Abstract

In process industry, most control loops suffer with disturbances indicated by existing oscillations. One of the major problems of the oscillation is controller tuning problem. Peak spectral detection method which is classic and simple way is proposed as technique for detecting oscillation. Nevertheless, the utilization and performance of peak spectral detection on process oscillation detection still cannot be found. This study develops the utilization and performance of peak spectral detection method. It implemented based on IEC 61499. To evaluate the method, test data are used to set the lag value in peak spectral detection method and industrial data for obtaining performance of peak spectral detection method. With fast Fourier transform length 512 points and lag value 180 points, the developed peak spectral detection method detected two oscillations of three different oscillating signals at 461 s and 441 s.

Abstract

Abstract– Tingkat kebutuhan energi listrik semakin meningkat dari hari ke hari seiring  perkembangan  tehnologi. Industrilisasi yang cepat memungkinkan terjadi bila tenaga listrik tersedia sesuai permintaan Kebutuhan energi ini akan terus meningkat sehingga dicapainya kepuasan dalam pemenuhan energi listrik secara makasimal oleh pelanggan. Pekerjaaan Dalam Keadaan Bertengangan Tegangan Menengah (PDKB-TM) diharapkan dapat menjawab akan suplaian energi ke pelanggan tidak terputus akibat pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara off line (padam) sehingga tingkat mutu pelayanan lebih baik. Dengan melakukan pekerjaaan dalan keadaan bertegangan ini dapat menekan faktor padam pada saat melakukan pemeliharaan jaringan distribusi tegangan menengah dengan mengacu pada standart prosedure (SOP) sehingga pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan dipastikan aman (safety). Melakukan pekerjaaan secara on line (menyala) akan didapatkan  energi (kWh) atau Rupiah yang bisa dihemat selama periode tertentu (per bulan atau per tahun). dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan energi listrik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik sehari hari sehingga aktifitas tidak tergganggu akibat suatu pekerjaan pemeliharaan jaringan distribusi dan PT.PLN (Persero) Area Singkawang dapat menjual energi listrik secara maksimal Keywords– PDKB, SOP, Energi yang dihemat

Abstract

Increasing the number of public transportation not only can fulfill transportation needs, but also becomes a new problem for the public that does not give the information position of the presence of public transportation in the city of Purwokerto. In this paper we makes the design of public transportation monitoring tools using the GPS tracking method. GPS tracking is a monitoring / tracking system and location determinant using GPS satellites accurately in the form of coordinate points that can be observed in realtime through digital maps. In this system using the Arduino UNO microcontroller which contains the SIM808 module to receive GPS data and supports GPRS connectivity, so that the coordinate data can be sent and stored at Thingspeak as a server platform. Coordinates of the location stored on the Thingspeak server are displayed on a map in which there is a marker of the position of the vehicle and can be accessed through the android application on the user's side. The system design measurement resulted in an average system coordinate error in indoor conditions of 4,644 meters, while the average system coordinate error in outdoor conditions was 2,065 meters from the actual location coordinates. This system also produces a percentage value of the average packet loss, which is 3,33% and the average delay for every shipment to the server is 38,468 second.

Abstract

Abstract – Systems that exist in nature are a combination of linear and nonlinear elements, and there are still many other factors that affect the linearity of the system. System models are very difficult to obtain with mathematical calculations, and also many neglected elements, especially nonlinear elements. So that the resulting model becomes less effective to be applied directly in the field. In addition to these methods, there are other modeling methods, namely the identification method. This identification method is carried out on the basis of the input signal and output of the system to be modeled. All of that is considered to be an integrated system (black box). The model structure approach that will be used is ARX (Autoregressive Exogenous), which is a linear model structure, and parameter estimation algorithm uses the least square. Based on the analysis that has been done, the system is linear, there is no noise, has a time delay with off-line data pairs. From the modeling process carried out, order of the system and model parameters are obtained, so that a good system model is obtained. The model obtained, then can be used for other purposes, for example for the purposes of control, analysis needs, and for other simulation purposes.

Abstract

Abstract– Nugget ikan lele sayur merupakan salah satu inovasi olahan berbahan dasar ikan yang sangat menyehatkan, dikarenakan terbuat dari bahan-bahan yang segar, bergizi, dan tanpa diberikan MSG. Makanan ini sangat cocok dan disukai oleh anak-anak. Olahan ikan tersebut di buat oleh kelompok wanita tani Barokah dan pasokan ikan lele di pasok oleh kelompok wanita tani At’Taqwa.Berdasarkan hasil diskusi baik dengan mitra bahwa permasalahan prioritas yang akan diselesaikan adalah: PERTAMA, masalah mahalnya harga pakan ikan, mahalnya harga mesin pelet di pasaran dan belum mengetahui cara pembuatan pakan ikan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk kedua mitra adalah transfer ipteks, bantuan mesin pelet dan pelatihan pengoperasionalan mesin pelet beserta pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan. Sedangkan KEDUA, bagaimana meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat kelurahan banjar serasan dengan memanfaatkan hasil budidaya lele yang dikelola dengan mengembangkan atau mengolah menjadi Nugget yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sehingga roda perekonomian dapat berputar, gizi anak-anak masyarakat sekitar dapat terpenuhi dan menghindarkan anak-anak dari makanan/jajanan yang tidak sehat. Bantuan yang diberikan mesin pengaduk/penghancur ikan dan vacuum sealer. Mesin pelet ikan lele, mesin pengaduk  /penghancur ikan lele, serta mesin vacuum sealer dapat dimanfaat Mitra 1 dan 2 untuk proses produksi pelet dan nugget secara higienis sehingga permasalahan yang selama ini dihadapi para mitra dapat diurai dan diselesaikan dengan baik. Peningkatan keuntungan yang dirasakan mitra setelah adanya kegiatan lebih dari 50%, dan keseluruhan kegiatan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memperoleh sambutan yang sangat baik. Abstract

