Abstract

Principal has the authority to function as a leader in command and control of teachers who are under his leadership. The function of principal leadership and its influence on the pedagogical competence of teachers expected more highly skilled, focused and professional , making it easier to capture , ingest and realize later in the day to day tasks.Design of this research is a quantitative research because testing the influence between two variable there is independent variable (leadership) and dependent variable (Paedagogical Competence). Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Yunior High School of Saradan Madiun as the respondents than it is analyzed through a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 17.Based on the hypothesis test found the conclusion that (1) Ha accepted or there is a significant influence on the school leadership on teachers profesionalism in Islamic Yunior High School of SaradanMadiun with a probability level of 0.000 (p < 0.01) and accounted for 97,6% (2) regression coefficient of 0.335 means that any increase in the school leadership will be followed by an increase in teachers pedagogical professionalism Islamic Yunior High School of Saradan Madiun through regression equation : Y = -11.140 + 0.335 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is testing the influence supervision competence on Profesionalism among teachers at Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot Sambirejo Geger Kabupaten Madiun.Design of this research is a quantitative research because testing the contribution between two variable there is independent variable (supervision) and dependent variable (profesionalism). Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot as the respondents than it is analyzed using simple regression and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot about 17 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is significant influence (0,00<0,01) Supervision competence on profesionalism among teachers in Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot accounted for 95% (2) regression coefficient of 1.865 means that any increase of supervision competence will be followed by an increase in teachers professionalism Islamic Basic School of Miftahul Khoirot Sambirejo. through regression equation : Y = 30.672 + 1.865 X

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence teaching methods and study motivation towards students achievement class VII at Islamic Junior State High School of Caruban. The population and sample in this research is all 37 students as respondent.Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship between three variables, there are teaching methods, study motivation and students achievement. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to the students class VII at Islamic Yunior High School of Caruban as the respondents . It is analyzed using Multiple linear regression and procced with 17th version of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) positive significant (p=0,00) the influence teaching methods towards students achievement class VII at Islamic Yunior High School of Caruban , with equality Y = 30.481 + 0.784X(2) positive significant (p=0,00), the influence student motivation towards students achievement class VII at Islamic Yunior State High School of Caruban with equality Y = 31.340 + 0.642X X2 (3) positive significant simultanly (p=0,00) the influence teaching methods and study motivation towards students achievement class VII at Islamic Yunior High School of Caruban 85,4% with equality Y = 29.766 + 0.346X1 + 0.357X2Based on these results, the authors give advice to all teachers in Islamic Yunior High School of Caruban Madiun be more creative and variety in making or creating a learning method for students. It make the students learning fun. The most important thing is give more motivation for students to following teaching learning Process.

Abstract

The Development of Religious Culture is required to habituate the students with religious values to make them unseparated parts of students‟ daily behaviour either in school or society environment.This research was implemented at SMAN 1 Nglames, Madiun. Kind of research used qualitative with Action Research Approach (School Action Research). The researcher‟s perspective involves directly and holistically as a participant in this research. Data collecting used an observation, interview, and documentation.The result is the development of Religious Culture through the management of self habituation in praying collectively and reading Al-Quran before the teaching and learning process starts in SMAN 1 Nglames Madiun can give positive impact towards students‟ behaviour in particular and school inhabitants in general like the students‟ awareness to respect, be tolerant, and have religious characteristics. For example, the awareness to wear “hijab” as the muslim, express greeting, and shake the teachers‟ hand. Students are getting accustomed to praying Dhuha at recess and praying Dhuhur in conggregation. So, there is good increase of politeness and obedience in worship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation of teacher personality and student morals with student achievement in Islamic Junior High School Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency.This research approach uses quantitative research. The research sample is the entire population of 42 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire/questionnaire.Based on the calculation of the data analysis above, it is obtained that the value of r Count = 0.031 with N = 100 and the level is obtained by the value of r in the table and compares the probability value of SPSS output with the probability value used by researchers (usually using 5% for social research). The value of rxy r table or SPSS output probability 0.05, then the item is valid. This means that the consequence is that the null hypothesis (Ho) which reads "there is no correlation of the teacher's personality on the morals and learning achievement of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Puri Mojokerto Middle School students is rejected". On the other hand, the working hypothesis (Ha) which reads "there is a relationship between the personality of the teacher and the morals and learning achievement of students at SMPI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Puri Mojokerto is accepted".

