<![CDATA[Ubud Public Market is visited by many foreign and local tourists. The increase of tourists to Ubud caused a negative impact from the development of tourism is the environment because the amount of waste generated in every place. The level of knowledge and awareness of traders in terms of waste management is still very less, seen from the general aspects of waste management is the stage of collection, transportation and final disposal. The purpose of this research is to know the knowledge, attitude and actions of trader’s about waste management at Ubud Public Market Ubud Subdistrict Gianyar Regency 2017. This research type is descriptive observasional. Samples in this research are 100 traders selling at Ubud Public Market Ubud Subdistrict Gianyar Regency. The data collected in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection was done by using questionnaires to assess the level of knowledge, attitude and action of traders and observation sheet used to observe directly the waste management in Ubud Public Market Ubud Subdistrict Gianyar Regency. The data has been collected and then processed and presented in the form of tables or graphs. The result of this research is a traders with good knowledge of 49 people (49%), traders who have good attitude 51 people (51%), traders who have medium action 76 people (76%). ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The Public Health is a functional organization unit that organizes health efforts that are comprehensive and integrated, evenly accepted and affordable by the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of health workers and actions in efforts to manage medical waste at Dawan II Public Health Center in 2021. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a population of all health workers totaling 63 people with the instruments used in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. The analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate with the Chi-square test. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that the knowledge of health workers in efforts to manage medical waste at the health center has a P-Value = 0.001 significance p = 0.05. Meanwhile, the attitude of health workers in the efforts to manage medical waste at the health centers has a P-Value = 0.001 significance p = 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the actions of health workers in efforts to manage medical waste at Dawan II Public Health Center in 2021. <![CDATA[Abstract : Farmers are the largest working group in Indonesia. The level of farmers' exposure to the use of pesticides is highly dependent on how knowledge is used in using pesticides. Tabanan Regency is one of the districts in Bali. The area of paddy in Tabanan Regency reaches 22,453 hectares which is the widest rice field area and at the same time as a rice barn in Bali Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of farmers in the use of personal protective equipment. The method used is descriptive, primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the village head in the form of population data. The results of the study revealed that 18 respondents (29%) had sufficient knowledge and 45 respondents (71%) had good knowledge. As many as 2 respondents (3%) who had less attitudes, 36 respondents (57%) who had enough attitudes, and 25 respondents (40%) who had good attitudes. And as many as 57 respondents (90%) who have less action, 6 respondents (10%) who have enough action. Conclusion in this study farmers have good knowledge, but attitudes and actions to use personal protective equipment when direct contact with pesticides is still lacking.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract.For the implementation of environmental health services in the Public health center need to be analyzed human resources, funding sources, implementation activities, and infrastructure facilities. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of environmental health services. Research is conducted throughout the public health center of Denpasar City, by providing an overview, description and analysis of the implementation of environmental health services. The results showed human resources showed a 100% good figure, all respondents of 100% expressed the importance of funding sources, as many as 5 public health centers carry out environmental health services every day, and the remaining 6 public health centers carry out according to the schedule. Facilities and infrastructures at the Public health center of Denpasar City there are still less like environmental health laboratories, environmental quality gauges and tool repair tools. Thus it is advised that the public health center that facilities and infrastructure is still lacking to be equipped and to the Public health center that carries out the activities of environmental health services on a schedule/not daily to review to the implementation of environmental health services]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Berawa Beach originated from Bali which is one of the beaches that are in demand by domestic tourists as well as foreign tourists as a tourist place located in the Badung area of North Kuta District. Increased tourist arrivals that occur require the availability of food snacks in Berawa beach area. The purpose of this research is to find out the General Description of Hygiene Sanitation of Food Traders in Berawa Beach Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta Sub-district, Badung Regency in 2018. The research type is descriptive observation with survey method on street vendors and observing sanitation facilities around street vendors which is at the location of Berawa Beach. From six of the street vendors in Berawa Beach, they get the result that is on the traders of cilok, chicken noodles, meatballs, and food and beverage traders are included in the less qualified category whereas the fried traders and maize traders are included in the unqualified category. From 16 questions on the examination of sanitation facilities around the street vendors in Berawa Beach get a total value of 5 which included in the category does not meet the requirements. The total results of all six peddlers there are four street vendors included in the unqualified category and two street vendors included in the less qualified category. For the merchants more to maintain food hygiene as well as for the coast manager is advised to better facilitate the state of Berawa.]]>

