Jurnal Teknik Sipil ITATS adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM-ITATS) yang bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan hasil-hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan bidang teknik sipil, dimana pembaca jurnal diharapkan dari peneliti / ilmuwan teknik sipil, mahasiswa di bidang terkait , insinyur, dan praktisi di bidang ini. Jurnal Teknik Sipil ITATS berdiri sejak tahun 2020, dengan edisi pertama Volume 1, Nomor 1, Mei 2020. Pada periode pertama terbit, Jurnal Teknik Sipil terbit setiap enam bulan (2 kali dalam setahun) yaitu pada bulan Mei, dan November. Jurnal Teknik Sipil Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya menerbitkan artikel ilmiah di bidang teknik sipil, sebagai berikut. Rekayasa Struktural Teknik Sumber Daya Air Teknik Transportasi Teknik Geoteknik Teknik & Manajemen Konstruksi, Perencanaan Kota Teknik Struktur Bangunan Semua makalah yang dikirimkan akan menjalani proses peninjauan buta, dari dua peninjau anonim. Secara umum, Jurnal Teknil Sipil memprioritaskan makalah yang dapat menunjukkan orisinalitas, kebaruan, dan temuan penting yang dapat bermanfaat bagi minat pembaca. Pemeriksaan kesamaan untuk semua kertas yang dikirimkan akan diterapkan untuk memastikan kualitas kertas. Abstract

Accidents in construction project often occur, especially in the construction world. Safety climate plays an important role in the success of a project. By using a literature study, this article aims to find out what factors affect climate. This study uses 14 journals and consists of 17 articles that focus on the climate of work safety. The results showed that 13 factors were generated which were categorized into physical and non-physical. Physical factors that influence are physical fatigues, low adaptability, motor skills, leadership management, systematic work preparation, safety behaviour and injuries. Meanwhile, non-physical consisted of 5 factors: organizational climate, emotional stress, psychological conflict, personality, intelligence and motivation, psychosocial conditions. For further research, factor analysis will be carried out regarding the factors that have been found by surveying construction workers in Indonesia. The association of these factors with the safety climate can also be found.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomis dan non ekonomis merupakan hal-hal yang membutuhkan peran transportasi. Terminal merupakan salah satu jasa layanan yang disediakan oleh pihak swasta maupun pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transportasi umum yang semakin meningkat. Yang memberikan kontribusi paling besar dalam hal pencemaran udara adalah terminal, karena menjadi sentral dari segala aktifitas yang menggunakan jasa transportasi baik pengelola terminal, pedagang dan pemakai jasa. Pencemaran udara bersumber dari asap cerobong industri dan gas buangan dari kendaraan bermotor. Penggunaan kendaraan bermotor menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, terutama gas buang dari hasil pembakaran bahan bakar yang tidak terurai atau terbakar dengan sempurna. Kontributor terbesar polusi adalah substansi, substansi yang dimaksud adalah sulfur oksida (SOx). Polusi udara telah memberikan keterkaitan negatif bagi kesehatan manusia secara umum. Dalam hal ini khususnya dampak yang diterima oleh para pedagang makanan yang berada di sekitar area terminal. Para pedagang ini terkena paparan polusi udara setiap harinya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak polusi udara terhadap kesehatan para pedagang.

Abstract

Transportation becomes a vital means for human life as it is used for removing, driving, carrying, or transferring objects from one place to another. Damri Bus serves as a city bus in Surabaya passing through toll and non-toll roads. Damri Bus P8 is one of city buses operating from Purabaya (Bungurasih) Terminal to Perak through toll road. This research aimed at identifying direct and indirect cost components of Damri Bus P8 and adjusting its tariff based on Vehicle Operating Cost. The research method employed the Decree of Transportation Minister No. 89 in 2002. The result of calculation on Vehicle Operating Cost of Damri Bus P8 passing the toll road obtained the tariff IDR 5,881.00, whereas the actual tariff based on the stipulation of Indonesian Transportation Ministry is IDR 6.000,00. Thus, it could be concluded that the tariff of Damri Bus P8 was appropriate in which price was determined by considering the increasing price of fuel.

