Abstract

An honest is an attitude that must be possessed by every human being, especially for every Muslim. Without an honest, it will be difficult to be trusted by the community. Corruption, collusions and nepotism (CCN) is known as KKN in Indonesia. It is an immoral act by abusing an authority based on a form of agreement with close people regardless of quality to get profit. CCN is a form of treason that is very large and is strictly forbidden in Islam, because this act is very dangerous. The purpose of this research was to know the form and punishment explanation of CCN values in islamic perspective. This research focused on the discussion of CCN based on Islamic perspective. The method of this research was qualitative using library research. The data used was the Qur'an and books, papers and journals related to the object of this study. then the data were analyzed using content analysis by using descriptive analytic approach to produce a comprehensive conclusion. The result of this study was the mechanism of punishment from CCN based on Islamic perspective.Keywords:Islamic Law; Corruption, Collusions; Nepotisms

Abstract

This paper manifests intentional student entrepreneurship intention model. The purpose of this study is to build a model of entrepreneurial desire influenced by exogenous and endogenous factors. Exogenous factors consist of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, creativity, moral obligation and social support. Whereas endogenous variables consist of attitudes towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control. This research was conducted on students who are studying at the final level from various higher education institutions in Medan. Samples were taken by purposive random sampling totalling 466 students. The data analysis was performed using path analysis and structural equation model (SEM) with Amos Version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that exogenous variables, including intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, creativity, moral obligation and social support, affect directly or indirectly. towards endogenous entrepreneurial intention variables for final year students in Medan. The attitude variable toward entrepreneurship, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control in this study can be intervening for the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, creativity, moral obligation and social support in influencing the final level of entrepreneurial intention in Medan City.

Abstract

Halal product is an inseparable factor from the life of Muslims and becomes a benchmark for the worship that will be done every day, where products related to the daily lives of Muslims whether consumed daily or once in a good in the form of food, drinks, medicines, clothing, both into the human body or attached to the body in the form of cleaning the body or as a deodorizer, body mask, hair oil or used as body accessories. Non-halal products will result in all one's deeds will be void and vain so as to cause the person to fall into the abyss of sin both intentionally or unintentionally, because something that is forbidden cannot be mixed with the sacred again purifying even under any conditions.

Abstract

The implementation of online learning is applied throughout all Islamic-based universities in Kota Medan. Problems arise among lecturers and students when learning takes place. The implementation of online learning at the beginning of the pandemic was challenging and fun, but after a few months it turned out to give excess to lecturers, students and the learning process. This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of online learning carried out by Islamic-based university lecturers; (2) knowing the implementation of online learning experienced by Islamic-based university students; (3) to analyze the constraints in implementing the online learning process for Islamic-based higher education institutions in Kota Medan. This study uses a descriptive research method with a survey approach to prove that the implementation of online learning in Medan has been implemented optimally. Furthermore, through this method it will also be seen the impact of this online learning continuously for one semester for lecturers and students. The results showed that there had been a decrease in the quality of work among lecturers and a decrease in enthusiasm for learning among students. In addition, there is also a high level of boredom among students caused by the lifeless atmosphere of the lecture. Finally, the most dominant thing is that this online learning method is felt by students and lecturers as burdensome and expensive.Keywords: Online Learning, Higher Education, New Normal Era

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Islamic financial institutions channel their fundsto society in thenew normal era.One of the functions of Islamic financial institutions is to channel funds to the public.During the spread of the Covid 19 virus, the process of channeling funds was carried out by Islamic financial institutionsof course it has high barriers, when the economy is currently experiencing a significant decline.This can be seen from the number of people affected by layoffs, not only that, the people's purchasing power during the spread of Covid 19 also decreased.Therefore, here the researcher wants to do research on the models used by financial institutions in channeling funds.This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, where the researcher will describe the phenomena that occur in the field.Keywords: Financing, Islamic Financial Institutions, New Normal

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic period is a challenge in all fields, one of which is education. In this new normal era, let us as people who are responsible in the world of education, must have high enthusiasm and maximum hard work, so that education in Indonesia can be more advanced. This article aims to describe how to shape children's character in the new normal era by providing various information involving educators, parents and people involved in the distance learning process. During the Covid 19 pandemic, we see that online system learning has greatly increased in digital use. With the development of online learning that is done well, it can form a generation with good character according to the ideals of National education. So the existence of educators is also important to achieve these lofty goals. Although the pandemic limits face-to-face space, educators must be present to continue its mission. Between educators, parents, and students there must be synergy as part of efforts to build national character. Abstract

Islam came and become a crucial guide to human life which has implications for the changing mankind civilization and the world order. In the regional scope, communities also experience changes over time and space. This paper discusses how changes in Arab society occurred in the range of history to modern society in the Indonesian context. The changes observed in Arab and Indonesian societies are based on social aspects but are closely related to legal changes. In the Indonesian context, across the time the implementations of Islamic law also change because of the complexity of the problems that occur among them in terms of the implementations of Waqf, marriage law and inheritance law in Indonesia. Changes and problems that occur are considered as challenges that need to be responded for the renewal of the compilation of Indonesian Islamic Law (KHI).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the procedure for issuing a polyandry deed at KUA (Office of Religious Affairs). The object of research is the procedural issuance of the deed of polyandry. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Where the various phenomena found will be analyzed qualitatively and objectively. The method of collecting data in research uses library research and interviews with several related parties. Analysis of the data used is descriptive by using literature studies in the form of books both Civil Law and fiqh munakahah including fatwas. The results show that the Ministry of Religion has established various procedures related to the implementation of marriage and polygamy which are selective that must be obeyed by every Muslim to do polygamy. The Religious Courts have an important role in fulfilling polygamy procedures. However, there is still a possibility that polyandri marriages will occur due to administrative negligence and / or forgery that has been carried out either by various

Abstract

In companies, it is often found that there are employees who come late, are less careful in their work, do not feel enough about their salaries and several complaints related to employee motivation. These problems are closely related to the work results of employees in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether compensation and motivation together (simultaneously) or separately (partially) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan, partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