<![CDATA[ Abstract :Habit of washing hands with soap is part healthy lifestyle which is one three pillars development in health sector, namely healthy living habits. Video is a set of tools that can project a moving image which is a combination of image and sound to form the same character as the original object. From results surveys that researchers have done before, researchers are again interested in taking this research, researchers are really looking at effect health promotion methods through educational videos about application hand washing with soap. The purpose of this study is to determine effect health promotion with educational video media on the level of knowledge and attitude washing hands with soap in caregivers of toddlers as an effort to prevent diarrhea. Research method used is pre-experimental research with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. With the results of data analysis obtained using the paired t-test, sig (2-tailed) (0.000) (0.05). So it can be concluded that effect health promotion with educational video media can increase the knowledge and attitude of washing hands with soap in caregivers toddlers, it is recommended as input for health promotion program planners about education for hand washing with soap as an effort to prevent diarrhea. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: CV Kecak Garment is a Manufacturer/ Exporter/ Trader of apparel. Every years CV Kecak Garment produces 500,000 clothes that are exported to USA. CV Kecak Garment began to stand in 1993 with the owner “Kang Dharma Wijaya”. Based on the data of Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar city in the year of 2015 there is a private garment industry in Kesiman Kertalangu village named CV. Kecak Garment. This garment industry that is located in Soka Street number 126 East Denpasar has 70 tailors. The aim of this research is to know the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The type of this research is descriptive observational. Population of the research is 70 tailors in CV Kecak Garment and it uses total population. The data collected in this research are primer and seconder data. Data was collected through questioner to grade the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The collected data was compiled and displayed in the format of table and graphic. The result of this research is 41 tailors (59%) has activity fatigue, 53 tailors (76%) do not have motivation fatigue, 39 tailors (56%) has physical fatigue and the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors is in the mid category (tailors of CV Kecak garment has the fatigue in the process of sewing) is 59 tailors (84%).]]>

<![CDATA[ Abstract. Market including public places as a place for interaction. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 519 / Menkes / SK / VI / 2008, traditional markets are markets that mostly sell daily necessities with simple trading practices and do not heed the health rules. The density of flies is an indicator of how poor waste management or poor sanitary conditions are. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions of traders in managing waste with the density of flies in the Sembung Village Market in 2020. This type of research is observational analytic research with all population techniques used as samples and Chi Square test. The number of respondents in this study were 48 traders. The results of this study indicate that respondents have an unfavorable level of knowledge with high fly density (54.2%). Respondents' attitudes indicate that the attitude of unfavorably high fly density (54.2%). The respondent's actions were not good with high fly density (56.3%). The level of density of flies with high categories was more (56.3%). Statistical test results using the chi square test obtained p value = 0,000 α (0.05) which means Ho is rejected or there is a significant or significant relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions with the level of fly density.Keywords:]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrack: Sanitation of public places is a public health problem that is quite urgent, because the public place is a meeting place of all kinds of society with all sickness. Public places or facilities must carry out environmental sanitation, among others, places that facilitate the occurrence of disease transmission, or public service places where the intensity of the number and timing of visits is high. Place or public facilities one of the market. Kusamba General Market is located at Amlapura Highway, Kusamba Village, Dawan District with 2.974 m2 of land area consisting of 227 traders. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of market sanitation in Kusamba General Market Kusamba Village Dawan Year 2018. This research use descriptive method with data collection technique using observation sheet. Result of research to market building get category enough with score 16, market sanitation get category enough with score 12, security got by category less with score 1. Total of whole state of sanitation market that is enough with score 28. It is suggested to market manager to pay more attention to cleanliness the market environment and adding sanitation facilities. To the traders to jointly maintain market facilities and market hygiene. To the government or related institutions located in the working area of Pasar Umum Kusamba to conduct supervision / inspection of market sanitation and health of traders.]]>

<![CDATA[ODF (Open Defecation Free) or Free Defecation is a village/kelurahan where 100% of the people have defecated in healthy latrines. Ambengan Village is one of the villages that has not been ODF in Buleleng Regency. There are 89.6% who are ODF and 10.4% are not ODF from 1,278 households in Ambengan village. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the Free Status of Open Defecation. This study uses a cross-sectional design with a sample of 93 respondents and data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test. Respondents with good knowledge (45.2%), moderate (36.6%) and less (18.3%). Respondents with good attitude (43%), moderate (37.6%) and less (19.4%). The results of the Chi Square test showed that there was a relationship between the respondent's knowledge (p = 0.000) and the respondent's attitude (p = 0.000) with the status of free defecation. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude with open defecation free status in Ambengan village. Public health center to carry out counseling about ODF (Open Defecation Free) to the community and villages can make rules regarding the prohibition of open defecation.]]>
