Abstract

There are 210 countries / regions infected with the corona virus, the corona virus has now infected at least 2,197,968 people in the world. Meanwhile, Indonesia occupies the 36th position with a total of 5,923 cases. A total of 520 people died and 607 others recovered. Starting from the conditions currently developing in connection with the spread of the covid-19 virus, the WFH (Work from Home) program was launched. This is intended to break the chain of spreading the virus. As a consequence of the implementation of these activities, all activities that lead to the gathering of large numbers of people, such as lectures at the Padang State Polytechnic campus, are temporarily suspended for an unclear time. This is based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 260/2020 concerning Stipulation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Region of West Sumatra Province in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). This decision, he continued, has been followed up by the issuance of West Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 20 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in West Sumatra Province and West Sumatra Governor Decree Number 180-297-2020 concerning Enforcement of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the West Sumatra Province in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Circular of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 36604 / A3 / KP / 2020 dated March 15, 2020 concerning Procedures for Employees Working from Home and Deputy Director II of Padang State Polytechnic Number: 653 / PL9 / KP / 2020, March 26, 2020 concerning Work Notices from home or Work From Home (WFH). Lecturers, education personnel and honorary staff are encouraged to report their health, attendance and occupation through a certain application. Seeing the current needs and conditions, the Team took the initiative to make an application referred to as a quick and precise solution according to current conditions and in accordance with the regulations issued by the center up to the Padang State Polytechnic. The goal to be achieved from this service activity is to be able to help facilitate WFH reports through an E-logbook application in conditions that are not conducive to the covid-19 outbreak and participate in supporting government programs for better WFH because the information is well stored

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Project Base Learning (PjBL) to the dynamic routing configuration expertise competency. This research is a classroom action research which refers to Nana Sudjana model. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 (two) meetings, in first meeting is learning using Project-Based Learning (PjBL) by compiling written syntax and the second meeting is completing a project in the form of practice in the Cisco Packet Tracer simulation program. The researcher succeeded in achieving the classical completeness indicator in cycle III. The completeness of the final score increased by 33.3% from 50% in cycle I to 62.5% in cycle II and finally to 83.3% in cycle III.

Abstract

The use of technology in various fields can provide convenience in life, especially in electronic equipment, namely lamps. The use of lights occurs during the day and night with excessive intensity of use can lead to waste of electrical energy in the house. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool capable of checking the condition of lights using light sensors, current sensors and voltage sensors. The lamp condition check tool applied in the house is expected to make it easier for the occupants of the house to know the information on the condition of the lights in the house when left behind and can be accessed on the website so as to minimize the use of electricity in the house.

Abstract

Water is a basic human need that plays the most important role in human life in order to sustain human life. As time goes by, the need for clean water is very much needed by the community. The high need for water is the driving force for practical drinking water. In this final project, the application is made using Android Studio as a text editor, Sublime as a text editor to create an API, and MySQL which is useful as a system manager on the database on the server. In the application there is access as a customer, depot owner and as an introduction to gallons. The customer will then process the gallon water order and the depot owner will process the order that has been placed by the customer and send the order data to the gallon controller. When the gallon delivery person delivers the order, the customer can access the gallon delivery tracking process. Keywords: Android java, API, Tracking

Abstract

With the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, life becomes more real, by combining the virtual world into the real world in 3-dimensional form using the camera feature. The purpose of this application is to assist in the teaching and learning process in computer assembly subjects by utilizing augmented reality technology. AR is very helpful in visualizing the shape of objects, so the creation of this application as a learning media for components in computer assembly helps in accessing information and interacting using 3-dimensional objects. The method used is Marker Based Tracking, so to display the object a marker is needed. This application can observe from various sides so that it is even more real. It is hoped that this application will provide benefits to users in introducing and providing information about computer assembly learning using augmented reality technology.
