Abstract

Current buying behavior has changed, where many people make unplanned purchases. Many people who make purchases of a particular product or brand because of interest in the product or brand at that time. It’s called impulse buying, namely the behavior of people who do not plan something for shopping. The act of impulse buying does not always end with satisfaction. Sometimes there is a sense of regret for making a quick decision and wasting money on a product or brand that has been purchased. The purpose of this study was to find out Instagram ads and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying through positive emotion. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a causal study. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data processing technique in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The Instagram ads variable on the impulse buying variable through the mediation of the positive emotion variable shows that there is no indirect relationship. The hedonic shopping motivation variable on the impulse buying variable through the mediation of the positive emotion variable shows a positive and significant indirect relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial technology in UMKM in Subang to improve financial literacy. In this study, researchers took three samples at random, from Subang Regency and Subang City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use data reduction data and then the presentation of the data and the last is drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the four informants as a whole accepted the presence of fintech because fintech could assist UMKM actors in providing convenience and efficiency in terms of technology-based financial management, including digitizing financial reports, payment technology and online loans. However, of all the roles of fintech, UMKM actors in this study did not fully know what the role of fintech was because of the lack of socialization about fintech in UMKM. Most UMKM actors still choose to pay for business capital, many still choose banks because banks are trusted and there are legal institutions that regulate them. Of the four UMKM actors, the impact after using fintech is more positive or the many benefits obtained after registering for fintech for their business, the more efficient and effective business activities are, which makes the implementation of fintech and the development of the times to demand business people to use fintech which has many advantages to improve literacy. finance for UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a partial effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya Wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency (2) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency. (3) Which variable has the most influence on the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency. The research was conducted at the Cilamaya Wetan District Office, Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative. Determination of the sample is done by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which is as many as 45 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation, influenced the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan Office Employees, Karawang Regency. This means that high organizational culture, work motivation and discipline can improve the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (2) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (3) Work motivation is a variable the most dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of leaders in motivating teachers to have high performance. This study uses qualitative methods with data triangulation techniques, technical triangulation and source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the principal as a leader has provided optimal motivation to teachers. Leaders have done planning, monitoring and evaluation so that motivation is increasingly encouraged. Innovation and creativity from teachers can also be done because the leader as a manager role has been applied at SDN Warungbambu I. The involvement of leaders as part of the organization is very high in supporting the performance of teachers and school staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the civil service police unit in Karawang regency. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative methods and verification. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. From the results of the research data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: The work environment of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the work discipline of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the performance of employees in the Karawang district civil service police unit was good. There is a low correlation between the work environment and work discipline, there is no partial effect of the work environment on employee performance, there is a partial effect of work discipline on employee performance and there is a simultaneous influence between work environment and work discipline on the performance of the civil service police unit in Karawang regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's financial performance using financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are the ratios of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using quantitative data calculations in the form of financial statements. Based on the results of the overall liquidity ratio, the company's state is in good condition. Based on the sovability ratio in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2019 was declared in good condition because it was considered capable of meeting its long-term debt. For solvency ratios in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2020-2021 was declared in a bad state because it could not meet its long-term debt. Based on the ratio of Activity as measured by receivable turn over, Fixed Asset Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2021 was declared in good condition. However, the ratio measured by total assets turn over is considered less than optimal because in 2020-2021 there has been an increase in total assets. Based on profitability asio at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2021 was declared in a bad state. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, must be able to manage its assets properly in order to be able to generate maximum profit from sales. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, must be able to manage the company's assets and capital to increase sales so that the profits generated exceed the assets and capital owned.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the work environment and work discipline on employee performance so that they have good performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 44 employees. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Tunggak Jati Health Center. Also by using interviews and observations. The sample was taken with a saturated sample because the total population was below 100. Where the population was only 30 so that all populations were sampled, the method used was multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results obtained Fcount of 1,655 and greater than the value of Ftable 3.33 and a significant value of 0.210 which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that the research results are accepted by H₀. Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Tunggak Jati Kab. Karawang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine work culture and compensation in improving performance so that it has good performance. This study uses a qualitative method with the techniques used are method triangulation techniques, data triangulation techniques and theory or reference triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work culture that existed at Puri Mulya PAUD was seen from the cultural instrument between co-workers that was well established, but the compensation given was not appropriate, and there was no bonus given if in PAUD, salary payments were still delayed, but performance teachers can still be assessed as very good because the dedication of the teacher's role as educators is very high

Abstract

Current buying behavior has changed, where many people make unplanned purchases. This study aims to determine: Partial influence of Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying, Partial influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying. This research was conducted at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang for Management students of the 2018-2021 class. The type of research used is quantitative research, using a sample of 100. The sampling technique used was the Lemeshow technique. The data collection method used in this research is to take notes on quantitative research using a questionnaire. Data analysis is SEM (Structural Equation Model) based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that: There is a partially significant effect of Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying with T-Statistics of 2.886, there is a partially significant effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying with T-Statistics of 6.274, both of which are greater than the significance used, namely 1, 96 so that it can be stated that sales promotion and Hedonic Shopping Motivation variables have a positive effect on Impulse Buying. The sales promotion variable on impulse buying shows a positive and significant direct relationship. The hedonic shopping motivation variable on impulse buying shows a positive and significant direct relationship.
