Abstract

The author gives the title thesis "The Influence of Online Customer Ratings and Reviews on Purchase Decisions for Tokopedia Marketplace Users, (Case Study on Muhammadiyah Metro University Students). This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of online customer ratings and reviews on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia marketplace users at Muhammadiyah Metro University students. The type of research used is quantitative research with a population of 5,743 students. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. Only 98 samples used were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is primary data with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that online customer ratings and reviews have a positive or significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia marketplace users for Muhammadiyah Metro University students. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that online customer ratings and reviews have a positive or significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia marketplace users for Muhammadiyah Metro University students.

Abstract

Determination of the cost of production is very important considering the benefits ofinformation on the cost of production are to determine the selling price of products, tomonitor the realization of production costs, to calculate periodic income and to determine thecost of inventories of finished products and products in process which are presented in thebalance sheet. In determining the cost of production, two methods can be used, namely thefull costing method and the variable costing method. In the full costing method, all costs arecalculated, both fixed and variable, because one way to control costs is to calculate the costof production to determine the selling price of the product itself. This study aims to determinethe calculation of the cost of production using the Full Costing method. The type of researchcarried out by the researcher is field research or field research, where field research is aresearch conducted at the research location with a qualitative descriptive nature. Datacollection techniques researchers used interviews and documentation. The interviewtechnique in this study used a guided free interview. The source of the data was taken by theowner of the Kanala Chips UMKM and records of the production costs of Kanala ChipsUMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of comfort, service quality, and product diversity and customer satisfaction of PT. Indometro Surya Andola Metro City. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is convenience, service quality, and product diversity and customer satisfaction. The research population is the customers of PT. Indometro Surya Andola Metro City with the number of samples taken as many as 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that comfort, service quality, and product diversity both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so it is recommended for companies to improve comfort, service quality and product diversity considering that these have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Based on field findings, it was found that 64% of consumers had no plans when going toMiniso Kartini Mall Bandar Lampung. Of the 64% of consumers, it is known that 48% ofconsumers make impulse purchases. This shows the phenomenon of impulsive buying thatoccurs at Miniso Kartini Mall Bandar Lampung. So the purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of hedonic shopping values, utilitarian values, and store atmosphere onimpulsive purchases with impulsive reactions as intervening variables in Miniso BandarLampung users. This research is a quantitative research. With this type of explanatory surveyresearch, the sampling technique was accidental sampling, as many as 73 visitors wereencountered during the study. As a measuring tool, 100 questionnaire items were used withLikert scale measurements and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study show that the value of hedonic shopping has a direct effect on impulsive purchases. Utilitarianvalues directly influence impulse buying. Store atmosphere has a direct effect on impulsepurchases. The value of hedonic shopping has a direct effect on impulse purchases.Utilitarian values directly influence impulsive reactions. Store atmosphere has a direct effecton impulsive reactions. Impulsive reactions directly affect impulse purchases. Abstract

ASTRACT Positive work morale from individual employees can improve performance and placement according to individual skills, so this study aims to determine the direct effect of placement which is known as good workmanship. This type of research is quantitative, with a total of 70 users represented. While the data collection method using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The data analysis method uses path analysis using the SPSS version 27 data function which is equipped with V 4.0 processing software and path coefficient decisions and partial t-test. The survey results show the mediating role between job placement and work motivation and work discipline, if all the placement or placement processes are carried out properly and in accordance with the competencies involved, for example training. experience, performance will affect every employee. And if it is aligned with the employee's attitude, it will provide better discipline for the company's employees and in line with the company's vision and mission. Abstract

This research is located at the IDX Metro Muhammadiyah University (Indonesia Stock Exchange) office. The sample selection method in this research is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 5 companies. The data collection techniques collect data on the company's financial statements during the study period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS software for windows.The results showed that 1) Based on the results of data analysis, the coefficient values ​​of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) showed an effect on stock prices simultaneously. 2) Based on the results of data analysis Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) none of them have a significant effect partially on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of customer satisfaction in mediating perceived value on customer loyalty. While the research design uses quantitative mediation methods from path analysis, the respondents used from the calculation sample are 84 respondents during the 7-day study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data collection using a questionnaire questionnaire given to consumers who frequently made purchase transactions during the 7 days of the study. The analytical tools used are simple regression analysis and multiple multiple regression with the path analysis coefficient decision and partial t and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research prove that the perceived value of customer satisfaction which is a series of values ​​felt by customers from a model or product which is then used as an evaluation material so that customers have a certain commitment in their buying behavior, then the emotional response in the form of feelings of pleasure and relief because it has been fulfilled or fulfilled. desire after making a purchase of a product/service. Abstract

Companies definitely need competent and qualified employees, especially in this era ofglobalization. All business organizations are the driving force in decisions to achieveorganizational goals. Organizational development is determined by the work of HR in theorganization. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether organizational culture has aneffect on employee performance. 2) To find out whether Extrinsic Motivation has an effect onemployee performance. 3) To find out whether Intrinsic Motivation has an effect on employeeperformance. 4) To find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. 5)To find out whether organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and jobsatisfaction together affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. Thesurvey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solveproblems. In this study, the population of this study were employees and some students who wereintern at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Kotagajah were 84 people. The results showed that1) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between Extrinsic Motivation onemployee performance. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsicmotivation on employee performance 3) there is a positive and significant influence between jobsatisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a positive and significant influence betweenorganizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction onperformance employee.

Abstract

It is a must for everyone in Indonesia to have health insurance in life, one of which is to become a member of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS). National Health Insurance (JKN) is one of the policies to support the implementation of social development programs in Indonesia. This is in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, where the state provided social protection to achieve social justice.This study discusses how the Medan City DPRD's policy on BPJS health from an Islamic economic perspective, using descriptive qualitative methods, the research was conducted at the secretariat of the Medan City DPRD. There are several public aspirations regarding BPJS health, so there is a need for internal policies. And some policy suggestions so that BPJS in the city of Medan is in accordance with Islamic teachings to avoid gharar, maysir (gambling) and usury and the community evenly gets national health insurance.

Abstract

LAZISMU is an Amil Zakat Institution, Infaq, Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Which has a national scale in community empowerment through productive utilization of zakat funds, infaq, waqf, and other philantropic funds from individuals, companies and other agencies. The establisment of LAZISMU aim as a zakat management institution with efficient finance that can be part of the communitys social problem solver. Limited capital, lack of knowledge of technology, and difficulty in marketing products are the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) today. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and strategy of LAZISMU in Medan City towards the Empowerment of MSME in Medan City. This research process uses descriptive qualitative research. Information in this study is based on primary sources. Data collection techniques in this study are through library research and field research. The results of research aimed at LAZISMU Medan City show the results of empowering zakat, infaq, shadaqah funds distributed through two classifications, namely productive and comsumptive.
