Abstract

Abstract-Rental Application and E-Ticketing Taxi web-based West Kalimantan, is a system application taxi ticket sales and rentals. The system is made to the customer in finding a taxi ticket or hire a taxi to travel to the destination and also made for a taxi company in marketing the ticket. The system is constructed by applying the technique of responsive web design so that the display can adjust the size of the cotton area of the browser used by the user. The approach used in the study is a structured approach that uses several tools and construction techniques, such as flowcharts, data flow diagrams, database design and interface design system. Testing the system using black box method. The results of the Rental Application and E-Ticketing Taxi West Kalimantan can help customers in search of tickets and help taxi companies in the ticket as well as a media marketing campaign of the company.

Abstract

Abstract-Geographic Information System (GIS) is a  system based on a computer that have the ability in handles data geography. PT. Progressio Datawave Cakrawala is a company that provides the service of internet access in the city of pontianak.As a company that moves in the fields of the internet was supposed to have the the information system mapping bts and consumers that on based of the web. On information systems mapping it can display a radius of a BTS and having information the signal strength and be able to manage data bts and consumers.Testing done with two methods is black box and user acceptance test ( uat ).Testing the black box used to do our tests on the performance programs and uat used to do our tests against the quality of the web being.The result of uat said that the the information system designed able to reach the goal that is, could mapquest bts and consumers and can give information about the strong and the weak a signal from one of BTS which PT. Progressi Datawave Cakrawala.

Abstract

Abstract - Criminality is human action that is in violation of or contrary to what is specified in the rule of law. Various forms of acts of criminality have been so rampant and troubling a lot of people in daily life. The most frequent cases occurred in the city of Pontianak was vehicle theft, the theft with the qualification and theft with violence. The number of cases increases which occurred in the town of Pontianak was almost entirely only note without visualize into digital form to be processed. This research aims to help the police in watching the level of criminality through spatial data or non-spatial data, so that it can control the area prone to criminality and crime-prone areas to provide information, for the public can be informed in anticipation of the crime-prone areas. The analysis is carried out using methods for Small Area Estimation (SAE) and Empirical Bayes (EB) to process data indicators and grouping the results the EB so can determine the priority of their respective district. System designed can help keep an eye on the level of criminality in the police force and can become information for the general public so that it can better anticipate crime-prone areas.

Abstract

Diseases and pests is one of the obstacles in plant cultivating, especially orchids. Disease infection and pests can damage the cultivation of orchids and effecting the beauty of orchids. Problems that occur around the orchid plant diseases and pests that are often experienced by orchid farmers itself is they cant tell between orchid diseases and pests due to thee lack of knowledge about the disease and pest itself. Diseases mistaken pests and pest mistaken diseases. Orchid disease is the cause of orchids becoming ill, usually caused by the infection of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria and viruses. Orchid pests are orchids vermin. To differ between orchid diseases and pests, identification is needed to be done so the cultivators of orchids can easily know if it is the disease or pest that is experienced by orchids. Another problem is the lack of an expert or expertees in diseases and pests of ornamental plants, especially orchids, making cultivators having difficulty in overcoming diseases and pests of orchids. An expert system is one solution in identifying orchid diseases and pests based on symptoms experienced by orchids. In this study an expert system is made by applying certainty factor, the application is developed to determine the diseases or pests on orchids with only paying attention to the symptoms experienced by orchids. By applying the method certainty factor possible values are obtained for the infection of the disease or pest attack suffered orchids. The system produce can proses data management and identify disease or pest with a accurate level of 80 %. The symptoms data inputed will be processed until there are identification results that are accordance to the certainty factor.

Abstract

Abstract - HIV / AIDS Counseling is essential in detecting whether someone has been exposed to HIV / AIDS or not. The number of data cases of HIV / AIDS are many and varied, which is obtained either from experience counselors, and case data recorded on the institution of VCT / AIDS, it is possible to apply the reasoning in Case Base Reasoning Counseling HIV / AIDS. The research conducted in this thesis is how to design and build web-based applications with cased based reasoning. This reasoning will be included in an application engineering counseling of HIV / AIDS with a web-based Case Base Reasoning. And with this application is expected to help the socialization and counseling of HIV / AIDS on society. This study resulted in an application counseling HIV / AIDS with a web-based Case Based Reasoning, the method of Simple Matching Coefficient as a method of similarity calculation of binary data. Applications are made for register visitors, leads visitors to the questionnaire, to infer how likely visitors are exposed to HIV / AIDS, by comparing with the existing cases that have been there. Application counseling HIV / AIDS in this study did not determine a person with HIV / AIDS or not, just shows how much the risk of a person is exposed to HIV / AIDS, based on its similarity with the cases that already in the database of cases. Testing results with a user acceptance test shows that this application can be used for the counseling process.