Water is an important compound for all forms of life on earth. The depth of water is closely related to productivity, vertical temperature, light penetration, density, oxygen, and nutrients. The depth of water affects biota which are cultivated. It is related to the pressure received in the water, because the pressure increases as the depth increases. This research makes Remotely Operated Vechile (ROV) to measure water depth using MS5803-14BA pressure sensor, joystick controller and eqipped with Arduino Mega as the control of the ROV. The ROV is also equipped with a camera to monitor the underwater condition. In this research, the ROV is designed to ease people in measuring the depth of water without diving. The ROV is designed to produce good measurements at depths above 1 meter, with error values of 0.3% to 2.1%. Therefore, ROV can be applied as a measurement media of the water depth. Moreover, the camera on the ROV is able to monitor underwater condition which gives good image results in clear water condition. Therefore, it is useful to search objects in the ocean.

Abstract

One technique to obtain validity in protecting a brand is with a watermark, one of the watermark algorithms to provide the validity of a brand is the Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) algorithm. In previous studies using the CRT method with canny edge detection has the ability that the watermark produced is almost similar to the original image and the results are quite good, the CRT method in canny edge detection can significantly improve the quality of the watermark image with an average of 0.99942. Whereas when given an image processing attack that is noise 'salt and pepper' and jpeg compression can maintain robustness with an average compression of 0.66187 and noise 0.940243. However, this method is not imperceptibility and robustness against Gaussian blur cropping, rotate 30 °, rotate 45 °, rotate 90 ° and rotate 180 ° where the average NC value away from 1. From the results of the research proposed the method tested has not been imperceptibility and robustness against Median Filter attacks, Contrast times 1.5, Contrast times 1.8, Scaling 359x359 pixels and Scaling 256x256 pixels where the average NC value is still away from 1. But in Median Filter and Scaling attacks 256x256 pixels indicate average results of extracted attacks can still be relatively identified with the naked eye even though the NC value generated does not approach 1.

Abstract

Abstract– Baterai Lithium dapat bekerja pada dua mode operasi, yaitu: mode otomotif (MO) dan mode penyimpan energi (MP). Kerja MO untuk mengasut mesin kendaraan dengan arus besar pada periode sesaat, sedangkan kerja MP berfungsi menyimpan dan memasok energi listrik kepada beban dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Karena beroperasi pada arus besar, maka siklus pakai baterai MO akan berkurang lebih cepat daripada MP. Pada makalah ini diperkenalkan model dua-fasa MO-MP dan strategi untuk mendapatkan titik alih terbaik dari MO ke MP pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) dengan memperhitungkan tingkat efisiensi dan State of Health (SOH) baterai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model-400 (MO 400 siklus/MP 800 siklus) memiliki kinerja terbaik ditinjau dari tingkat efisiensi dan SOH. Abstract

Microstrip patch antennas offer low profile and low cost fabrication advantages but limited gain and bandwidth. Some methods and techniques have been proposed and developed to improve gain of microstrip antenna, and one of them is multilayer parasitic technique. In this paper, the design and realization of rectangular patch microstrip antenna with multilayer parasitic for enhancing antenna gain that operates at frequency of 2.4 GHz is presented. The designed antenna consists of one rectangular patch as the main antenna on the first layer and the 2x2 configuration of rectangular patches on the second and third layers as the parasitic substrate. The simulation results show that the single element antenna has a gain of 3.224 dB and increases to 8.593 dB by using the parasitic multilayer antenna. The antenna design was then fabricated using an Epoxy FR4 substrate with a dielectric constant of 4.65 and a thickness of 1.6 mm. The fabricated multilayer parasitic microstrip antenna has dimension of 80 mm x 90 mm x 34.8 mm. The measurement results show that the VSWR value is 1,284 and the return loss is -18,091 dB at the center frequency of 2,442 GHz. The gain of the multilayer parasitic microstrip antenna measurement is 9.1 dB. The operation frequency range is 2.32 - 2.565 GHz at VSWR  < 2, the bandwidth of 245 MHz is achieved and unidirectional radiation patterns are obtained.

Abstract– The potency of palm oil mills (PKS) biomass in Kabupaten Landak have been evaluated as alternative for electrical energy in that area. The results have shown that solid biomass (empty fruit bunchs and shells) produced by those of PKS in 2016 have significant potency for generating electrical power.
