Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai dampak yang cukup besar pada segala sektor, dan pariwisata halal merupakan sektor yang juga cukup merasakan dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggali potensi upaya pemulihan pariwisata halal dengan pendekatan analisa deskriptif. Menggunakan data terbaru tahun 2020 dan tema yang unik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisa deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penggolahan data diperoleh hasil dari  strategi dengan melakukan Protokol kesehatan berbasis CHSE yaitu Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Enviroment (Ramah lingkungan) dan juga startegi pemulihan dengan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Strategi jangka pendek lebih mengedepankan dukungan pemerintah daerah, mulai dukungan finansial dan kebijakan yang mendukung. Strategi menengah yaitu dengan menggabungkan peran lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah dan media. Strategi jangka panjang dengan melakukan sistem opersional industri pariwisata, dengan input yaitu memperhatikan kualitas destinasi pariwisata, dan kemudian diprosesnya dengan bantuan penuh pihak pemerintah dan outputnya melakukan pembenahan yang tersturuktur sehingga pariwisata halal di ponorogo dapat perkembang lagi. Dari hasil diatas diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Pariwisata Halal di Ponorogo telah melakukan pembenahan dengan strategi-setrategi diatas, namun masih belum maksimal sehingga perlu didukung secara penuh oleh Pemerintah daerah, Stakeholder, Media dan Masyarakat.The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on all sectors, and halal tourism is a sector that is also quite affected. This study explores the potential of halal tourism recovery efforts with a descriptive analysis approach. Using the latest data for 2020 and a unique theme. The research method uses a descriptive analysis approach, with data collection techniques using triangulation in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on data processing, the results obtained from the strategy by carrying out a CHSE-based health protocol, namely Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment, as well as recovery strategies in the short, medium and long term. The short-term strategy prioritizes local government support, start with financial support and supportive policies. The intermediate strategy is to combine the roles of educational institutions, the government and the media. The long-term strategy is to carry out an operational system for the tourism industry, with input, namely paying attention to the quality of tourism destinations, and then processing it with the full assistance of the government and the output carrying out structured improvements so that halal tourism in Ponorogo can develop again. From the results above, it can be concluded that Halal Tourism in Ponorogo has made improvements with the strategies above, but it is still not optimal so it needs to be fully supported by the local government, stakeholders, media and society. Abstract

Fashion is one of the most important daily needs of human beings. Dressing in addition to being a necessity can also reflect the way of life of a particular community as well as being an expression on one's personality as an identity identity then a variety of choices of clothing models each person can be influenced by different preferences. Everyone's preference for decision making on an item including dress style is influenced by many factors. This research aims to explain how fashion trends, lifestyle and brand image influence hijab fashion preferences. This research uses quantitative research method. The population used in this study is all Jabodetabek students who wear hijab. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire method on 155 reponden. The variables used in this study consist of 2 independent variables and dependent variable. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 data processing program. The results given from this study show that the three variables independents of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image have a significant influence on hijab fashion preferences. Lifestyle variables have the most dominant influence on hijab fashion preferences.So that the three variables of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image influence the increase of hijab fashion preference in an effort to develop the potential of the fashion hijab industry.Fashion atau gaya berbusana termasuk salah satu kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia yang paling utama.Berpakaian selain menjadi kebutuhan juga dapat mencerminkan cara hidup kelompok masyarakat tertentu serta menjadi suatu ekspresi pada kepribadian seseorang sebagai identitas jati dirimaka beragam pilihan model pakaian setiap orang dapat dipengaruhi preferensi masing-masing yang berbeda. Preferensi setiap orang dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu barang termasuk gaya berpakaian dipengaruhi olehbanyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh trend fashion, gaya hidup dan brand image terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh mahasiswi Jabodetabek yang mengenakanhijab. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner pada 155 reponden. Variabel yang digunakan di penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan program pengolah data SPSS 20. Hasil yang diberikan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Variabel  gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Sehingga ketiga variabel trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image mempengaruhi peningkatan preferensi fashion hijab dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi industri busana hijab.

