Abstract

Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is one of the oldest commercial banks in the history of the State of Indonesia. This bank was established on July 5, 1949 as the central bank and in 1968, BNI was designated as “Bank Negara Indonesia 1946”, and its status became a State-Owned Commercial Bank. The house is one of the most important needs for the community. The difficult economic conditions and the many demands that must be met by the community make the bank as a place for people to own a house on credit, especially for people with middle to lower economic levels. Buying a house on credit among the public is a very attractive option. The purpose of marketing is to understand the wants and needs of consumers so that the product or service can sell itself. In marketing their products, a marketer must be good at reading the market situation now and in the future. This means that marketers must be responsive to what consumers want and need. Therefore, marketing is needed. If the bank still acts passively, it is possible that the banking service product will not be recognized by the public. These marketing activities are proposed to maintain the existence of banking in the hearts of customers or prospective customers. Therefore, from marketing activities, customers or other prospective customers can obtain accurate information about housing provided by a BNI Jombang bank

Abstract

When shopping at an online store, customers are always confused by the number of products displayed in the catalog. As a solution, customers see testimonials and other user ratings to ensure that the product to be purchased is in accordance with what is displayed in the product catalog. User-base collaborative filtering is a recommendation method that uses rating data from users to generate recommendations. To create a recommendation system using this method, there are three steps that must be taken, namely, first calculating the rating distance between users using the Euclidean distance equation, second calculating the similarity between active users and other users based on Euclidean distance calculations, and third calculating predictions. rating, which is to transfer the similarity value to the user rating value and then add up all the multiplication values. The final result of the prediction calculation is the five highest recommendation values which will then be processed by the system in such a way as to produce recommendations for shoes products that are displayed to active users as product recommendations. With this recommendation system, it is hoped that it will further increase consumer convenience when shopping at online stores

Abstract

Data security is not only due to the complexity of the algorithms used, but one of the most important factors is the security of the keys used. One of the most popular data that needs to be backed up today is digital images. However, these days, the algorithms used to back up data are often attacked. This is because the structure of the key formations used is still weak. One of the data security algorithms that form a simple key is the Beaufort cipher. It relies on the duplication of key characters to form the key for each protected element. Key generators based on blum-blum shub technology can generate very random and difficult-to-guess keys, so the strength of the keys you use can enhance the resilience of protected data. Keys generated based on blum-blum shub technology will later be used in the process of encrypting and decrypting pixel values in digital images.

Abstract

This research aims to build a top-up based PDAM meter tools, which allows users to control water use in their daily needs. This type of research is experimental research where the scope of the problem can be carried out using the literature study method, field data collection methods. The system is made in the form of a prototype. This research produces a product in the form of a tool with a top-up as a payment system. This study uses an RFID sensor as a tool to enter voucher balances into the system. Then arduino uno as a controller of water use through a waterflow sensor and a solenoid valve instead of a faucet to close the water flow. The result of this research is that the device can display information in the form of remaining voucher balances and the amount of water consumption. In this study, water measurement trials have been carried out with an error value of 2.53 percent, and trial charging vouchers worth 20,000 to 100,000, as well as trial use and remaining balance with appropriate results

Abstract

Data mining is the process of finding information by looking for certain patterns or rules from large amounts of data. This study applies the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify the yield of Vanamey shrimp into three classes, namely successful, less successful and failed from the harvest sample data owned. To facilitate the analysis, the data is divided into 2 categories, namely 90 training data and 10 for testing data. Nine parameters were used, namely the number of distributions, land area, type of disease, water color, soil conditions, season, feed, capital and yields. To validate the classification, we used a confusion matrix to test the accuracy of the algorithm. The test results show an accuracy of 54.4%, 100% precision, and 77.7% recall

