The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Multi-Mart 41 Batanghari. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaires in the form of written questions given to respondents related to motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation for employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling with a saturated sample (census). Data analysis techniques used by researchers are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t-est, f-test, r2 test (Coefficient of determination) with data processing using SPSS version. 20. The results showed that simultaneously motivation, leadership style, work facilities, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and compensation has no and no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat penjualan saus Lombok Mas mengalamipeningkatan dan penurunan yang tidak stabil setiapbulannya. Tingkat penjulan ini menunjukan gambarankepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Sehingga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui PengaruhHarga, Ketersediaan Produk, Dan Kemasan TerhadapKepuasan Pelanggan Saus Lombok Mas Pada CV. Indosari Lombok Mas Di Lampung Tengah. Jenispenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisionerkepada 104 responden yang diambil menggunakanrumus dari slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Versi20..Analisa data penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan Pengujian Persyaratan Instrument, Pengujian Persyaratan Analisis dan PengujianHipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasan memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadapkepuasan pelanggan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jikapersepsi harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasandapat mempengaruhi perasaan konsumen, makakepuasan untuk membeli produk tersebut akanmeningkat. Kata Kunci: Harga, Ketersediaan Produk, Kemasan, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT The level of sales of Lombok Mas sauce has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price, product availability, and packaging on customer satisfaction with Lombok Mas Sauce in CV. Indosari Lombok Mas in Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 104 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that price, product availability and packaging have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This indicates that if the perception of price, product availability and packaging can affect consumer feelings, the satisfaction to buy the product will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method at Hotel Familie 2 Metro City. The type of research used by the author is descriptive quantitative research. The data were obtained from the results of observations, documentation and questionnaire results to 31 respondents from Hotel Familie 2 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) techniques. The essence of this concept is the level of importance (expectation) is measured in relation to what the company should do in order to produce products and services that meet expectations. The results showed that the value of employee job satisfaction on the employee satisfaction index was 0.7625 in the range of 51% - 80%. So it can be said that in general the employee satisfaction index at Hotel Familie 2 for the attributes tested is quite satisfied. The aspect that has the greatest contribution in shaping employee job satisfaction at Hotel Familie 2 is Leadership which has an index value of 0.9058 or 90.58 % .

Abstract

In the face of increasingly fierce business competition, businessmen are required to be able to develop their business appropriately. In business development there are a number of tasks and processes aimed at achieving good business opportunities. Chicken farming business is a type of business that has very good potential in the world economy. This study aims to determine matters related to internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) as well as to determine the strategy for developing a broiler business in Bangun Rejo Village, Gunung Sugih District. The researcher used a qualitative research design. The subject of this research is the owner of a chicken slaughterhouse in Bangun Rejo Village, Kotagajah District. The object of this research is the analysis of the development strategy of the broiler business. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. This research was analyzed using IFAS and EFAS methods, IE matrix, SWOT matrix. The results showed that the internal environmental conditions in the form of strength were high quality products, affordable prices, using direct distribution channels, very optimal promotions, high employee job satisfaction, conducive working conditions. The weakness of this business is that the products produced are less varied, the pricing is different, the delegation of tasks is still weak. External conditions concerning opportunities are able to increase job opportunities, increase people's income, get support from the community. While the threat is the presence of competitors. (2) Nani Spetiana, S.E., M.M Company value is the price that prospective buyers are willing to pay if the company is sold. Company value is very important because it is a reflection of the company's performance that shows the company's prospects in the future which is also an indicator of the market assessment of the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to determine together the effect of profitability (X1) and dividend policy (X2) on firm value (Y). This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking data through IDX. It taken 30 companies as the samples that registered in manufacturing companies in the period of 2018-2020 with the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efektivitas, Responsivitas, Akuntabilitas, dan Produktivitas terhadap program penguatan pasar di Dinas Perdagangan Kota Metro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 40 orang, sehingga didapatkan 36 sampel responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 36 responden yaitu para pedagang Pasar Tejo Agung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian persyaratan instrumen, pengujian persyaratan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas berpengaruh terhadap program penguatan pasar, responsivitas berpengaruh terhadap program penguatan pasar, akuntabilitas berpengaruh terhadap program penguatan pasar, dan produktivitas berpengaruh terhadap program penguatan pasar. This study aims to determine the effect of Effectiveness, Responsiveness, Accountability, and Productivity on market strengthening programs at the Metro City Trade Office. The population in this study was 40 people, so that 36 samples of respondents were obtained. This type of research is quantitative data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents, namely the traders of market Tejo Agung. The data analysis technique used is testing instrument requirements, testing requirements analysis and testing hypotheses. Based on the results of this study, it shows that effectiveness affects the market strengthening program, responsiveness affects the market strengthening program, accountability affects the market strengthening program, and productivity affects the market strengthening programs. Abstract

Sepeda motor merupakan alat transportasi roda dua yang efektif, efesien dan ekonomis serta terjangkau oleh sebagian besar masyarakat indonesia salah satunya adalah sepeda motor Honda Beat merupakan sepeda motor injection yang paling diminati konsumen karena mempuyai keunggulan keunggulan lebih dibandingkan kendaraan yang lain. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan sepeda motor Honda beat perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat yaitu faktor mengenai harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Penelitian ini dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental dan mendapatkan 60 responden yang membeli sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen afektif, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intentin pada CV Sumber Rejeki Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desriptif kuantitatif dan data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yang diambil secara acak. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, 2) komitmen afektif berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, 3) stres kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pada uji simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, komitmen afektif, dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada CV Sumber Rejeki Magelang, Jawa Tengah

This study aims to analyze Influence of Training, Motivation, Expertise, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 159 employees registered at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro, only 114 samples were used in which were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data distribution questionnaire in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linier regression analysis test and tested using the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pembagian kuesioner berupa daftar pertanyaan-pertanyaan dengan beberapa alternatif jawaban bagi responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda dan di uji menggunakan program statistica packages for the social science (SPSS) versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, keahlian dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, dan (3) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 1,848 < t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,072 > 0,05; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 2,770 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,008 < 0,05; dan (3) beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR; 3,014 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0, 004< 0,05. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Turnover Intention