Abstract

The Jakarta Islamic Index contains 30 sharia-based stocks that have the highest market capitalization and transaction values. based on the 2010-2020 documentation, there is a gap with the theory of inflation, liquidity and capital structure on profitability. In 2012 inflation rose to 4.3% from the previous year's 3.79%, but the profitability of Indonesian Telecommunications companies and Unilever fell. In 2014 the liquidity at Kalbe Farma company decreased to 29.38% this was not followed by an increase in profitability. The capital structure of United Tractors company in 2011 decreased to 68.85% from 2010's 83.88% but was not followed by the increase in the profitability of United Tractors company. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 4 companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index. With 44 data from 2010-2020. The source of research data is secondary data, while the data collection method uses documentation from companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The independent variables are inflation, liquidity and capital structure, while the dependent variable is profitability. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple regression. The results showed that the inflation variable had no significant effect on the company's profitability, while liquidity and capital structure had a significant effect on the company's profitability. Partially inflation, liquidity and capital structure have a significant effect on company profitability with a coefficient of determination of 41.2%.

Abstract

The emergence of metaverse technology is a challenge for the digital economic order in Indonesia, especially in the internalization of Islamic economic values. The depravity of the capitalist economy that cannot answer the challenges of a economic principle is the answer to its failure to respond to the community's economic ecosystem in the metaverse era. This article aims to analyze and examine the internalization of Islamic economic values as a just economic ecosystem in Indonesia. This research is qualitative with literature review and online observation with an ethnographic approach. The study results show that Islamic economic values can be a solution to problems in the metaverse, especially in the distribution of welfare. The Indonesian economy, which is based on the MSME sector (micro, small and medium enterprises), has long been recognized as a significant business sector in the fundamental role of the economy. The concept of waqf in Islam has proven to be a means of sharing welfare compared to other systems. In the end, the Islamic economic system can achieve a welfare state that encourages the achievement of human capital building and improvements in social sectors compared to the capitalist economic system. In the metaverse, the principles of Islamic economics encourage macroeconomic progress and embrace microeconomic practitioners while still having the rights regulated in Islamic economics; even technicians who are not directly involved in the metaverse also have rights regulated in Sharia and Fiqh. Economic values do regulate not only principles but also policy products. This makes Islamic economics included in all lifelines, including in the metaverse where everything is interconnected, so everyone will know that Islamic economics does not harm anyone and allows prosperity for the community.

