Abstract

The development of technology nowadays became one of the opportunities that can be utilized well by the society especially in the world of education. However, some of the students were not utilized these technology development as well as possible, it makes their interest in learning decreased. The decrease of the students' interests especially during the school from home (online learning) became one of the reasons of the dedication team which is the PPLSP students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Purwakarta Campus at UPTD SDN 1 Cipaisan Purwakarta held a program that can increase the students' interest in learning especially the students in the elementary school level, the program called Ranking 1.  Ranking 1 is a competition program that be held via online using the Quizizz platform. Ranking 1 competition program, using the utility of the internet is necessary to increase students' interest in learning and improve students' awareness. The method that used in this dedication program is interactive quiz using IT Quizizz media. The result of this competition program became one of the efforts to increase students' interest in learning

Abstract

The problem of teachers, especially in elementary schools, to follow up on the psychology of children that have occurred so far have not been resolved. Moreover, the Covid-19 outbreak which has hit the Indonesian nation, is increasing in number every day, thus require students to study online and unable to carry out face-to-face learning. In this pandemic, primary school or elementary school students were most affected subject. Innovations to know and explore further the developmental psychology of elementary school age children were potentially carried out through webinars. Elementary school teachers strongly questioned the continuity of developmental psychology of students while studying at home. To facilitate, the group 10 PPLSP Elementary School Teacher Education Program UPI Purwakarta Campus at Nagri Kaler 8 Elementary School, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province held a service webinar for elementary school teachers in Purwakarta with the theme The Urgency of Counseling and Developmental Psychology in Learning in PJJ Era Elementary Schools. Abstract

This community service was carried out as a realization of the students thematic community service program (KKN) for the prevention and management of the impact of Covid-19. The community service program which was held by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesian has the theme of the community service on prevention and management of the impact of Covid-19 in the education and economy sector during the new normal adaptation period. This program is conducted for 30 days from 17 November to 17 December 2020 at Menes district Pandeglang, Banten. This program tried to solve some community problems in several aspects. The first activities carried out during this community service program was in the field of education, such as enhancing learning courageously, mentoring students parents and assisting with school administration. The second activity was focused on preventing Covid-19 spread for school and the children community. This activity was carried out in online using information technology such as via YouTube, Google, and other social media. This optimizing digital media result a better in achieving the goals of increasing community awareness on preventing Covid-19 spreads.

Abstract

Social media is a product of technological progress that is currently in great demand by people in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. Currently, social media is one of the media used for marketing. Marketing activities with online methods are in great demand by business people because of the ease and efficiency of operational costs offered. However, the problem that arises is that the use of social media as a form of marketing strategy is not balanced with the knowledge of online business people about the ethical use of social media in marketing their products. This community service aims to provide educational contributions related to the ethics of marketing communication on social media. This service activity is carried out in the form of education and socialization which is carried out face-to-face with service partners, namely Club Panji Sakti (CPS) Singaraja. The results of the achievement of this socialization and education show that the audience is beginning to understand the existence of marketing communication ethics that applies in social media, the audience has knowledge of what things to do and not to do so as not to violate the applicable ethics, and the audience can apply their knowledge. in marketing activities on social media. Good marketing communication ethics will form a positive image for the audience. In this activity, the audience also understands that self-image also affects increasing sales.

Abstract

This training is carried out as a service to elementary school teachers in providing technology-based student learning evaluations. The purpose of this service is to provide new knowledge related to the methods of providing learning evaluation and to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in using Google Forms chat room-based as a media for learning evaluation. The method used in this service was the steps implementation activities that include: (a) Interviewed teachers in UPTD SDN 9 Nagrikaler and observed the implementation of online learning; (b) Formulated the problem; (c) Coordinated with teachers, school principals, and field supervisors in determining programs; (d) Made a training media in the form of PowerPoints and videos; (e) Implemented the program. The results obtained based on the initial questionnaire data, the teachers' knowledge about the use of Google Forms was still minimum so that the training on the use of Google Forms chat room-based could help teachers to increase their knowledge in operating Google Forms in the 4.0 Industrial era. However, from the results of the interview, it was found that some teachers were difficult to operate Google Forms because they were constrained by its language and terms. In addition, teachers felt that Google Forms was effective enough to be used as a learning media and learning evaluation.

