Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, not least the field of education. This condition requires to the learning process that usually done face to face must switch online. This change certainly provides its own challenges and problems for school, especially those in the 3T area and have C accreditation. The presence of batch I teaching campus program rolled out by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture aims to involve students as a part of strengthening literacy and numeracy while helping learning in partner schools. The participation and active role students in the school has new impact and hope so that the school continues to improve itself for the realization of the vision and mission of the school. Even the school gets a positive response and trust from the surrounding community by sending their children to the school. Abstract

The problem that occurs in post-covid-19 learning is that many students are lazy to do the assignments given by the teacher are not responsible for the assignments given, and also students prefer to play with gadgets to explore social media and play games. This is due to the lack of value education instilled in students both in the school and family environments. This study uses library research methods. The purpose of this study is to describe the very important role of parents in instilling moral education in students after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results in this study are that the role of parents is needed in instilling moral values in students such as respecting concern for others, tolerance, independence, strong will, and also trust and fear God Almighty. This is needed so that students become complete human beings (Insan Kamil). The role of parents and teachers in post-covid-19 learning is to be a role models for children, create a healthy environment in the family, educate and guide them.Keywords: The Role of Parents, Moral Education, After Covid-19

Abstract

Crime with the mode of sexual violence is a crucial problem has faced today, because it occurs in all lines of society, including in universities. Campus should be a place to give birth to a generation of intellectuals as agents of change to create peace, but due to unequal power relations, sexual violence occurs. This paper is a normative research, using Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021 as an analytical knife for handling sexual violence in universities and a study of some literature and online media. In addition, the Maqashid sharia approach is used to explain that sexual violence is contrary to the goal of Islam to realize the benefit. Sexual violence shows the loss of the perpetrator's morals which is the core of his humanity and has an impact on the loss of the benefit of the victim in various aspects of life. Effective handling is very urgent to provide justice for victims and as an effort to prevent recurrence. Permendikbud 30 of 2021 is the legal umbrella for acts of sexual violence that occur in universities, by establishing a task force for prevention and handling of victims.Keywords: Sexual Violence, Prevention.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors can cause a full sharia life insurance company in Indonesia to experience a deficit in the underwriting surplus of tabarru funds in the published annual financial statements, especially in the report of the underwriting surplus (deficit) of tabarru funds. The problem in the field is the occurrence of a deficit in the underwriting surplus of tabarru funds in 3 (three) full sharia life insurance companies in Indonesia. The full sharia life insurance company that experienced a deficit underwriting surplus of tabarru funds in 2014-2019, namely PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance in 2017 was (9,042.95 billion), and in 2018 it was (5,888.98 billion), PT. Syariah Life Insurance Jasa Mitra Abadi in 2018 amounted to (20.00 million), and in 2019 amounted to (15.492.00 billion), PT. Indonesian Family Sharia Insurance in 2019 amounted to (690.50 billion. The limitation of the problem in this study is what variables can affect the occurrence of an underwriting surplus of tabarru funds. There is one dependent variable, namely the underwriting surplus (deficit) of tabarru funds (Y), while the independent variable has 3 (three) namely the amount of insurance income (X1), total insurance expense (X2) and total investment income (X3). (Sugiyono, 2014 ). The results obtained in this study that the independent variables (amount of insurance income, total insurance expense and total investment income) positively and significantly and together can influence and have a very close relationship to the dependent variable, namely the surplus (deficit) underwriting tabarru funds. .and also other factors. (Priyatno, 2018).

Abstract

This article is motivated by a situation where people are slowly drifting away from the teachings of Islam due to the modernization process which has influenced on a person's concern for deepening their understanding of religiosity. The creation of effective learning methods in this modern era cannot be separated from the influence of the strategies used in learning and the use of tools such as social media in the learning. Strategies and working methods that support the creation of learning methods will provide effectiveness in the implementation process. The research method used is a case study method, and qualitative data collection. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on Go-ride customer satisfaction in Pematangsiantar city. The associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (the independent variable and the dependent variable). The population in this study is all Go-ride service users in Pematangsiantar city whose number is unknown. The researcher determined that the sample size was 100 Go-ride users. The data collection technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. There is a positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. There is a positive influence between price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The success of innovation in the rural bank and shariah rural bank industry lies in the quality of human resources. Employees' abilities related to readiness to change and innovative behavior affect team innovation. The rapidly changing times must be anticipated by the Management and Employees of rural bank and shariah rural bank with quality innovations. Abstract

This research is a proof of how the lecturers implement Islamic moral values to students of Islamic education at STAI Al-Ishlahiyah Islamic College Binjai during Covid-19 through online lectures. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 Islamic education lecturers. The findings in the field reveal the fact that there are many strategies used by the lecturers to implement Islamic moral values to the students in online classes. The obligation to use live online media such as Zoom and Google meet is one of the strategies most often required by lecturers to the students in online classroom learning activities. Some moral values such as the value of discipline, the value of mutual respect and respect among others, and the value of politeness are some of the values that are most often taught and applied by lecturers in online classes. The synergy among parents, lecturers, and the environment where the students live are the main and the most important factors in shaping the morals of the students.Keywords: implementing, strategies, morale, value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio and Debt to Total Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study amounted to 26 companies. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data management in this study using the SPSS 23 Software program. The results showed that the Current ratio had no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity.in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The quick ratio does not have a positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The Debt To Asset Ratio has no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX 2016-2020. The Debt To Equity Ratio has no positive but significant effect on Return on Equity in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together do not have a positive but significant effect on the Return on Equity of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity

Abstract

The role of micro, small and medium enterprises is very important to drive the economy both nationally and regionally. such as moneylenders. In fact, this is actually a problem for small business actors, because of high interest rates, heavy installments, and the consequences of heavy delays in installments. This research was conducted in several street vendors in the city of Medan. The reason for choosing this area is because it is one of the metropolitan cities with ultra-micro businesses that are spread evenly around the city of Medan.The result of this research is that the ultra micro business financing provided by Mekaar or Pegadaian has a major effect on changes in selling capital, changes in income and changes in business development before and after sales capital for ultra micro businesses in Medan City. This is evidenced by the increase in sales capital after receiving financing.And the government's effort to overcome this is by establishing PT.PNM Mekaar as a realization the government's real commitment to develop, promote and maintain micro, small and medium enterprisesKeywords: Mobile food traders, Micro business financing for ultra micro businesses.
