Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of prosecution in the criminal act of trafficking in women and children in the city of Makassar, as well as the factors that hinder the implementation of the prosecution. Research uses primary data through interviews. Secondary data is done through collecting data, documents and relevant legislation. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the prosecution of the crime of trafficking in women and children in the Makassar District Prosecutor's Office is experiencing obstacles in the process of prosecuting criminal acts such as proofs. Factors that inhibit the internal factors, including legal factors themselves, law enforcement factors and facilities or facilities. While external factors, including community factors and cultural factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correspondence services and factors that influence mailing services in the Banggae village of Majene Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The technique of data collection is done by library research, field research consisting of, observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the public services in the manufacture of non-capable certificates and letters of heirs at the Banggae Urban Village Office can be said to have materialized well. This can be seen from the indicators in public services, namely, service procedures, service requirements, service time, service costs, service products, facilities / infrastructure and competency of service providers. where all these indicators are in good category. Employee performance in making Non-Capable Certificates and Letters of Heirs has been implemented so far. This can be seen from the other existing indicators: quality and quantity of performance, employee reliability and employee work attitudes. Obstacles that were encountered were, among others, a lack of public awareness about the importance of administrative completeness in the process of making this inadequate Certificate and Letter of Heirs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how BPD'S performance in implementing the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation no. 110 of 2016 in Salarri Village, Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The study used descriptive methods and data were taken from sources by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the BPD still did not understand its duties and functions due to the low education of BPD members so that their performance was also low. The allowance aspect is also low so that the needs of BPD members are not met and their duties are sidelined. The inhibiting factor is the lack of BPD knowledge about its duties and functions. Another factor is the government's lack of firmness in emphasizing the regulations that have been made.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the level of job satisfaction of the Regional Personnel and Training Agency of Majene Regency and the factors that have a relationship with the job satisfaction of the staff of the Regional Personnel and Training Agency of Majene Regency. Qualitative research focuses on how the level of job satisfaction of the Regional Personnel and Training Agency staff of Majene Regency. Data was collected by observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Processed and analyzed quantitatively by presenting frequency tables and percentages to find out the percentage of respondents' answers partially to the indicators studied. The results showed that of the four factors that influence the level of job satisfaction of the Regional Personnel and Education and Training Agency staff of Majene Regency, the suitability factor of expertise with assignments turned out to not show employee job satisfaction, identity factor assignment meaning, task autonomy factor and feedback factor turned out support the work satisfaction of the apparatus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dinas pariwisata dalam tata kelola pengembangan wisata pantai mampie untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Galeso Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Peran dinas pariwisata sebagai pembina pengelola wisata pantai mampie yang berperan sebagai motivator, fasilisator dan dinamisator dalam mewujudkan peningkatan wasatawan yang berkunjung serta mensejahterakan masyarakat disekitar wisata pantai mampie. Maka dari itu dengan adanya peran dinas pariwisata yang secara langsung optimal dan mendalam untuk membangun masyarakat.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitaian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima belas orang diantaranya Kepala Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Kepala Bidang Usaha dan Pariwisata, Kepala Desa Galeso Kecamatan Wonomulyo dan Ketua Kopdarwis (kelompok sadar wisata). Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata melakukan berbagai informasi melalui media sosial. Peningkatan motivasi dengan memberi pelatihan pada masyarakat. Dinas Pariwisata melakukan pemberdayaan kepada Masyarakat sekitar pantai mampie tersebut dengan memberikan arahan dan sosialisasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat bahwa dalam pengembangan sektor wisata yang ada di Pantai Mampie, Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar telah melakukan dengan cukup optimal. Dilihat dari perannya sebagai koordinator Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dalam mempromosikan wisata dengan melaksanakan Pengembangan, pembinaan dan pelestarian wisata Pantai Mampie .Sosialisasi yang dilakukan pada masyarakat untuk membuka pemahaman serta pola pikir masyarakat bahwa pentingnya upaya pelestarian wisata Pantai Mampie. KATA KUNCI : Peran,tata kelola, wisata Pantai

Abstract

This study aims to know how the imaging of the government is done through the media by the state of the public in the Polman Regional Secretariat. This research is a qualitative research that explains the phenomenon in depth, creates a description, systemally, accurately and facts about the facts, as well as describing the reality that is happening. The role of public relations as a communicator's that is helping the community to interaction and communication to the goverment. The role of public relations as relationships are relatively good relationships between the whole community with government agencies, through delivery of regional development information. The role of public relations in building the image of the Government of Polewali Mandar Regency to the public can be seen from information updates through the internet site.

Abstract

This study discusses ethics in a communication process that takes place in virtual public space through social media. A search of the behavior and actions of bullying on Facebook media, both as perpetrators and as victims whose subjects are students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Government of Al Asyariyah Mandar University. Facebook media is very free and ethical issues depend on the individual users. By that, Facebook media has very good benefits and also has a negative impact on ethical principles. Bullying attitudes and actions have more psychological dimensions, carried out with various motivations, for example; angry and wants revenge, frustration, looking for attention, just entertainment time, or just joking.

Abstract

Often occurs Conflict of Ulayat Land in Rangsang District with PT.SRL occurred because of PT.SRL intentionally seized Ulayat land of Buana Rangsang. Therefore the task of the Malay Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau is to defend and safeguard the rights of indigenous and tribal peoples so that no more customary land conflicts occur.This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, data sources can be obtained through observation, literature study, documentation and interviews with several key informants who know very well about the conflicts that have occurred.The results of this study explain that the Malay Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau has conducted conflict resolution by integrating, second is a compromising method. Because the company not wanting to make peace, the Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau in this case the was stimulated to make efforts to resolve the dominating.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the perception of Al-Asyariah Mandar University students towards the message of the dangers of smoking on cigarette packaging. The research used is descriptive qualitative to describe studying and understanding the attitudes, views, and behavior of individuals or groups. The results obtained are several active and passive smoker informants support the provision of warning images on cigarette packaging. But there are also those who think it's normal because they have never seen anything in person or confessions from people who have felt the bad effects like what happened in the picture on the cigarette package. Some informants saw that the warning pictures of the dangers of smoking gave them past experiences that could be a factor in forming their perceptions in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales strategy and buying interest through Facebook social media related to the sale of products such as fashion among FKIP, FIKOM, FIP and FISIP Unasman students. In this study, ten respondents were facebook users in each of the faculties above. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the study and discussion show that in terms of product sales on social media Facebook is very dependent on the intensity of publications, especially product uploads. Caution in analyzing prospective buyers is also an important factor in efforts to sell products. Creativity in packaging product content offered is also a key to increasing product sales achievements.
