Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the variables of the tourism sector and human capital on income inequality in Eastern Indonesia. The objects of this research are 12 provinces that are included in the Eastern Indonesia Region (KTI) from 2010-2019. The method used in this study is the panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that local or domestic tourists and health have no effect on income inequality in Eastern Indonesia from 2010 to 2019. Meanwhile, foreign tourists and education have a negative and significant impact on income inequality in Eastern Indonesia from 2010 to 2019 The implication that can be applied is that the government can develop human resources and create labor-intensive jobs for the lower middle class. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in mediating the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and affective commitment on the performance of employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The population in this study were 93 employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 76 employees. The analysis uses regression and mediation effect analysis using the product of coefficient method. The results showed that spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, affective commitment and OCB had a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the mediation test of spiritual intelligence and affective commitment have a significant positive but not significant positive effect on emotional intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal attributes, adversity quotient and self-efficacy that affect the entrepreneurial intention of Putra Bangsa University Kebumen students. The population in this study were students of the regular class management study program. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results showed that personal attributes and adversity quotient had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Personal attributes, adversity quotient, and self efficacy partially have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Personal attributes through self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship and adversity quotient through self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. The conclusion of the study is that there is an influence of personal attributes (personality) and adversity quotient on the entrepreneurial interest, either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The study aims to test stress, compensation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The test is done with multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that work stress has a positive effect is not significant, compensation has a significant negative effect and job satisfaction has no significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study provide an idea that stress and job satisfaction can affect organizational commitment even if it does not prove significant. Organizational commitment is strongly influenced by the compensation provided by the company. The study found that in developing countries such as Indonesia the level of one's basic needs greatly affects the organization's commitment. Employees will be tied to the organization if their basic needs are met. The results of this study are in accordance with Maslow's theory.

Abstract

Banyaknya masalah dalam sumber daya manusia menjadi masalah serius bagi perusahaan untuk dapat berkembang lebih baik dan lebih besar dalam bisnisnya. Salah satu masalah kepegawaian yang hampir dihadapi oleh setiap organisasi adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify areas that are growth centers and analyze the spatial interactions of the economy between districts/cities in Central Java Province in 2019. The object of this research is 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province. The technique in this research uses scalogram analysis and gravity model analysis. The results of this study are based on the analysis of the scalogram and centrality index in 2019 using 30 types of facilities, resulting in 6 regional hierarchies based on the availability of types of facilities in each district/city. Hierarchy I is the district/city with the most availability of facilities/has the highest centrality value, namely there are 11 districts/cities. In hierarchy II there are 5 districts/cities. Hierarchy III has 7 districts/cities. Hierarchy IV has 6 districts/cities. Hierarchy V and hierarchy VI have 4 and 2 districts/cities, respectively. While the results from the gravity analysis show that Semarang City as one of the growth centers in 2019 has a strong interaction with Semarang Regency, Demak Regency, Kendal Regency, and Grobogan Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal level of production at Perusda Saripetojo Cilacap and the difference between the actual cost of production and the economic cost of production. The analysis in this study uses production cost analysis to determine optimal production and cost of goods, then performs the second hypothesis using the t test and obtained t arithmetic hypothesis 1 (df) = 6, 95 percent confidence level, t table of 2.4469, t count 1.528 and hypothesis 2 with t count 1.034 then both are in the area of rejection of H0 and acceptance of ha. The results in this study indicate that the production level set by Perusda Es Saripetojo is optimal, this can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing which states that there is no significant difference between the level of actual production with an optimal level of production, and the cost of production set by the company Perusda Es Saripetojo is already economical Keywords: Production Cost, Cost Of Production, Optimal Production Level

Abstract

In today's modern era, a woman is not only a housewife. Today's women have started to enter the public sector where they have to work. Armed with the skills and education currently available, women have the courage to work outside the home. This creates a dual role that can be said to be more than two roles for women who are daily workers. The role adopted by women workers is the role of being a mother for their children and being a good wife for her husband. In balancing roles, a woman finds it difficult and has many obstacles. A woman who cannot balance her roles will have an impact on her family and work. But the most important thing is the impact on his family. A woman has an important obligation to take care of the family household. If it has a negative impact it will disrupt family life, and have a significant impact on husbands and children. The issue of dual roles is also experienced by female K3L workers at Padjadjaran University. They are obligated to fulfill their roles as a mother and a wife and become K3L workers at the same time. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Risk Perception and Technology Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests of STIS Al Wafa Bogor Students. The population used was 102 students with a sample of 50 respondents. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection technique using questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and classical assumption test using SPSS ver 26 program application. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling. Based on the results of the goodness of fit test, the independent variables tested individually that have a dominant influence on Entrepreneurial Intention are Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Technological Environment. Meanwhile, Risk Perception has no significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

Tuntutan tugas yang tinggi, bisa memicu timbulnya stres kerja, dan sopir merasa kurang nyaman untuk bekerja sehubungan dengan kelanjutan pekerjaan dimasa depan serta mudah lelah akibat beraktivitas terlalu lama. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Job Insecurity terhadap Burnout (Studi pada supir PT Berkah Rahayu Indonesia di Kebumen). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sopir pada PT Berkah Rahayu Indonesia di Kebumen dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan melalui metode non-probability sampling, yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 40 sopir. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja, Sttres Kerja, dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Burnout. Adapun implikasi penelitian berdasarkan hasi uji t diperoleh bahwa Beban Kerja dengan hasil 3,665, Stres Kerja sebesar 3,083 dan Job Insecurity sebesar 3.072 membuktikan bahwa ke tiga variable tersebut berpengaruh terhadap Burnout.