Abstract

The development of the industry over time developed very rapidly. Its development began in the 1760s until now. Industrial Revolution 4.0 was officially born in Germany when the Hannover Fair was held in 2011. Of course, these developments have a significant impact on human life, even the surrounding environment. Such air pollution is caused from waste gases containing hydrocarbons (HC), sulfur oxides (Sox), carbon monoxide (CO), chloral fluoro carbon cooling materials (CFCs), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and particulate matter (dust, ash). In fact, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2020, there are at least 30,381 industries in Indonesia. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze in detail the extent of the impact of industrialization on people and the environment with the approach of Worldview Islam. The reason for this approach is that human attitudes and ways of thinking have an influence on the surrounding environment. Whereas humans have various attitudes in understanding existing realities, including the development of the industry. Such as positivist and pragmatic attitudes that are the basis for environmental damage.  However, in the perspective of Islam maintaining the environment and balance of life is the law mandatory. Finally, this article found that the obligation to maintain the environment including maintaining religion, soul, descendants, reason and human property (dhohuriyatul khoms) is mandatory.Transformasi industrialisasi dari waktu ke waktu berjalan bagitu cepat. Perkembangannya dimulai sejak tahun 1760an hingga saat ini yaitu pada tahap revolusi industri 4.0 yang resmi lahir di Jerman ketika diadakannya Hannover Fair pada tahun 2011. Perkembangan tersebut memberikan dampak yang nyata pada kehidupan manusia, bahkan lingkungan sekitar. Seperti pencemaran udara disebabkan dari limbah gas yang mengandung hidrokarbon (HC), oksida belerang (Sox), karbon monoksida (CO), bahan pendingin kloro fluoro karbon (CFC), oksida nitrogen (NOx), dan material partikulat (debu, abu). Padahal menurut data di Badan Pusat Statistik pada tahun 2020, setidaknya di Indonesia terdapat 30.381 industri. Makalah ini mencoba menganalisa secara detail sejauhmana dampak industrialisasi terhadap manusia dan lingkungan hidup dengan pendekatan Worldview Islam. Hal itu, karena sikap dan cara berpikir manusia memberikan pengaruh terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Sedangkan manusia memiliki sikap yang beragam dalam memahami segala realitas, termasuk perkembangan industry. Seperti sikap positivis dan pragmatis menjadi dasar terjadinya kerusakan lingkungan hidup.  Padahal dalam prespektif Islam menjaga lingkungan dan keseimbangan hidup adalah hukumnya wajib. Akhirnya artikel ini menemukan bahwa kewajiban menjaga lingkungan termasuk menjaga agama, jiwa, keturunan, akal dan harta benda manusia (dhohuriyatul khoms) yang bersifat wajib.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Exports, Inflation, Money Supply, GDP, Imports, and Per capita Income to exchange rates. Where variable monetary policy (Exchange Rate, GDP, Money Supply, Inflation, Per capita Income) and macro policy (Export and Import). Using time-series data from 2010 to 2019. The data analysis model is a Vector Autoregression method viewed and sharpened by Impulse Response Function analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition. The results of the IRF analysis know that the response stability of all variables is formed in the five or medium or medium-term and long-term periods, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations from positive to negative responses or vice versa. Some variables show a positive reaction or remain negative in short to long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that variable exchange rates in the short and medium term are recommended by the Variable Exchange Rate itself and the Money Supply Amount. At the same time, the long term is affected by Imports. Export variables in the short term are recommended by the Exchange Rate, while the medium and long term is affected by Per capita Income. Then, import variables in the medium and long short term Imports are affected by Exports. Variable GDP in the short and medium-term is influenced by GDP itself and the exchange rate, while in the long run, it is influenced by Per capita income. Inflation in the medium and long short term is affected by imports. The money supply in the medium and long short term is affected by inflation and imports, while exports influence per capita income in the short, medium, and long time. So that can be recommended in this study is as input for the government, namely through Bank Indonesia, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Banks of the State, which is the object of research in controlling exchange rates as an effort to maintain currency market stability in emerging markets of Muslim Countries through inflation control to increase price stability that can boost economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the views of Abu Yusuf's Islamic economy on the policy of controlling cooking oil prices in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative research methodology with a library research approach. The results show that the market mechanism in Islam is free without any intervention. This means that the price in the market is determined by the level of demand and supply that is fair (fair price). However, the Government can intervene in the market price when there is market distortion. So that when cooking oil prices are expensive and scarce due to market distortions, the Government must intervene to control prices so that public welfare is achieved. So in this study, it can be concluded that the Government must intervene in prices when market distortions occur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan ekonomi Islam Abu Yusuf terhadap kebijakan pengedalian harga minyak goreng di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pasar dalam Islam bersifat bebas tanpa adanya intervensi. Artinya harga di pasar ditentukan oleh tingkat permintaan dan penawaran yang wajar dan adil (fair price). Namun, pemerintah dapat mengintervensi harga pasar ketika terjadi distorsi pasar. Sehingga ketika harga minyak goreng mahal dan langka akibat distorsi pasar, pemerintah harus turun tangan untuk mengendalikan harga agar kesejahteraan masyarakat tercapai. Maka dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintah harus melakukan intervensi harga pada saat terjadi distorsi pasar.

