Abstract

The term of this study is: Does the job satisfaction, and work stress affect on employee performance  at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The aim of the study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction,  and work stress of employees performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The sample of this study were 50 employees at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN. The technique of the data analysis in this research is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis.The results of this study show that job satisfaction  has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and work stress  has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN, finally job satisfaction, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Work Stress and Employee Performance

Abstract

The   formulation   of   the   problem   in   this   study   are:   How   do   discipline, organizational   culture   and   competence   influence   the   level   of   leadership satisfaction.  This study aims to examine  how discipline,  organizational  culture and competence influence the level of leadership satisfaction. With total sampling technique,  the sample in this study amounted  to 51 people. Discipline  variable partially   has   a   positive   effect   on   the   level   of   leadership   satisfaction; Organizational  culture variables  partially  have a positive  effect on the level of leadership satisfaction; Employee competency variables partially have a positive effect on the level of leadership satisfaction; Discipline variables, organizational culture and employee competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the level of leadership satisfaction

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: How does health and safety affect (K3) to the employee's performance at PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan?, how is the influence of leadership on the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? How does competency affect employee Kinarja? How does the working environment affect employee performance? How does occupational health and safety affect (K3) and leadership, competence, and working environment in the performance of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan employees? The objectives of this study are as follows: to know and analyze the impact of occupational health and Safety (K3), leadership, competence and working environment on the performance of employees of PT Indonesia Air Asia Medan. The samples in this study amounted to 60 employees. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on research conducted on employees of PT. Abstract

The object of the study is PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan, because there was a decrease in employee performance at the company. Decline in employee performance occurs due to discipline in terms of accuracy is still less than optimal and lack of attention from the company that resulted in the presence of a sense of dissatisfaction. PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan is a company engaged in the distributor of mobile phones. This research uses quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory.  Data  were  collected  by  questionnaires,  interviews,  and documentation studies. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination simultaneous and partial test. The population of this research is all employees who work in PT, Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan which amounted to 107 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample where107 employees from PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan and 30 people from the branch office is OkeShop as a test of validity and reliability test. The results of this study indicate that the discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of determination coefficient of 0.475 indicating that the discipline and job satisfaction affect employee performance with the percentage level 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% Is another factor that is not researched. The conclusion of this research is discipline and job satisfaction have influence both simultant and partially to employees performance at PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk Medan.

Abstract

The formulation  in this study is how the influence ofjob  satisfaction,quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance.  The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect ofjob  satisfaction, quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance. This  research  is a  descriptive quantitative research.  Data  collection  techniques  are carried out through interviews,  lists of questions and documentation studies.  The sample in this study  was 67 teachers.   Variables are measured on a Likert scale.   Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis through F test and t test.Simultaneous   test   results  showed   that  job   satisfaction,   work  quality   and   work achievement  had a significant  effect on  teacher performance variables. In part,  job satisfaction has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance,  quality of work life has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance and work achievement has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of motivation, school head and the organizational climate simultaneously to the performance of teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan District, and the purpose of this research is To know and analyze the influence of motivation, school head and climate of the organization simultaneously to the performance of teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan and Langkat district.This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 44 teachers in vocational high School (SMK) YPT Pangkalan Berandan and Langkat district. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the principal motivation and managerial ability of the school as well as the organizational climate has a significant effect on the performance of Vocational High School (SMK) YPT basis, and the value of coefficient of determination of 0.840 or 84.0%. Partially, motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT, and with a regression coefficient value of 0452 or 45.2%. The principal's managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT Berandan and with a regression coefficient value of 0407 or 40.7%. Climate Organization (X3) positively and significantly affect the performance of vocational secondary school (SMK) YPT, and with a regression coefficient value of 0197 or 19.7%. The highest value of a regression coefficient is the master motivation of 0452 or 45.2%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: How does the ability to influence employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. How does the influence of the work environment on employee performance. How does the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance on, How does the influence of work attitudes on employee performance, How does the influence of ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office.The hypothesis proposed is: Ability to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office, Work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. The study was conducted at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Jalan Dormitory No. 7-A, Medan-20151 with 96 research samples. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between work ability on the performance of West Medan Pratama Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.735 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, There is an influence Significant between the work environment on employee performance analysis results t count t-table (2.687 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between organizational commitment to employee performance because according to the results of t analysis t-table (4.335 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work attitudes on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2.027 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (39,988 2.48 ) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator 91 together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude on the performance of the employees of the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How do supervision, employee commitment and work environment influence employee work productivity. This study aims to examine how the influence of supervision, employee commitment and work environment on employee work productivity. With total sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 35 people. Supervision variables partially have a positive effect on employee work productivity. Employee commitment   variable   partially   has   a   positive   effect   on   employee   work productivity. Work environment variables partially have a positive effect on employee  work productivity.  Supervision  variables,  employee  commitment  and work  environment  simultaneously   have  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The weakness of teachers performance is unresolved untill present. Various studies held to identificate factors that hadcontrtibution  to increase teacher performance. In this  study head master leadership and teacher motivation were the factors expected had an effect to teacher performance  This study applied descriptive methode with quantitive strategy. Sample collected byStratified Proporsional random Sampling technique. The data collecting technique used literatures studies, questionnaires and observation.The result of study show thatpartially, leadership did not affect positively and significant to teacher performance.Compensation did not affect positively and significant to teacher performance. Motivation affected positively but not significant to teacher performance. Simultaneous, leadership, compensationand motivation affected to teacher motivation.Keywords: Leadership, compensation, motivation and performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How much influence the knowledge, skills and abilities have on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, skills and abilities on employee performance. Taking  the  sample  using  total  sampling  technique,  the  sample  of  this  study amounted to 37 people. Knowledge  partially has a positive effect on employee performance;  Skills  partially  have  a positive  effect  on employee  performance; Ability partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Knowledge, skills and abilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance Fish Quarantine Center, Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products I.
