collection technique in this study is non-probability sampling, where all populations are sampled as many as 38 respondents. The hypothesis was tested with the help of the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. The method used is a quantitative method using path analysis. The test results of the coefficient of determination show that the substructural I value of Adjusted R2 is 0.882, meaning that 88.2% of the organizational commitment variable can be influenced by work-life balance and spirituality in the workplace and 17.8% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Meanwhile, the value of Adjusted R2 substructural II was 0.939, meaning that 93.9% of the variable organizational citizenship behavior was influenced by worklife balance, workplace spirituality, and organizational commitment, and 6.1% was influenced by other variables outside the model. Based on the results of the path analysis and t test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the high organizational citizenship behavior is influenced by worklife balance, spirituality in the workplace, and commitment. Meanwhile, work-life balance and spirituality in the workplace can have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment can be used as partial intervening variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the division of labor, incentives, and work motivation, on the performance of village officials Sruweng District Kebumen District.The problem raised in this study is the division of labor, incentives, and work motivation, on the performance of village apparatus employees in Sruweng District, Kebumen Regency, with the aim to find out how much influence the division of labor, incentives, and work motivation, on the performance of village apparatus employees in Sruweng District Kebumen partially or simultaneously.The sample data taken in this study were 55 employees of the village apparatus of Sruweng District, Kebumen District, as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire.Data analysis tools used in this study are using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity, reliability, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale ). Data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS Release 23 for Windows program.The results of the first hypothesis proving that the division of labor partially has a significant effect on performance. The second hypothesis results that incentives partially have a significant effect on performance. The results of the third hypothesis proving that work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance. Abstract

This Article, entitled The Effectiveness of Promotion Mix Against the decision of choice of study programs, by taking respondents from students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. This research is motivated by the author's desire to examine the Promotion Activity Factors that are most effective in choosing a Study Program, especially in the Management Study Program of the University of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The proposed hypothesis is: Advertising, visits, WEB, Alumni have a significant influence on the student's decision to choose a study program Management. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation of the F test and the t test it is known that the value of F count is greater than F Table, t count for X1 and X4 is greater than t table. This means that both advertising, alumni have a significant influence on student decisions in choosing a study program in management, but for X2 and X3 t count is smaller than t table. So visits and the Web do not have a significant effect on student the decision choices in the Management study program. The implication of this research is that the Management Study Program really needs to pay more attention to advertisements and the use of Alumni to increase the interest of prospective students in choosing study programs. This advertisement is carried out by showing more or using local television media, while the use of alumni channels can be increased cooperation in order to create a more harmonious relationship. For the Web, it is recommended that it be more varied. Meanwhile, the personnel can better prepare visits to SMA / SMK by including training in effective communication about doing business.

Abstract

The average poverty rate in the Special Province of Yogyakarta is the highest compared to other provinces in Java in 2012 to 2018. The study aims to analyze the impact of economic infrastructure, educational infrastructure and health infrastructure on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with panel data equations and data processing using the eviews application. The results showed that economic infrastructure had a significant negative effect on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in 2003 - 2018. Meanwhile, health infrastructure and education infrastructure had no effect on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in 2003 - 2018. The implication of this research is that infrastructure development must be equitable and fair in all districts and cities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially in areas with high poverty rates

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and promotion to brand switching on Lifebuoy bath soap among housewives in Purwokerto Lor Village, Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression research methods. The results showed that product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant effect to brand switching on Lifebuoy bath soap in Purwokerto Lor Village, Banyumas Regency. The policy implication of this finding is that companies should further improve product quality, price and promotion, because the motive for housewives switching Lifebuoy soap is to seek variety.

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in every business activity, so that every form of business activity or organization requires the support of reliable human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine whether workload, work discipline and compensation have an effect on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of UD Margo Mulyo in Purwokerto. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. There were 60 respondents. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload have a negative but not significant effect on employee performance. Leaders should pay attention to workload, work discipline and employee compensation in order to be optimal in achieving their business goals

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the deviation of the proportion of damaged products produced by books during the last five years against the predetermined standards, as well as to analyze the quality of goods produced in accordance with the requirements set by the company. The sampling technique used was non-random sampling. The analysis tools are the Z Test and the Control Chart Method. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of damaged products produced by books during the last five years has not deviated from the standards set by the company; The quality of the products manufactured by the company is in accordance with established requirements. The implication of the results of this research is that Kelud Jaya Cilacap Printing needs to improve company policies to reduce the number of product defects as small as possible with tighter quality control in order to produce quality products. Abstract

This research purpose to determine the effect of Inflation, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio to Systematic Risk (Beta) Stock in company listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The hypothesis of this research is that Inflation, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio have a significant effect to Systematic Risk (Beta) Stock in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The population 50 companies and the number of samples 8 companies during the observation 2015- 2019. Beta of Stock are the dependent variable, while Inflation, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio as independent variables. This research use panel data regression of panel data method. The results of this research indicate that Inflation has no effect on Systematic Risk (Beta) Stock, while the Dividend Payout Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Systematic Risk (Beta) Stock.
