Abstract

Handphone is mobile device and as amedia that is able to do various communicationsdata which users are able to acces internet anytimeand anywhere. Based on this condition, comes thewill to develop a spesific application in mobilesdevice which needs a lot of mobiling. Collagestudents has needs for academic informations and itis very important to them. Application that canmake students access their academic informationthrough handphone has to be developed. Therefore,a technology that can make collage student accesstheir academic informations through handphone ishighly needed and Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) cando it. This application can hopefully help and makecollage students access their academic informationseasier through their handphones with GeneralPacket Radio Services (GPRS) as it’s network. Theapplications is made based on mobile fromhandphone that supports Java. Client-serverapplication which is called midlet, is installed intothe handphone. To be connected to the server, thisapplication is using GPRS as a connection. The testresult shows that this application can accessacademic information online with GPRS network, socollage students can use this application anywhereand everywhere as far as the operator mobile can bereach.

Abstract

In the widespread research study usingthe Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) will bemore effective than other tools. Where informationtechnology has an important role in human activity.Can be seen from the awareness of the role ofinformation technology is increasingly widespread in a variety of human activities to the whole societyas well as in education. But at this time of learningfor the children yet to be implemented in earlychildhood early childhood in West Kalimantan arestill manual is with other people who are calledintermediary or intermediaries teaching writingand drawing in the book so that the learningprocess is sometimes very tedious and inefficient.According to a survey conducted in 30 children andthe active role of the parents who accompany therespondents said that children are more likely to behappy playing than learning. Thus the design of theprogram was made based multimedia learningapplication for early childhood in order to assist infacilitating the delivery of learning while playingcompared to oral delivery tailored to aspects thatexist in the CAI. Where CAI are also manydifferent forms dependent skill learning designersand developers, can be shaped the game (games),teach abstract concepts are then dikonkritkan in theform of audio-visual and animated. Once thesoftware design is complete then tested by themethod of User Acceptance Test (UAT). The testresults have shown that the learning program canbe used as an alternative in understanding learningeducation.

Abstract

Over time, the film industry and itstechnology is increasing.It encourages humancuriosity to develop ways of doing their work so thatprocessing can produce more interestingentertainment. As one way to do is to do imageprocessing. One of Image processing method isanaglyph movie that is movie form that looks moreraised so that it looks like in 3D. However, becauseeach people has a different point of view, sometimesthe eyes have to work hard to get a clear picture sothat sometimes they had a headache and dizziness.to reduce this negative cause then designed anAnaglyph converter application to measure theaverage people's eyes ability to capture anaglypheffect with good. this application will reconstructthe 3D video from 2D video using Chromaticanaglyphic method. This is the simplest method formaking the 3D image. this application works byoutlining a video into frames. Then those frame willbe processing by the application. Result from thisprocessing is a complete anaglyph video with theshift distance can be re-adjusted by the user. Thetest results showed that the average human eye cancapture anaglyph effect with well at a distance shift46,76 pixel with 12 inc screen view and 1 M length.45,96 pixel with 12 inc screen view and 2 M length.46,32 pixel with 14 inc screen view and 1 M lengthand 46,48 pixel with 14 inc screen view and 2 Mlength.

Abstract

Final Paper is a main subject that must befinished by the college students to end their studytime in college and get the Bachelor(B) degree. Inadministration process of final paper, there areseveral procedures that must be completed.Administration process of final paper in CivilEngineering Major, Engineering Faculty,Tanjungpura University nowadays still works in asimple computerized where the final paper data issaved in excel (*xls) and word (*doc) format intofolders that made by administration staffthemselves and still not reference to DBMS, untilneed to be developed to make the administrationservice work become easier in Civil EngineeringMajor, Engineering Faculty, TanjungpuraUniversity in the process of maintenance the finalpaper data, prepare the letters that needed inadministration process of final paper, and make thedata recapitulation from the administration processof that final paper. The purpose of this research isto produce the Sistem Informasi Manajemen TugasAkhir (SIMTA) in Civil Engineering Major,Engineering Faculty, Tanjungpura University thatcan fulfil all needs like assist the administrationstaff work to prepare the letters that needed as therequirement in administration process of finalpaper, help the college students and lecturer to dothe consultation for final paper, and display thesummary from final paper database in graph fromor table to the major executive staff. The system isstructured in web based by using PHPprogramming language and MySQL Database. Thetesting of this final paper information systemmanagement is using the user acceptance testmethod to know about the system work well or not.From the testing result that has been done show thisfinal paper information system management can bedone as final paper data processing service that canhelp the administration staff to prepare the lettersthat needed in final paper administration process ofCivil Engineering Major, Engineering Faculty,Tanjungpura University, online consultation mediabetween lecturer and college students, can beaccesed wherever and whenever by internetconnection, give the information summary fromfinal paper database, in graph form or table tomajor executive staff.

Abstract

Development of industrial areas arenot regular and net appearance make invantedideas software deal with decision support systemthat can help user to choose Regional Planningof Industry in Kabupaten Kubu Raya. By usingdecision support system based geographicinformation system(GIS), thus it will be nodifficulties for a derivator decision in analyzingthe existed data. Because of gis, it will drawn theactual position of spreading data. GIS is used tivisualize a result from alternative location usedfor Regional Planning of Industry in KabupatenKubu raya. Principal component analysis andCluster Observation are the methode that use tomake a new linier combination variable fromthe real variable. To give an accurate result,variabel will reduce and produce a new variablethat called principal component. It also usecluster observation to analyzing a pattern,grouping the object into the group that has thesimilarity and classification the pattern. PCAuse to reduce variable and cluster will find thepattern and grouping the object to support theanalysis result.

Abstract

The hospital is a health care institution is acomplex, dense and capital-intensive profession. Thiscomplexity arises because of hospital services on arange of service delivery, education and research, andincludes a variety of measures and medicaldisciplines. So that the hospital is able to perform complex functions such, the hospital must have aprofessional human resources both in the technicalfield of medical and health administration. Outpatientservices is one unit of work in the scope of hospitalserving outpatient treatment and not more than 24hours of service. Development of hospital outpatientinfluenced by the development of advanced medicaltechnology that provides a variety of services,including radiation and chemotherapy centers,diagnostic imaging centers, rehabilitation centers,hospitalization pasial, sports medicine clinics,women's health clinics, occupational health andothers. One type of medical support services in ahospital radiology service that is performed by aradiology unit installation. Installation is the venuefor the radiology radiology services to patients in needwith rapid diagnosis and precise or accurateradiotherapy delivery. Many radiology departmentthat became a symbol of pride for each hospital,because of the high-tech services which is an effectivemarketing tool in attracting doctors or patients and installation procedures in radiology is a major source of income.
