Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City is one of the schools located in Bengkulu City, where several data processing systems still use manual systems, one of which is new student registration. Every new school year, the officer fills out the sheet of students enrolled in the school one by one in the registration book. This takes a long time when the officer wants to make a report of students registered, because they have to retype the data in the registration book into the computer. In addition, after conducting interviews, it was found that the students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City experienced a decline every academic year. The application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City can be used to predict the number of new students in the next academic year based on the results of the analysis on old historical data. This forecasting process is carried out through the Non-Linear Trend Method approach, so that the final forecasting result is obtained from the stages of the process that occur. It was made using the VB.Net programming language and SQL Server database which can assist the school in managing school quality assurance, in order to attract interest from prospective students to enroll in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City, and can arrange school promotion strategies for prospective students. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application for forecasting the number of new students at the school which is able to display forecasting results in the next academic year.

Abstract

During COVID-19, the face-to-face learning process was temporarily replaced by an online learning system. This is done to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But on the other hand, some students complained about the online learning system, especially the material that contained practicum elements, because they could not practice directly and also the material obtained was not easy to understand due to limited feedback and existing networks. In addition, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu does not yet have an application that can assist students in providing an assessment of the learning system, especially online, so that these complaints are sometimes not conveyed properly. The online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen Bengkulu University is an application that was built to make it easier for students to give scores to the online learning system and also make it easier for the faculty to evaluate the assessments given by students. In helping the analysis of student assessment of the online learning system, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. An online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu, was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://belyna.vadapp.my.id/, so students can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu runs as expected.

Abstract

Putra Mart store is one of the supermarkets in Bintuhan City., on Jl. South Kaur Cold Water. Putra shop is one of the shops engaged in supplying goods to small shops in Bengkulu City. The goods supply system at Toko Putra still uses a manual system in recording data, both data on availability of goods, data for store partners, and data on supply of goods to store partners. To help increase the supply of goods at Toko Putra, there needs to be an application that can determine what items should be in Toko Putra by looking at transaction data for supply of goods to store partners. Determination of stock of goods is done by grouping data on supply of goods through 2 groups, namely large groups and small groups. The application for grouping supply data at Toko Putra was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the K-Means Clustering Method. The grouping is done based on data on supply of goods per year obtained from Toko Putra. The application is able to analyze goods supply data by producing 2 clusters, namely Many and Few through the K-Means Clustering method approach. In addition, the results of this grouping can help the Putra Shop in managing inventory at the Putra Shop by looking at the results of the clustering that has been done. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application for grouping data on supply of goods at Toko Putra can provide information based on 2 groups, namely many and few. From the supply data in 2020, the results obtained are Cluster C1 as many as 4 and Cluster C2 as many as 13

Abstract

PT Vizta Pratama Bengkulu is a branch of a franchise company engaged in family karaoke entertainment services, founded by a well-known dangdut singer, Inul Daratista and starting its first operation in 2005 in Kelapa Gading area. PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu has not used the Decision Support System Application. The decision to determine the recipient of the annual bonus is only to calculate the total value based on 3 criteria, namely responsibility, discipline, honesty without using a decision support method, therefore sometimes it is felt that the giving of employee annual bonuses is not right on target. Decision support system for giving annual bonus at PT. Vizta pratama using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is a desktop-based application that has implemented the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this application runs on a Windows operating system created using the Visual Basic .NET programming language and SQL Server 2008r2. This application can be used to assist in the assessment process in determining the annual bonus at PT. Vizta Pratama Bengkulu where this application uses 4 predetermined criteria and then processed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method so as to produce values that will be ranked. Based on the results of the Blackbox testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the decision support system for providing annual bonuses at PT. Viztapratama by using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is able to run well and can overcome data input errors by users and the SPK application with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method has provided effective results in accordance with the results of calculations using paired comparisons of 4 criteria where the comparison of pairs of criteria must produce consistent weighting criteria.

Abstract

Employee Performance Appraisal is very important, especially for employees in the scope of Perum BULOG Divre Bengkulu to encourage motivation and professionalism of employees in improving work quality. Constraints faced in conducting performance appraisals are due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and employee portfolios, so we need a system that can assist in the performance appraisal process so that the Employee Performance Appraisal does not become slow and experience difficulties. In the process of designing an employee performance appraisal decision support system application design uses the ARAS approach. The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is one of the multicriteria decision-making methods based on the ranking concept using the utility degree, namely by comparing the overall index value of each alternative to the overall index value of the optimal alternative. The system implementation uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this decision support system can provide selected employee decisions which later can be used as a reference for determining the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

Jhon Motor is a workshop engaged in the sale of spare parts and also service. So far, the service system at Jhon Motor is still done manually, by means of consumers coming directly to the service area or calling Customer Service to set a booking service schedule. However, the problem that often occurs is when the service schedule is full or full, consumers who come directly cannot do service on the same day because they have to reschedule for service. In addition, there are some consumers who cannot contact Customer Service, because of the many incoming calls to make a booking service. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor is made using the PHP and Java programming languages, with a MySQL database. The software used for making the application is Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019, Android Studio, and XAMPP. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor is a medium or container that can be used to assist the booking service process at Jhon Motor, which is still done conventionally. The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor has 2 interfaces, namely web-based (accessed by the Jhon Motor administrator) and Android-based (accessed by consumers who want to book service). The Booking Service application at Jhon Motor also has 1 (one) database server, so that whatever is processed in a web-based application, the information on the Android application automatically changes. Based on the results of tests carried out both offline and online, web-based applications can process data properly and smoothly, and Android-based applications successfully display service fee information and can make booking services.

Abstract

Multimedia is one of the existing information technology products. Multimedia has the power to attract interest in which multimedia combines various media sources such as text, images, sound, animation, and video and so on. Multimedia can be used in the fields of marketing, industry, commerce, entertainment, and education. Therefore, the writer will make an animated video as a promotion for the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu using the Adobe After Effects CS6 application and assisted by the Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6 applications. With the creation of promotional media for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Dehasen Bengkulu in the form of animated videos, it is intended that it can help or be an alternative to promote the departments are in the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Dehasen Bengkulu to the public.

Abstract

Winni Farma pharmacy is one of the pharmacies whose drug inventory data processing still uses the conventional system, where inventory management activities are still carried out manually which are recapitulated every month. The process of recording transaction data reports on the sale of incoming goods, outgoing goods and orders that are still using Microsoft Excel. By using Microsoft Excel, many obstacles are found that cause the work process to be ineffective and efficient. To overcome this problem, a drug inventory system program was created at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. With the aim that the management of drug inventory management is more accurate, orderly and easier to search for drug stock data, while indirectly increasing work performance and effectiveness at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. The research method that the researcher uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system to a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. The waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is using Visual Basic.Net application. and supported by a Microsoft Access database with the results obtained in accordance with expectations and the use of the program has been implemented.

Abstract

SMP PGRI Bengkulu City is one of the schools in Bengkulu Province. In the process of managing academic data, most of them are still done manually and have also used office application packages in managing data, namely Microsoft Excel. The problem that often occurs is the absence of an integrated system that is able to manage academic data as a whole, so that data management takes a long time. The Academic Administration Information System for Junior High School (SMP) PGRI Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The features contained in the Academic Information System are operator data processing, student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, student grade data, teacher data recap, student data recap, subject data recap per class, grade recap per subject. In this academic information system, there are 3 access rights, namely Operator, Teacher, and Student, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Academic Information System at the PGRI Bengkulu City Junior High School (SMP) has been running as it should.