Abstract

The quality of learning need to effort effectively and efficiency, so that the students also receice the quality of the knowledge and useful, also become a goverment support to develop`s mind among students.The purpose of this research is to analysis correlation teachers-role, principal-role and quality of learning at Islamic Junior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachersinIslamic Yunior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun which is 20 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population. Design ofthis researchisquantitative research because testing relationship between three variable there is teachers-role, principal-role and quality of learning. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachersinIslamic Junior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun as the respondents than it is analyzed using pearson correlation and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,002) the correlation teachers-roleand quality of learning at Islamic Junior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun with coefficient correlation amounted 0,646(2) positive significant (p = 0,001) correlation principal-role and quality of learning at Islamic Yunior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun with coefficient correlation amounted 0,699 (3) positive significant simultanly correlation teachers-role, principal-role and quality of learning at Islamic Yunior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiun with p = 0,002.Based on these results, the authors give advice to the chief school and all the teachers in Islamic Junior School of Tribakti Pagotan Geger Madiunto give maximize role in the class for students achievement

Abstract

Primary School laid the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, character and skills to live independently and to follow further education. And subjects of Islamic education is a very important subject in school. So that students graduate primary school is expected to have the provision of sufficient religious knowledge, so they can practice the religion of science in society.By looking on the events and the facts, the purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the relationship with the Spiritual Intelligence Learning Achievement of Islamic Education in Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang. 2) To determine the relationship with Learning Achievement Motivation Islamic Religious Education at Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang. 3) To know Relations and Motivation Spiritual Intelligence, with the same with the Islamic Religious Education Learning Achievement in Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang.This research method using quantitative research design because the symptoms are the tangible results of research data is measured and converted in advance in the form of numbers or quantified and analyzed using statistical techniques. Population and samples were taken using the technique of "random sampling". Its population is all students at Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang, while the sample is being partially learners the number of 38 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers is the technique of inquiry or questionnaire and documentation.The results showed that the presence of spiritual intelligence and supported the motivation to learn owned learners will affect the learning achievement of Islamic religious education learners Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang.

Abstract

Teachers is a figure very close to the students in the school as a student at gurula study. While the parents are very close to the figure of the child, the parent is given the moral and financial responsibility. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the teacher 's role and the role of parents and the learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho Dolopo Madiun.This research is a quantitative study with explanatory research approach. In this study there are variables X1 (The role of teachers) and X2 (the role of a parent) with Y (achievement of learning). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire distributed to students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho as respondents are then processed throughpearson correlation and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software 17th version.The population in this study were all students at in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho, amounting to 144 students and 49 students of them defined as responders , especially of class V and VI classes.Based on the hypothesis test concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) between the role of the teacher and the learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho (2) there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) between the roles of parents with learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho (3) There is a significant positive relationship (p = 0.000) together the roles of teachers and parents role of student achievement in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho Dolopo Madiun.

Abstract

Discipline is the basis of a person's success in running an activity. A student will obtain achievement in learn best when they are disciplined in learning. Logically the success of all activities can not be separated from the discipline. Discipline can grow and can be applied in each of the activities when any activity comes from his heart without any coercion from anywhere. In recent years a lot of discipline of the Indonesian nation is increasingly reduced. This research. This research is quantitative. The subject of this research was the seventh grade students MTsN Megaluh 2015-2016 academic year consisting of 100 students. From the analysis stated that the respondents to the study Discipline in MTsN Megaluh category Jombang is being evidenced by the respondents of 100 respondents, or 60% of the vote with a final score of 50-63 at the interval. There is a relationship with the discipline of learning class VII student achievement MTsN Megaluh Jombang Academic Year 2015-2016. Based on the overall hypothesis testing conducted by F test, performed in accordance to the annex ANOVA F column, obtained calculated F value of 24 002 and F table with α = (0.05) df = n - k-1 = 100-1-1 = 98 so that the F table = 3.94. This value indicates that the value of F count> F table (24 002> 3.94). And hipotesin calculation by using analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) This means that there is a connection simultaneously learning Discipline (X) to the dependent variable (Y) that is Achievement for 0602 (60%). Thus, in this study we can conclude that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states: "The relationship between the discipline of learning and academic achievement of students of class VII MTsN Megaluh Jombang" acceptable ". While the null hypothesis (H0) which states: "The relationship between the discipline of learning the class VII student achievement MTsN Megaluh Jombang 2015-2016 school year '' rejected '

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This study aims to describe and analyze critically about the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This research is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, taking a boarding school Gadingmangu background and Gadingmangu the villagers participated in a boarding school. The data collection is done by conducting observations, documentations and equipped for the study of literature. The data were analyzed using descriptive formula percentage and SPSS version 18 for windows. The results showed: Gadingmangu boarding school was instrumental to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. Indicated by the results of output SPSS version 18 with mean 28,03, minimum 24 and maximum 30, with a standard deviation 1,532 and skewness and kurtosis respectively -,674 and 0,094 which means that the role of boarding school Gadingmangu to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district normally distributed.