Abstract

One of the government's strategies in increasing Islamic financial inclusion is an empowerment program for micro business actors through the Micro Waqf Bank (BWM). In the city of Kediri there is a BWM which has quite good development in helping the community's economic growth, one of which is BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo. Utilization of access to sharia finance provided by BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo, will certainly have a positive impact on the customer's economy. The various benefits that customers get will lead to the realization of community welfare. As Muslims, the achievement of prosperity also needs to be considered from an Islamic perspective. Therefore, this study wants to examine the role of BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo in increasing Islamic financial inclusion in the perspective of Islamic welfare. This research is included in the type of field research. The data collection technique used observation, documentation, and interviews with the relevant informants. The results of this study indicate that the role of BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo in increasing Islamic financial inclusion through access to qardhul hasan financing, financing supervision through KUMPI and HALMI, and realizing the dimensions of financial inclusion well. Based on the perspective of Islamic welfare according to Al-Ghazali, five basic things must be fulfilled in maqashid sharia. These five basic needs have been fulfilled by customers, so that the welfare of customers from an Islamic perspective has been fulfilled.Salah satu strategi dari pemerintah dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah adalah program pemberdayaan pada pelaku usaha mikro melalui Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM). Di Kota Kediri terdapat BWM yang memiliki perkembangan cukup baik dalam membantu pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, salah satunya adalah BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo. Pemanfaatan akses keuangan syariah yang diberikan BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo, tentu akan memberikan dampak positif pada perekonomian nasabah. Berbagai manfaat yang didapatkan nasabah akan mengarah pada terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sebagai umat muslim, tercapainya suatu kesejahteraan juga perlu memperhatikan dalam perspektif Islam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ingin meneliti peran BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah dalam perspektif kesejahteraan Islam. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara kepada narasumber yang bersangkutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran BWM Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah melalui akses pembiayaan qardhul hasan, pengawasan pembiayaan melalui KUMPI dan HALMI, dan mewujudkan dimensi inklusi keuangan dengan baik. Berdasarkan perspektif kesejahteraan Islam menurut Al-Ghazali, maka harus terpenuhi lima hal dasar pada maqashid syariah. Para nasabah telah terpenuhi lima kebutuhan dasar tersebut, sehingga kesejahteraan nasabah perspektif Islam telah terpenuhi.

Abstract

The development of the industry is entering a new phase, namely the development of the halal industry, one of which is the halal clothing industry. According to the Global Islamic Economy Report 2017/2018, with the largest Muslim-majority population in the world, Indonesia is still inferior to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, which has started to develop the halal clothing industry. So an indicator of halal clothing is needed to compete with the country and stay on the halal path. This research uses data from a literature study which is then analyzed by analytical descriptive analysis. The results of this study found indicators that regulate halal clothing, namely: a) ensuring that the raw materials used are halal raw materials, b) the production process should not be mixed with haram goods, c) after the production process is complete if there is a product storage period must be stored in a separate place with goods that are haram or unclean, d) the distribution of production must be based on the principles of benefit and justice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the community as business actors about the applicability of the KHAS (Halal, Safe and Healthy Culinary) zone in welcoming the halal ecosystem in Ponorogo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The results showed that most of the business actors, especially those engaged in the culinary sector, did not understand much about the concept of the KHAS zone. This is due to several factors including: lack of understanding and awareness of business actors to manage halal certificates for their food and beverage products; lack of literacy and socialization about halal life style; local governments have not focused on the development of the halal ecosystem. However, the opportunity to develop a KHAS zone in Ponorogo Regency is very possible, this is because: Ponorogo has been known as a city with global cultural and religious tourism; The public's enthusiasm for the culinary industry is very large, the majority of the people are Muslim. Therefore, synergy between stakeholders is needed, both from the local government as the policy holder, the trade office as the authority that oversees business actors, the Health Service which has the authority to label sanitation, and the bpjh under the Ministry of Religion as the authorized agency in the management of halal certification.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha tentang keberlakuan zona KHAS (Kuliner Halal, Aman dan Sehat) dalam  menyongsong ekosistem halal di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku usaha khususnya yang bergerak di bidang kuliner belum banyak memahami tentang konsep zona KHAS. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor diantaranya: kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku usaha untuk melakukan kepengurusan sertifikat halal bagi produk makanan dan minumannya; kurangnya literasi dan sosialisasi tentang halal life style; pemerintah daerah belum terfokus pada pengembangan ekosistem halal. Namun demikian, peluang untuk mengembangkan zona KHAS di Kabupaten Ponorogo sangat memungkinkan, hal ini dikarenakan: Ponorogo telah dikenal sebagai kota dengan wisata budaya dan religi yang mendunia; antusiasme masyarakat terhadap industry kuliner sangat besar, mayoritas masyarakatnya bergama Islam. Maka dibutuhkan sinergisitas antar pemangku kepentingan baik dari pemerintah daerah sebagai pemegang kebijakan, dinas perdagangan sebagai otoritas yang membawahi pelaku usaha, dinas Kesehatan yang mempunya wewenang untuk labelisasi sanitasi, dan bpjh dibawah kemenag sebagai instansi yang berwenang dalam kepengurusan sertifikasi halal.