Abstract

The purpose of Kandang Roda – Pakansari Pedestrian Project is to supporting pedestrians to be more comfortable, safe and also to make the face of the capital city of Bogor Regency be more attractive for tourism. The purpose of research is to identify major factors that contribute the most on project delays. The research is using quantitative methods and questionnaire towards the employee of DINAS PUPR Bogor Regency as the owner and the employee of PT. Vanca Utama Perkasa as the main contractors. The questionnaire will be collected using SPSS software. The research is required to avoid similar fault and causing many loss. The results of research said that Environment Factor (X.6) is being the major factor that affect delays on this project according to Statistic Descriptive Analysis test. The factor had 4.00 mean bigger than others, with Availability of utilities (cables); PLN, Telkom, PDAM, Fiber Optic which are underground as the indicato (X6.11). The result is support by T Test with a probability value of 0.0000 which means that partially there is a significant influence between these variables and project delays

Abstract

Floods that occur due to the overflowing of Gude River are the main problem in Jombang Regency. Gude River is a river with a length of 8.67 km that flows from Gudo sub-district behind the Sengfong company which is split into the Gude Denanyar River and the Gude Ploso River.  This study discusses the normalization of Gude River capacity at a 20 year return period using HEC-RAS software. In this study, the method used to calculate the design flood is Nakayasu unit synthetic hydrograph and the HEC-RAS software for flow simulation modeling. The calculation result of the flood discharge with a return period of 2 years is 76,89 m3/sec, at 5 years it is 91,59 m3/sec, at 25 years it is 113,62 m3/sec, at 50 years it is 122,75 m3/sec, and at 100 years is 131,80 m3/sec. Based on the discharge data and topographical data of Gude River that has been inputted at the HEC-RAS, it shows that the overflow occurs in almost all river cross sections except at Sta 0, Sta 14, and Sta 17. Normalization can be carried out to overcome the overflow of Gude River, by dredging sedimentation as deep as 1,5 meters and constructing embankments on both sides of the river with a height of 1.3 meters.

Abstract

Dalam industri konstruksi pengembangan dan penggunaan semen campuran semakin meningkat. Hal ini bertujuan  untuk meminimalisir penggunaan semen. Penggunaan Fly ash sebagai material pengganti untuk mengurangi jumlah semen, memiliki kelebihan, diantaranya menghemat biaya dan mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan penelitian mutakhir, didapatkan bahwa penggunaan fly ash diatas 30% akan menurunkan kuat tekan beton. Penggunaan zat aditif berfungsi untuk kemudahan pengerjaan ataupun mempercepat pengikatan pada beton dengan maksud mempersingkat waktu pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan. Zat aditif tipe C (Accelerator) digunakan untuk mengurangi lamanya waktu pengeringan (hidrasi), dan mempercepat pencapaian kekuatan beton. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pembesaran prosentase penggunaan fly ash dengan tetap mempertahankan tercapainya mutu beton rencana, yaitu dengan cara penambahan zat aditf tipe C dari berat total bahan pengikat. Prosentase penggunaan fly ash terbatasa pada prosentase 30% - 40% dari berat semen. Pada kondisi normal, kuat tekan beton akan meningkat sesuai bertambahnya umur beton. Pada umumnya pada umur 7 hari, kuat tekan beton akan mencapai 65% dan pada umur 14 hari akan mencapai 88% - 90% dari kuat tekan beton umur 28 hari. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kuat tekan untuk beton normal dan beton dengan fly ash mengalami penurunan kekuatan terhadap beton normal untuk umur 14, 28, 56 hari. Persentase penurunan kekuatan tertinggi terjadi pada penggunaan fly ash sebesar 40% pada hari ke-56, yaitu sebesar -7,66% terhadap beton normal. Tetapi masih memenuhi kuat tekan rencana diumur beton 28 hari yaitu 25,99 Mpa.

