Abstract

This study was to analyze of the significant effect or not of the effect of flypaper and financial stress on the financial performance of local governments with tax effort as a moderate variable. The data for this research were obtained from the DJPK in the form of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Achievement Report (APBD) as well as the supporting data in the form of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regional budgets (APBD) and supporting data in the form of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The GDP for Aceh Province is derived from the BPS in the Regency/City during the 2012-2021 period. Data analysis method was used is regression panel data with Eviews12 software. This study result was indicate that the flypaper effect has, in part, significant negative on local financial performance. Fiscal stress has a partially not significant negative on regional financial performance. Tax effort has a partially significant positive on regional financial performance. Tax effort can moderate the relationship between the flypaper effect on financial performance and then tax effort can moderate the relationship between the fiscal stress on financial performance of districts/municipalities in Aceh province.

Abstract

The problem faced by Kabupaten Bengkalis is the amount of waste, especially plastic waste, which continues to increase and causes accumulation in final processing sites and temporary shelters. This research aims to determine the implementation of a circular economy in plastic waste management, the most effective waste management model for the management of plastic waste in, the obstacles in the management of plastic waste, and the solutions that can be used to manage plastic waste in the circular economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. In this research, the data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and visual image techniques. The result of this research is that the manifestation of a circular economy with the 5R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, and Revalue) still requires time and a gradual process. This is related to the behavior and mindset of the community in handling and managing plastic waste, which hasn't started from sorting waste from home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence J&T Express brand loyalty in Boyolali. The population in this study are users or people who have used J&T Express services and the sample used is 140 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. This research was conducted in Boyolali, using a questionnaire as data collection which was distributed to 140 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, using of the statistical tool SPSS version 23. The results of the study reveal that brand trust and brand satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty while the brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

 This study aims to obtain information about the differences in influence between brand awareness, student perceptions, and social media marketing on students' interest in enrolling in the Surakarta Economics College before and after the socialization of STIES at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo High School. Class XII students became the population used in this study and 54 students were the number of samples used. Saturated sampling or census is the choice of sampling technique by researchers in this study. The data analysis method used the Paired T-Test. The results of the Paired T-Test analysis show that brand awareness, student perceptions, and social media marketing have a positive and significant difference in influence on students' interest in studying at SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo to STIES before and after socialization.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of advertising on purchase decisions and the e-satisfaction of Students at the University of Bumi Persada Lhokseumawe, and examined the mediating effect of purchase decision. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and respondents were collected by distributing structured questionnaires to 120 respondents who had shopped at the Shopee marketplace. the data analysis method used is path analysis using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS Software. The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction and the purchase decision mediated between the advertising variable and the e-satisfaction. This has implications for enriching knowledge and theory on e-satisfaction and digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of word of mouth on the purchasing decision of balado chips in West Sumatra. This study uses a literature review analysis with sources such as Sciencedirect, Researchgate, and Google Scholar. There are ten articles analyzed. Literature studies were also conducted on various book sources and internet sources. The results showed that word of mouth had a positive impact on purchasing decisions for balado chips. Balado chips also have their own characteristics and characteristics. The results of this literature review research indicate that purchasing decisions on Balado chips can be increased by positive word of mouth and improved marketing strategies to create future purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on profitability (NOM), and look at differences in profitability (NOM) in Islamic Banking before and during the Covid-19 pandemic (2018-2021). The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The selected sample is 10 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period from 2018 to 2021. Financial ratios are measured by ROE, NPF, FDR, and BOPO and profitability is measured by NOM. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and non-parametric test (Wilcoxon test). The results showed that ROE and BOPO had a positive effect on NOM, while NPF and FDR had a negative effect on NOM, then there is no difference in net operating margin (NOM) before and during the covid-19 pandemic.
