Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) Determine the company's financial performance in terms of the financial ratios of PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso in the field of oil palm plantations. The research was conducted at PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso, from November 2012 to January 2016. The research method used was descriptive quantitative analysis (%). Descriptive quantitative analysis is a method of analysis by describing or describing in the form of numbers that have been collected as they are without making conclusions that apply to the general public or generalizations in research on several respondents which include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Equity (ROE), Measuring Financial Performance Against Profitability Ratio Recap at PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso. Based on the results of research and the company's financial performance in terms of the Financial Ratios of PTP Nusantara II Kebun Arso in 2012-2016, it has a very positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze partially or simultaneously whether there is an effect of taxpayer compliance and disbursement of tax arrears on individual income tax receipts at the Pratama Jayapura Tax Service Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results show that partially taxpayer compliance has a negative and significant effect on individual income tax receipts, this can be seen from the t-count value of -3.023 which is smaller than t -Table 2,179 with a significance value of 0.014 or less than 0.05. Partially, the disbursement of tax arrears has a positive and significant effect on individual income tax receipts, this can be seen from the t-count value of 3.397, which is greater than t-table 2.179 with a significance value of 0.008 or less than 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variable of taxpayer compliance and the disbursement of tax arrears has a positive and significant effect on individual income tax receipts, this can be seen from the F-count 7.387, which is greater than F-table 3.290 with a significance value of 0.013 or less than 0.05.

Abstract

Street lighting tax is one source that can increase local taxes. Local taxes are one of the important sources of regional original income to finance the implementation of regional government and regional development to improve and equalize people's welfare. This study aims (1) to determine the contribution of the street lighting tax to the regional tax of Jayapura City; (2) to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of the Jayapura City Regional Tax. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative research approach, namely collecting data and information critically, tested and analyzed descriptively in order to answer research problems. The analytical tool used is quantitative data analysis. The results of the analysis show that the contribution of street lighting tax to Jayapura City's local tax revenue fluctuates with a downward trend. The highest contribution occurred in 2010 at 25.70 and the lowest occurred in 2014 at 13.27 percent. And the factors that influence local tax revenue in Jayapura City consist of inhibiting factors and supporting factors. The inhibiting factors are divided into 2 aspects, namely internal aspects and external aspects. To overcome the problems that occur both in terms of internal and external aspects, there are supporting factors which include: (1) Conducting training on technical management of Regional Revenue to the Collector, (2) Conducting comparative studies outside the city or other regions, (3) Conducting integrated socialization to taxpayers; and (4) Procurement of transportation or operational equipment every fiscal year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the liquidity risk and solvency risk to see the financial condition of the Papua Mandiri Makmur Rural Bank. And to analyze the data used quantitative analysis tools. The results obtained are IRR in 2013 = 0.265 or 27%, IRR in 2014 = 0.248 or 25% and IRR in 2015 = 0.582 or 59%, then DRR in 2013 = 1,414 or 142%, DRR in 2014 = 1,287 or 129% and 2015 DRR = 0.827 or 83%. Then the 2013 CRR = 3,165 or 317%, the 2014 CRR = 3,781 or 379% and the 2015 CRR = 2,134 or 214%. Furthermore, RAR in 2013 = 0.86 or 86%, RAR in 2014 = 0.7 or 7% and RAR in 2015 = 0.8 or 8%. And the next risk is SRR in 2013 = 0.95 or 95%, SRR in 2014 = 0.76 or 76%, and SRR in 2015 = 0.9 or 9%. Based on the calculation results, the results obtained are that PT BPR Papua Mandiri Makmur has financial problems based on financial report data as of December 31, 2013, 2014, 2015 so that many experience financial risks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work environment affects the performance of employees at the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City, the object of research at the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City. The sample in this study were 35 respondents, the data was analyzed using simple regression. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable greatly affects the performance of the employees of the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affect the level of poverty in Jayawijaya Regency. The problem is only limited to the variables of population and economic growth. The data used is time series data for the period 2010 - 2014. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Processed data is secondary data. From the results of the analysis, the adjusted R2 value of 0.85 means that 85% of the poverty level variable can be explained by independent variables (population and economic growth), while 15% is explained by other reasons outside the model. The population variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Jayawijaya Regency. Meanwhile, the economic growth variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level in Jayawijaya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of local tax revenue to local revenue, and to find out what factors influence local tax revenue in Keerom Regency. The results of the study prove that: in 2011 the contribution of Regional Tax to the Regional Original Income of Keerom Regency was 33.98 percent. In 2012 the total contribution of Regional Taxes to the Regional Original Income of Keerom Regency was 32.36 percent. In 2013 the total contribution of Regional Tax to Keerom Regency's Original Revenue was 31.77 percent, in 2014 the total contribution of Regional Tax to Keerom Regency's Original Revenue was 30.81 percent, in 2015 the amount of Regional Tax's contribution to Regency's Original Revenue Keerom is 34.18 percent. Factors that influence local tax revenues in Keerom Regency include: Limited personnel or collection officers, Quality of apparatus resources that have not been maximized, Taxpayer awareness is still very lacking, Socialization of Regional Regulations has not been comprehensive to taxpayers and there are still tax objects that the tax has not been collected because the status of the taxpayer is not yet clear.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Yahukimo Regency which has the potential of human resources in various capacities to carry out various functions of government activities. The organization must also carry out social functions internally and externally to ensure the welfare of its members which also has an impact on survival. This is related to the problem, namely dissatisfaction from employees with the performance of the leadership in terms of communication which is still low caused by the lack of informative delegation of tasks to subordinates. Leaders who are oriented towards capacity building focus on developing employee skills to improve the quality of employee performance. Leaders who have an ability-enhancing orientation look more like coaches who focus on improving the skills and abilities of employees. Leaders who are oriented towards capacity building include specifying what must be done to perform tasks effectively for employees, monitoring progress and giving employees feedback according to their abilities, this is able to increase a strong commitment to remain part of the organization and strive to improve performance as feedback given by employees for the roles and attention given by their leaders. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Leadership, Career Development and Commitment to the performance of employees at the Tourism Office in Yahukimo Regency. This means that if the three variables can be implemented and run well, it will be able to improve performance in the performance of employees at the tourism office in Yahukimo Regency, the better in the future. Partially both the variables of Leadership, Career Development and Simultaneous Commitment to the performance of employees at the Tourism Office in Yahukimo Regency. This indicates that leadership, organizational commitment and career development will be able to provide an impetus for employees to carry out their duties and responsibilities well so as to produce good employee performance as well. The dominant factor influencing the performance of employees at the Tourism Office in Yahukimo Regency is the leadership variable, because with good leadership it can provide work performance for the tourism office so that employees are able and can carry out their duties well as well.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important resources in an institution or organization as the main driver in carrying out organizational functions in order to realize the goals to be achieved. Therefore, all organizations need quality human resources who are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently in accordance with their job descriptions. To complete a task or job, a person should have a certain degree of willingness and level of ability. A person's willingness and skills are not effective enough to do something without a clear understanding of what to do and how to do it. Abilities can be innate abilities from birth, or are the result of practice or practice. Human abilities can also be improved by providing the right motivation. Work motivation is needed as one of the performance indicators of the State Civil Apparatus. State Civil Apparatus with high work motivation can be expected to produce maximum performance. To maintain the continuity of the organization's operations, a leader must pay attention and try to influence and encourage the State Civil Apparatus. Giving motivation properly will be able to encourage subordinates to be enthusiastic in carrying out their work, so as to produce something better. Research results Taken together, the variables of motivation, work ability and work discipline can have a positive influence on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade, Yahukimo Regency. This means that if the three variables can be implemented and run well, it will be able to provide morale for the State Civil Apparatus so that it can improve the performance of the State Civil Apparatus for the better in the future. Partially, the variables of motivation, work ability, and work discipline show a significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office of Yahukimo Regency. This indicates that high motivation, good work skills and high work discipline will be able to provide an impetus for the State Civil Apparatus to carry out their duties and responsibilities well so as to produce good performance as well.
