Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Islamic knowledge of Muslimah clothing, Hijab-Fashion Influencers, and modern hijab-clothing style toward Hijabers’ Fashion Consciousness and its impact on Hijabers’ choice of hijab-clothing choice among Hijabers in Pontianak. The rising numbers of hijab-fashion influencers on Instagram may rise Hijabers’ consciousness to be more fashionable in dressing. And so is the development of hijab-clothing style the are made more modernly with various designs, eye-catching colors, and completed with accessories that supports Hijabers’ fashionable modern look. However, hijab-clothing is supposed to be in line with the principles of Islam on how a Muslimah should properly dress, because the regulations regarding hijab-clothing itself is already written in the Holy Quran.This researchis a survey research that is conducted to understand the causal relationships between variables with the use of questionnaire as the instrument to obtain data. The questionnaire is distributed to 150 samples who fulfill the requirements. The samples of this research are Hijabers in Pontianak who are in range of age from 18-35 years old and are having Instagram account that is following Hijab-Fashion Influencers. In this research, the data analysing method used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method. To conduct analysis using PLS method, this research is using smartPLS 3.0 software. The hypothesis of the research is H1: There is negative relationship between Islamic Knowledge of Muslimah Clothing and Hijabers’ Fashion Consciousness, H2: There is positive relationship betweenHijab-Fashion Influencers and Hijabers’ Fashion Consciousness, H3: There is positive relationship betweenModern Hijab-Clothing Style and Hijabers’ Fashion Consciousness, H4: There is significant relationship between Hijabers’ Fashion Consciousness and Hijabers’ Choice of Hijab-Clothing Style. Abstract

AbstrakLaba  maksimum adalah tujuan utama setiap perusahaan. Perubahan laba dianggap penting karena berkaitan dengan profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan. Secara umum, laba adalah penentu keputusan investasi, ketika terus meningkat, menyiratkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki manajemen yang baik dan prospek masa depan yang baik pula. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan  untuk menganalisis determinan perubahan laba perusahaan perbankan konvensional. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013-2018.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 27 sampel.Pembahasan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba.Variabel NIM tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba.Variabel BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perubahan laba.Variabel LDR tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba.dan variabel NPL berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. secara keseluruhan variabel-variabel ini mampu memengaruhi perubahan laba perusahaan perbankan konvensional. Kata kunci : CAR, NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, dan Perubahan Laba DAFTAR PUSTAKABudisantoso, T dan Sigit. 2006. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research evaluation is to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, customer satisfaction and intention to reuse online payments in Pontianak. In current technological developments or better known as the 4.0 era. In the complex, namely in the world of business, politics, social and education. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method with a questionnaire as a tool to obtain data. Questionnaires were given to 100 samples that met the requirements. In this case my research target was adults in Pontianak who were invited for a minimum of 17 years. This study uses a data analysis model of partial least square structural equations (SEMPLS). To conduct the analysis using the PLS method, this study uses a smartPLS 3.0 data testing machine. The hypothesis of this study is H1: perceived ease of use has a significant effect on online payment reuse intentions, H2: perceived benefits of online payment reuse intentions, H3: trust in online payment reuse intentions and H4: customer satisfaction with repayment intention on line. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Promosi Berbasis Social Media dan Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah menonton film produksi Falcon Pictures di Kota Pontianak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dan model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi berbasis social media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton dan variabel electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton.Kata kunci : Promosi, Social Media, Electronic Word of Mouth, Keputusan Menonton.DAFTAR PUSTAKA  Arifin, Ali. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara servant leadership dan kepribadian terhadap organization citizenship behavior guru di kecamatan selakau. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain kausal, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel servant leadership, kepribadian, dan variabel organization citizenship behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA yang ada di kecamatan selakau yang berjumlah 45 orang. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multiklinieritas dan uji heterokedasitas. Hasil membuktikan bahwa secara parsial antara variabel servant leadership (X1) dan variabel kepribadian (X2) terhadap organization citizenship behavior (Y) adalah sebagai berikut : secara parsial thitung variabel servant leadership sebesar 0,2922 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,772 yang nilainya dibawah 0,05 Maka dapat disimpulkan variabel servant leadership (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel organization citizenship behavior (Y). secara parsial nilai thitung variabel kepribadian (X2) sebesar 29,179 dengan probabilitas 0,000 yang nilainya dibawah 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepribadian (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel organization citizenship behavior (Y). Kata Kunci : Servant Leadership, Kepribadian, dan Organization Citizenship Behavior DAFTAR PUSTAKAAshton, M. Abstract

ABSTRAKSemakin majunya perekonomian suatu negara dapat mengubah pola pikir serta perilaku investor dalam menginvestasikan danya di pasar modal. Perilaku investor juga dipengaruhi peristiwa-peristiwa tertentu seperti peristiwa politik yang secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas dipasar modal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemilu pilpres 2019 terhadap perbedaan Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity pada Perusahaan yang sahamnya terdaftar di index LQ45. Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil publikasi data pada website bursa efek indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang sahamnya terdaftar di indeks LQ45 dan sampelnya diambil berdasarkan metode purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan mean pada rata-rata abnormal return yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara sebelum dan setelah pemilu presiden yang sebelumnya bersifat negatif menjadi bersifat positif. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Customer Experience Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Minat Bermain Ulang (Studi Kasus pada Pengunjung Trans Studio Mini Kubu Raya di Transmart)”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk assosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner online kepada pengunjung Trans Studio Mini Kubu Raya dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strore atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer experience, customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bermain ulang dan store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bermain ulang.Kata kunci: Store Atmosphere, Customer Experience, Minat Bermain UlangDAFTAR PUSTAKABaker, J., Parasuraman, A., Grewal, D., & Voss, G. Abstract

          Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis dimensi work life balance dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasaan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan Restoran Gajah Mada Pontianak. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada kajian bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Restoran Gajah Mada Pontinanak. Jumlah sampel dianalisis mengunakan SPSS 25, sebanyak 55 responden dipilih dengan cara metode sampel jenuh atau sensus, selanjutnya pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Analisis ini mengunakan pengujian asumsi klasik dan pengujian model dengan Uji F, Uji T, Uji R² pada kecocokan model serta pengujian hipotesis.        Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa variable work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, work-life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.Kata kunci: work-life balance, komitmen organisasional, kepuasaan kerja dan turnover intention Daftar Pustaka Agus, W. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Compensation and Work Flexibility on Job Satisfaction Gojek Driver in Pontianak. In this study, the population is all Gojek drivers in Pontianak. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using a sampling technique that is Accidental Sampling (Convenience sampling) and the data analysis model used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on research results show that compensation and work flexibility can explain its effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRAK The smooth implementation of government tasks and national development is highly dependent on the perfection of the state apparatus, especially Civil Servants (PNS). Therefore, in order to achieve the goals of national development that is to realize civil society and obey the law, modern civilization, democratic, prosperous, just, and highly moral, required Civil Servants who are elements of the state apparatus serving as state servants and public servants.In improving the way of working throughout the West Kalimantan Province SPKD, it requires firm leadership with a charismatic spirit that can be a role model for all subordinates in order to improve and create a good work culture so that all officials in the government of West Kalimantan Province can be disciplined in providing good services and high work performance. This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research used in this study is causality research with multiple regression analysis analysis techniques. Data were obtained from 74 civil servants in the West Kalimantan Provincial Parliament Secretariat by distributing closed questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that the charismatic leadership variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Keyword : Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Performance DAFTAR PUSTAKA  Bangun, W.