Abstract

Struktur beton bertulang dengan flat slab umumnya menjadi populer di sistem konstruksi bangunan untuk metode cor di tempat. Metode ini didukung oleh kolom tanpa menggunakan balok atau dengan penebalan area kolom. Konsep ini memberikan beberapa manfaat dalam konstruksi yaitu, kemudahan dalam konstruksi, fleksibilitas arsitektur dan mengurangi item pekerjaan. Akan tetapi, efektifitas struktur tersebut didukung dengan rendahnya kapasitas dalam menahan pengaruh beban gempa dan besarnya efek dari punching shear. Dalam penelitian ini, dua jenis sistem struktur akan dianalisayang, yaitu pelat dengan balok dalok dan flat slab dengan drop panel. Studi kasus diambil pada bangunan empat lantai, perpustakaan IAIN Madura, dengan bentang panel 6 m dan 7.2 m yang masing-masing menggunakan dimensi drop panel 2 m dan 1.5 m, akan dimodelkan ulang secara numerik menggunakan konsep rangka ekuivalen dan metode desain langsung menggunakan ETABS 2018. Pelatmenggunakan balok juga dianalisa sebagai pembanding dan evaluasi. Tujuan yang diusulkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja flat slab dan drop panel agar mendapatkan efektivitas parameter bangunan yang sesuai standar.

Abstract

Kediri Airport has been developed by Gudang Garam Ltd and Angkasa Pura I Ltd since 15April 2020. This airport will open the access of surrounding areas such as Tulung Agung, Blitar, Ponorogo, Trenggalek, Madiun, and Magetan. To know the tariff value for the flight of Kediri-Jakarta route, the researcher conducted value analyses using ATP (Ability To Pay) and WTP (Willingness To Pay) as well as tariff analysis based on the Government Regulation No.51 Year 2014. Meanwhile, the methods used to count ATP value wasHousehold Budget and the one for calculating WTP wasState Preference.The result of ATP (Ability To Pay) earned averagely IDR 361,000,00, while WTP (Willingness To Pay) gained averagely IDR 784,000,00. This sort of condition was named Captive Riders, meaning that the willingness to pay for transportation service was higher than the ability to pay for transportation service. The calculation using the Government Regulation No. 51 in 2014 obtained tariff IDR 1.204.753,50, in the other words, this value was more than the willingness and ability to pay of passengers who want to use the transport service of Kediri Airport. Accordingly, the subsidy from government is necessary.

Abstract

This research presents evaluation and planning to increase the capacity of apron at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of aircraft that will use the apron in the planned year, and assess whether a new design for the apron will be required for the planned, which is 2030. This planning used 3 scenarios that differentiated based on the year of data used. The procedure was started by determining the future aircraft movement using simple linear regression. After that, the procedure continued by determining the values of Rmonth, Rday, and Rhour which then were multiplied by the result of regression to get the values of Nmonth, Nday, and Nhour respectively. The Nhour value was used as a basis or reference for designing additional capacity of the apron. The results of Nhour value for each scenario werw 57 movements for the first scenario, 44 movements for the second scenario, and 32 movements for the third scenario. For the maximum parking time duration of 45 minutes, the required additional parking will increase from 16 parking stand to 43 parking stands for the first scenario, 35 parking stands for the second scenario, and 24 parking stands for the third scenario.

Abstract

As an industrial city in west Surabaya exactly Margomulyo industrial area, Surabaya city has numerous housings to support people’s needs such as Griya Citra Asri (GCA) residence. Consequently, the road performances are decreasing and eventually disrupt the activities and movement for both humans and goods from inside and outside the town, for instance traffic congestion, accident, and limited vehicle speed which does not meet the speed plan.  Therefore, this research aimed at investigating the characteristics of trip among people living in this housing area. Besides, it was also intended for figuring out the model of trip generation of people at Griya Citra Asri Surabaya residence using multiple linear regression. The best model for movement generation obtained Y = -0.808 + 0.156 + 0.083 + 0.166 + 0.665 + 0.165 + 0.170 + 0.091 having R2 = 0.997, F count = 9966700, in which X1 = total family members, X2 = total revenue, X3 = total family members who are working,  X4 = total family members who are schooling, X5 = total vehicles, X6 = total cars, and X7 = total travel distances. Accordingly, there were 2 dominant factors affecting the trip generation at Griya Citra Asri Surabaya housing namely total family members who are schooling (X4) and total cars (X6).