Abstract

Promotion is a marketing communication that aims to attract and convince consumers to buy the products or services offered. Social media as a promotional medium with a wider target market reach and relatively low cost. The purpose of the study was to analyze consumer characteristics based on age range, gender, social media used, product category sought, and product criteria. These attributes are then analyzed using the k-means clustering algorithm. In addition, an analysis of the dominant factors that influence the success of promotion through social media is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm. Determination of criteria and sub-criteria through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 5 MSME actors and 10 consumers. The results of clustering form 2 clusters with an evaluation of the DBI value of 0.089. Cluster 0 members are 44 respondents and cluster 1 are 26 respondents. The results of data analysis show that Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp social media users are dominated by women aged 17-35 years. The most sought after product categories are fast food and product review criteria are reasons for consumers to buy. Furthermore, from the results of the dominant factor analysis using the analytical hierarchy process, five dominant factors that influence the success of promotions on social media are obtained, namely Product Reviews, Quality of Service to Consumers, Quality Content, Influencer Services, and Actively Interacting in Online Community.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan dalam menjual air minum alkali pH 9.5 adalah air minum yang dikonsumsi oleh tubuh yang mengandung mineral, memiliki rasa yang manis dan ringan, berbeda dengan air minum yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Mengingat penjualan air minum berbahan dasar alkali semakin meningkat di setiap daerah selama perkembangannya khususnya di wilayah Medan Johor dan sekitarnya. Saat ini masyarakat lebih memilih untuk mengkonsumsi air minum berbahan dasar alkali pH 8,5-9,5 karena membuat tubuh jauh lebih sehat, berenergi, dan vitalitas juga akan meningkat serta menghemat waktu dalam pemesanan. Peningkatan penjualan air minum berbahan alkali pH 9,5 “kangen water” juga disebabkan sulitnya mendapatkan air bersih untuk konsumsi di kota-kota yang kekurangan air bersih untuk konsumsi saat itu. Penjualan air minum yang baik juga didasarkan pada tingkat kebersihan air, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan waktu pengisian air. Dalam hal ini penulis menganalisis Depot Air Minum “KangenWater” Kecamatan Medan Johor dengan analisis menggunakan metode Rough Set. Metode ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap penjualan air minum berbahan alkali pH 9,5 “Kangen Water”. Analisis ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap penjualan air minum alkali pH 8,5-9,5. Dan dari hasil analisa tersebut dapat diketahui nilai jual produk Kangen Water yang diberikan kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan kriteria tingkat kepuasan.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology, the size of a data is sometimes relatively large where the better the quality of the resulting text file, the larger the file size needed to store the text file. With a very large text file size, during the transfer process, the transfer process may fail because the media storage space exceeds the limit. The solution to this problem is how the text file can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of text files. compression on text files is done by reducing the size of the text file by reducing the bits in the text file, but does not eliminate the information data in it. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so that it can save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is Stout codes, by using this algorithm, the compression results from the value of k have different results for each value, and the compression results will benefit in sending, and transferring text files will be easier

Abstract

Performance appraisal is carried out to evaluate the performance of existing employees and can also be used by agencies to spur employees to work better, so an agency can give awards to employees who are considered to be outstanding. Awards can be in the form of awards, appointments in positions, promotion, or others, which can give enthusiasm and motivation to employees. The system that runs in the Sei Kepayang sub-district office still has weaknesses, namely the employee appraisal process is still done manually and there is also no system for decision-making that supports employee performance appraisal. In solving these problems, the researcher uses the method (combinative distance-based assessment) which is useful for calculating employee performance appraisals, so that the method (combinative distance-based assessment) can find out which employees get the highest achievement score. while the program to create the system uses a visual basic program. This application will display performance appraisals automatically and the final report can be printed directly, by month and year. This study aims to produce applications that become supporting facilities as a tool for calculating employee performance more effectively

Abstract

FKK is a form of community participation in planning, determining, and moving activities as well as monitoring in evaluating health processes at the village level. The activity of FKK has become a success for an Active Alert Village. The FKK consists of the Lurah, puskesmas, community leaders, and health cadres. The FKK can make various activities in the community run in the health sector, both in cooperation, health protection, monitoring and observation, as well as providing joint costs. The FKK also implements arrangements according to the potential of their respective regions. This arrangement is carried out in the form of activities, interventions from problems that exist in the region itself. It can be seen from the many arrangements and activities of the FKK that require a lot of administrative data and information so that a system is needed that can help work related to the administration of the FKK. From the beginning, which is still managed manually, in this research, a web-based system will be developed that can help manage administrative data in Wonoplumbon village. By using the waterfall method and the PHP programming language, CSS and Bootstrap Framework, as well as database processing using MySQL, it is hoped that this system can run well on the website. Through the method used, the system will be built following the sequence of processes from analysis, design, implementation, system testing to maintenance