Abstract

Community Service program is a mandatory program must be attended by students at several university including Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This activity should go to the villages directly, but because of Covid-19 the activities become online. This program used descriptive qualitative. This program started from November 16th until December 30th, 2020 with a demand time that must be taken is 120 hours. The program which was held by UPI during the Covid-19 pandemic carried the theme Thematic Community Service Lecture on the Prevention and Overcoming of the Impact of Covid-19. The program was held in Serang, Banten by online to prevent the spread of Covid-19. There are mandatory program and two optional programs in education and economic sectors. This program conducted a combination of strengthening student online learning, mentoring and parents during online schooling, helping school administration, making educational videos on programs to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 in the field of education which are shared on Instagram and Youtube, and making news articles published to mass media..

Abstract

Omah Sinau is the application of Out of School Education concept where education is designed to teach learning citizens to have skills and or knowledge and experience carried out outside of formal education (schooling). This lesson is addressed to residents of Blarakan Tenggah Kebulen Village, especially RT 003 RW 015 Sapuro Kebulen. Some of the activities carried out were house-to-house socialization in dealing with the ineffectiveness of online learning and educating learning participants with different methods which were carried out in Blarakan Kebulen Village. Considering the low importance of overcoming children's learning boredom, this service aims to help the residents of Sapuro Kebulen in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic era. The study uses observational research and case studies in following up on observations and interviews with the surrounding community to form Omah Sinau program activities to increase student interest in learning during the current pandemic. As a result, through the activities above, they are able to make the public aware of the ineffectiveness of online learning during this pandemic and can provide knowledge to students regarding the difficulties of overcoming online learning.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by a team from the Indonesian Education University majoring in PGSD which were held on November 2, 2021 online face-to-face via Zoom have made a very meaningful contribution to the community, especially in the Sumedang Regency area, and received a very good response and enthusiasm. tall. The implementation of community service activities through the outreach program on the Importance of Health Protocols in the Implementation of Islamic Religious Values is intended to help outreach to the community, especially for parents, teachers, and students as prospective educators about the importance of health protocols. This activity aims that we always maintain hand hygiene to support the government's efforts in suppressing cases of the spread of the Corona Virus and raise awareness in the implementation of maintaining cleanliness is part of faith. As we all know, the COVID-19 virus is currently sweeping the world, including Indonesia being one of the countries affected by the pandemic. The government's efforts to suppress the spread of the corona virus continue to be carried out. One of them is in the health sector in preventing the spread of the Corona Virus, namely by carrying out the 3M movement (Washing Hands, Keeping Your Distance and Staying Away from Crowds). Hand washing is a form of maintaining cleanliness. Islam is a religion that pays attention to cleanliness.

Abstract

Class teachers are the closest and most intense parties in daily communication with students. In their duties and obligations as organizers, they are required to be able to create situations, lead, stimulate and move and direct teaching and learning activities. In addition, teachers must be parents of their students. Class teachers in elementary schools must prepare themselves and strengthen their competence in the science of Guidance and Counseling (GC) services. Community service activities in the form of workshops or workshops for classroom teachers in elementary schools, aim to provide practical knowledge and skills in student guidance service activities in elementary schools. This community service program activity is carried out in the form of a workshop or workshop, which consists of theoretical presentations and training in the preparation of GC work programs for elementary schools. The target audience were teachers and principals of Teaching Laboratory Elementary School -UPI Campus in Serang and teachers of State Elementary School of Tembong Serang, totaling 9 people. The results of this community service activity are: (a). understanding of the objectives and principles of guidance services in SD; (b) in understanding about the work program of guidance services in elementary schools; (c) teachers can practice how to make work programs for guidance services in elementary schools; (d) encourage teachers to carry out guidance service activities in elementary schools. The hope of this program is to create an ecosystem and improve the quality of guidance by classroom teachers in targeted primary schools.

Abstract

Preserving Indonesian culture is our collective duty, in its realization as prospective teachers for UPI students at the Purwakarta campus, they are equipped with an understanding of character education through Pantun problems to convey moral messages in learning, especially strengthening, forming, and developing the potential of students in thinking and behaving well, filtering and choosing the nation's own culture, so that it can filter out the culture of other nations that are not by the values of the character and culture of the nation itself. To make those idea happen, the objectives of this community service were the following questions: (1) do UPI Purwakarta Campus students master Pantun? (2) do students of PGSD UPI Campus Purwakarta master the type of Pantun? and (3) are PGSD UPI Purwakarta students able to bring up character values in making Pantun? The participants of this training consisted of 50 students from various classes, the focus of this service is through Pantun training which was carried out online and the outputs in this community service training were articles publications in the field of community service and Pantun training videos so that it is hoped that UPI PGSD Purwakarta students as teacher candidates not only skilled in teaching but equipped with character education. The learning process either before or after learning can interact directly with choosing words adapted to different learning themes.