Abstract

Abstract - Problems that occured in the public related to the health care facilities at Pontianak City lead to the information about health care facilities makes public difficult to find information about doctor’s actual schedule and detail of the types of health services. Web-based Mapping Information System for Health Care Facilities at Pontianak City is a mapping information about distribution of the location of health care facilities and information about the types of health services. Because of the web-based Mapping Information System, it helped public to know the information faster and easier to find the health care facilities locations, the types of health services, doctor’s schedule and his status presence, the presence of the types of the health services and presence of service registration. The test result using questionnaire showed this web-based mapping information system can help the complaints of the health care facilities. The test result using Likert’s Summated Rating (LSR) got total score 1240 that showed the correspondent for this maping information system about health care facilities at Pontianak city was positive and successful.

Abstract

Clustering is the process of grouping the data into classes or clusters so that the data in a cluster has a high degree of similarity to one another but very different from the data in another cluster. There are some data that must be managed in a system that makes data service students, academic potential test data, calculation of fuzzy cmeans logic, and classification of student skills. This laboratory assistant recruitment system can assist in recruiting staff and faculty lab assistant. This system was developed using the programming language PHP with My SQL database. So that the system in the form of web site development. The purpose of this study is to produce a laboratory assistant recruitment application based website and using fuzzy logic with c-means method. The output of this application form of the cluster candidates laboratory assistants, and data used in this application is only of academic data and the data of the student's academic potential Prodi Information Engineering University Tanjungpura the register. Based on the results of user testing using Likert scale on the level of access of applicants obtained an average value of 20.36, at the Administrator level obtained value 53, and the level of the head of the laboratory obtained an average value 21. This value indicates that the lab assistant recruitment system using fuzzy c -means very good to be implemented.

Abstract

Abstract-Tourism-based culture is a type of tourism activities that use its culture as an object.The application of tourism-based culture activities in Indonesia has been showed by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Pontianak.The tourism development is congruent with available potential which is centere don the culture that is consistent with the history and the culture of Pontianak City. In order to promote the history and the culture of Pontianak City which is needed tourism ambassador who had been selected in the Bujang Dare Selection.The purpose of this resear chis the testing of Bujang Dare proponent decision systemUsing TOPSIS method. The method use dis the method of Tecnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), applied in selecting the contestants of Bujang Dare Pontianak. The system can provide winners recommendation.The conclusions of this study, Bujang Dare Selection System with TOPSIS method can help the jurie store commend the winners of Bujang Dare Selection.The results of the respondents teston the conducted system, using Likert's method Summated Rating (LSR), the obtained scores is 202, it shows the respondents assess the system positively and considered successful.

Abstract

The rapid growth of education and competitive create conditions for each college to continue to improve the quality especially with college accreditation assessment of BAN-PT. Informatics which is one of the undergraduate program (S1) at the University of Tanjungpura Pontianak in regular class on 2010 batch was graduating only 3 of 35 students in 8 semesters. This shows that there is still a lot of Informatics students who took over the study period of 8 semesters of the scheduled 8 semesters. One way to achieve the highest quality quality of higher education system is to collect data as attributes of the main learning experiences that affect student achievement. Analysis prediction graduate student more than 8 semesters is to conduct case-based reasoning is to find the degree of similarity between the cases base with new cases (cases to be predicted). The main source of knowledge is a case-based reasoning system based on the cases that have been or are already stored in the cases base. Cases are obtained to support this research was obtained from the results of interviews with graduates from 2003 to 2010 generation. Case-based reasoning process through four stages: Retrieve (penulusuran case), Reuse (using the same solution in the cases base), Revise (revise the proposed solution), and Retain (storage case). Case similarity calculation was conducted using the Jaccard Coefficient. If the similarity value = 1 then the new cases are not stored in the cases base, but if the similarity value <1 then a new case can be saved in the cases base. Testing the system with the Jaccard Coefficient to the 31 new cases have a value of 80.65% accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract – Farmer’s knowledge about cow disease is still low, beside it is very important for achieve healthy meat. Cow diseases are caused by viruses, bacteria, parasite,and reproductive disorders. it can affect the quality of the meat and milk that led to the decrease in production. To minimize those impact, needs some early treatment to prevent loss. Expert system is one of the solution to diagnose the disease based on symptoms suffered by cows. In this research an expert system created by applying Dempster-Shafer. Applications developed for determining diseases in cows only concerned to the symptoms experienced by the cow. By applying the method of Dempster-Shafer, we may obtained values possible interference illnesses experienced by the cow. System generated may handle the data management and diagnosis of disease with a level of confidence 90%.
