Abstract

For a long time, humanity has been looking for systems to improve welfare, especially in the economic field. So far, there have been several systems, including two major flows in the economic system known in the world, namely the economic system of Capitalism (Adam Smith) and Socialism (Karl Mark). But in both of these systems no one succeeded in offering an optimal solution. Consequently people began to think of looking for alternatives. The alternative that is believed and promising by many is the Islamic economic system, because this system is based on the principles of justice and humanity. The presence of Islamic economics, of course, must be able to answer the problem. Islamic economics is not a new discourse in the social and scientific world. Islamic economics is a reality that continues to present itself to perfection amidst the diversity of conventional social and economic systems based on secular materialism. Islamic economics is also a scientific reality which always shows itself among the constellations of social sciences based on secularism and even atheism. The development of the national economy leads to the welfare of society if welfare is manifested in an increase in high income per capita, then modern capitalists will get the maximum number.

Abstract

The community-state established by the Prophet has provided some background and initial models of instruments and institutions which have become important pillars of the existence of a state-society. So if in the perspective of modern state administration know the three institutions of State power or what is called the trias politica namely the power of the legislative, executive and judiciary bodies, it turns out that the Prophet Muhammad SAW had practiced these three forms of institution. The existence of a fair nature is a matter of politics, meaning that there is no necessity in political matters to adhere to the constitutional principle that the suspect is clean of all accusations until there is evidence to prove that he is guilty, that is the basis for the realization of justice in justice. Corruption is an extraordinary crime, has a systemic and broad impact and has been placed as a violation of the people's economic and social rights. Therefore, the imposition of criminal sanctions related to the compensation of the state is not only the financial loss of the state in the event of a criminal act of corruption but must pay attention to explicit costs as part of the social costs of corruption caused by corruption. The explicit costs consist of anticipation costs of corruption, costs due to and reactions to corruption. Not only is punishment as a deterrent effect or a state financial return solely that it views it from the law on the eradication of corruption by horse glasses, but it must be viewed from the aspect of the benefit of the Indonesian people as direct victims of corruption. So what must be achieved is "State Financial Recovery".

Abstract

The explanation above has become our whole lesson that 'Aisyiyah cadres have an important role in dealing with the new normal covid 19. Right now we must have the almaun movement which is a potential strength in social activities, so that the enthusiasm of' Aisyiyah cadres and sympathizers continues to make changes good in strengthening Muhammadiyah ideology, especially in North Sumatra. Muhammadiyah is faced with a variety of ideological and political forces that are not always in line both in the Islamic context and Muhammadiyah's own mission, so that to a certain extent it demands ideological strength and fostering without having to be trapped in a monolithic ideological-political system of understanding completely absolute. There is a tendency among Muhammadiyah members and organizations to suggest a weakening or diminishing of the spirit of al-Islam and Muhammadiyah and commitment to the movement, so that the movement of the organization has decreased its militancy and spirit of jihad in facing various hardening problems and challenges. Ideological fostering in the context of cultivating Islamic and Muhammadiyah value systems is important both in efforts to consolidate and strengthen the movement as well as in the interest of maintaining continuity. Keywords: Muhammadiyah ideology, Aisyiyah, New Normal

The form and content of the ideals will be the task of this study to find out how Sunni political doctrine is towards the State and power. In other words, scholars and kings are two sides of the same coin. While the scholars need the support of the kings for the legitimacy of his authority. In the power of the head of state, the thought of this Sunni political figure formulated that there could be no opposition or opposition to the head of state. The Head of State is absolute in his power, taking the fight against the leader or the opposition.
