Abstract

Bidikmisi is a scholarship provided by Indonesian Government. This scholarship is for outstanding studentscoming from poor family. The importance of this scholarship is for the sustainability of education inIndonesia and it needs a system to support it. This paper discusses the development of BidikmisiInformation System Web and Android Based. The design tool was by using Unified Modelling Language(UML). The software equipment implementation was web based using Lavarel framework aiming forregistration data validation. While android application is aimed for the supporting aid when visitation. Theresults of the examination obtain 45,86% data of the registrants are invalid.

Abstract

Increased competition in futures trading encourages companies involved in the futures trading business to more intensively capture customers' attention through advertising. PT Global Kapital Investama Berjangka or GK Invest currently uses advertising on several sources such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and several other online advertising media as one of its marketing strategies. To avoid inefficiencies in advertising, an instrument that can assist companies in determining the most effective advertising media is needed. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is the most popular algorithm used for classifying objects. This algorithm is seen to be used to determine the best source for finding potential customers related to advertising. Based on the research results obtained the calculation of the accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor using the RapidMiner Application with the Cross Validation method with a K = 1 parameter of 99%.

Abstract

Bidikmisi scholarships are scholarships given by the government to prospective students who have economic limitations but have good academic potential. Every year the bidikmisi enthusiasts in Padang State Polytechnic increase, the manager needs to prepare activities to select the prospective bidikmisi recipients as well as possible. In the selection process for Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, it is necessary to conduct a visitation activity or visit from the Padang State Polytechnic to the residence of prospective Bidikmisi students to ensure that the data provided is correct. Therefore, a bidikmisi information system was made in Padang State Polytechnic with a web application as a server side that can validate data and a mobile application (android) as a client side that can change data at the destination without the internet to select prospective bidikmisi recipients. Bidikmisi Information System web application in Padang State Polytechnic was built using the PHP programming language with the Framework Framework while in a mobile application (Android) it was built using the Java programming language. In designing the integration of Bidikmisi information systems in Padang State Polytechnic the tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams

Abstract

Based on data presented by the National Strategic Food Price Information Center on Monday (6/5/2019), all food commodity prices rose. Wear prices affect people's purchasing power and the main raw materials in the area. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to think that to create a site-based application that can monitor food prices and can predict food price increases, predictions are expected to be a purchasing decision support system to control prices. The methodology used in this application is V Model, the programming language used is PHP using the Laravel 5.8 framework to develop the application. This application uses the Fuzzy Time Series method, which is to forecast or predict the price of commodity types. Is to provide information related to commodity prices in the market, also predict the price of commodity types for the months ahead, this is intended to take action to compile a sudden increase in price. From the test results the estimated price uses the average absolute error percentage (MAPE). And the prediction results obtained with a MAPE value of -0.013%.

Abstract

Padang City as the Capital of West Sumatra Province is the main gate of various types of trade commodities in the country. Padang is also a trading center in West Sumatra. Based on BPS data in 2016, there are 17 markets in Padang City with 8 markets managed by the community and 9 markets managed by the City Government of Padang. To assist the community in providing information on the prices of food commodities, a web-based information system is needed that provides information on the price of food commodities (especially basic food) for markets in the city of Padang. Through this information system, the public can find out the price of food commodities by grouping: per-commodity, per-market, and prices at a certain time period. The information system in the form of this website was created using the Laravel 5.5 framework which is one of the breakthroughs in the field of web programming. The Laravel Framework makes it easy for application developers to create web-based information systems. This information system is developed using the Waterfall method where development begins with the analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages.

Abstract

Mrapat merupakan sistem yang dapat memanajemen ruang, absensi, dan notulen dalam rapat, memberikan kemudahan komunikasi antara sekretaris bidang dengan administrasi fasilitas dalam pemesanan ruang rapat sehingga dapat lebih efesien dalam waktu konfirmasi terapat ruang rapat yang di butuhkan sekretaris bidang, dalam pemesanan ruang rapat dapat menghindari terjadi pemilihan jadwal dan ruang yang sama sehingga menghindari bentrok terhadap pemakaian jadwal dan ruang rapat, memberikan kemudahan dalam pemberian informasi terkait jadwal dan ruangan rapat, menghindari terjadi penundaan rapat akibat pemindahan rungan rapat, pada sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi karyawan peserta rapat dalam melakukan pengambilan absensi, meminimalisir pemakaian kertas serta meminimalisir kecurangan saat pengambilan absensi, serta untuk notulen juga dimudahkan dalam membuat dan membagikan kesimpulan rapat pada peserta rapat. Sistem ini di implementasi di PT PLN Unit Wilayah Sumbar dengan pemanfaatan teknologi website dan aplikasi android yang masing - masingnya dibuat dengan Laravel pemograman PHP serta Android Studio pemograman JAVA.

Abstract

Making lecture schedules manually is very difficult. We have to check every schedule if it does not conflict with the existing schedule and is time consuming and inefficient because of frequent errors. After the schedule is complete, every day there is a process of student attendance recapitulation and lecturer attendance recapitulation, this process often occurs with recap errors and is very long, for example student recaps can be done for months and when informing student compliance is late, many students complain. With this problem, the authors make changes so that the problem is resolved by using the FET application for scheduling lectures quickly, efficiently and accurately, the results of the lecture schedule we can import into the MySQL database then will be displayed and processed in the form of an information system-based website. can manage student and lecturer attendance online recap quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Online attendance system with the use of raspberries as a local server to synchronize system data on the server and attendance data processing, nodemcu as a tool that can transmit hostpot signals for attendance and android connected to the nodemcu hostpot with the android application for each event attendance in taking attendance . In this system Attendance can be taken at a distance of less than 30 meters by utilizing the nodemcu hostpot signal, an attendance device with additional battery power in anticipation of a main power outage, a local Raspberry pi server that is always synchronized with a public server so that when the internet network dies requesting attendance can still be processed and stored, the application that stores the mac address of the event participants so that there is only one warak on one user to minimize attendance cheating fraud, attendance taking and event permits can be done on the android application, taking attendance allows can be taken together to overcome attendance taking . This attendance system utilizes Restfult API technology with JavaScript Express programming framework, microcontroller with Arduino IDE C programming, websites with React.js JavaScript programming framework, and android applications with React Native JavaScript programming. In the design of this attendance system has several methods, namely problem identification, literature study, consultation, system analysis, system design, and implementation. The result of this system is a system that can streamline the taking and minimize attendance fraud

Abstract

The defense system against servers is generally still done manually by administrators. To overcome this, we need a system that functions to inform threats that occur optimally and be resolved quickly. The IDS network security system was developed using Suricata. Suricata itself will be built using OPNsense. With the Suricata system using OPNsense, it can detect or prevent incoming attacks.

Abstract

In Server Administration learning requires a comprehensive infrastructure and specifications along with increasing server needs. By overcoming the constraints of infrastructure constraints, Cloud Computing offers a more efficient and flexible server infrastructure. One of the platforms that offers infrastructure and server specifications is Openstack. Cloud computing technology is built using the Ubuntu Server 18.04 operating system and the Victorian version of the OpenStack deploying platform with Devstack. The results of this final project are implemented and used in network laboratories. Openstack can run 30 users. The creation of instances based on flavors of sizes m1.nano, m1.micro, cirros256, m1.tiny, ds512m, ds1G and m1.small. The images used on the instances are cirros-0.5.1-x86_65-disk and Ubuntu Server 18.04.
