Abstract

This study discusses ethics in a communication process that takes place in virtual public space through social media. A search of the behavior and actions of bullying on Facebook media, both as perpetrators and as victims whose subjects are students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Government of Al Asyariyah Mandar University. Facebook media is very free and ethical issues depend on the individual users. By that, Facebook media has very good benefits and also has a negative impact on ethical principles. Bullying attitudes and actions have more psychological dimensions, carried out with various motivations, for example; angry and wants revenge, frustration, looking for attention, just entertainment time, or just joking.

Abstract

Often occurs Conflict of Ulayat Land in Rangsang District with PT.SRL occurred because of PT.SRL intentionally seized Ulayat land of Buana Rangsang. Therefore the task of the Malay Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau is to defend and safeguard the rights of indigenous and tribal peoples so that no more customary land conflicts occur.This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, data sources can be obtained through observation, literature study, documentation and interviews with several key informants who know very well about the conflicts that have occurred.The results of this study explain that the Malay Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau has conducted conflict resolution by integrating, second is a compromising method. Because the company not wanting to make peace, the Customary Institution (LAM) of Riau in this case the was stimulated to make efforts to resolve the dominating.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the perception of Al-Asyariah Mandar University students towards the message of the dangers of smoking on cigarette packaging. The research used is descriptive qualitative to describe studying and understanding the attitudes, views, and behavior of individuals or groups. The results obtained are several active and passive smoker informants support the provision of warning images on cigarette packaging. But there are also those who think it's normal because they have never seen anything in person or confessions from people who have felt the bad effects like what happened in the picture on the cigarette package. Some informants saw that the warning pictures of the dangers of smoking gave them past experiences that could be a factor in forming their perceptions in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales strategy and buying interest through Facebook social media related to the sale of products such as fashion among FKIP, FIKOM, FIP and FISIP Unasman students. In this study, ten respondents were facebook users in each of the faculties above. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the study and discussion show that in terms of product sales on social media Facebook is very dependent on the intensity of publications, especially product uploads. Caution in analyzing prospective buyers is also an important factor in efforts to sell products. Creativity in packaging product content offered is also a key to increasing product sales achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of local government policies regarding parking fees on the side of public roads in Pekkabata Central Market, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the local government policy regarding parking fees at the Pekkabata Central Market was not good because the supervision carried out by the Transportation Agency, especially from UPTD Parking, was still lacking, especially related to illegal collection practices carried out by illegal parking attendants. To emphasize the security of illegal parking attendants, it is necessary to have socialization by the local government related to Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Retribution for Parking Services on Public Roads and Special Parking Areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of community participation in the process of developing Rambusaratu Village towards Tourism Village. The research is descriptive which analyzes the process of disseminating information about the declaration of Rambusaratu Village as a Tourism Village. The collected data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively with an interactive analysis model. The results of the analysis provided information that the process of disseminating information about the launching of Rambusaratu Village as a tourism village was carried out by all elements of the community but was not optimal and did not meet the target. Community participation can be assessed quite high because they have made real efforts even though the results were not as expected.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems found in the Lantora Urban Village Office, Polewali Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar District, namely there are still some indications that lead to low employee work productivity because the efficiency of archival management has not been maximized. This can be seen from the existence of archives that are not stored in place, stacked in filing cabinets and warehouses, causing the archive to be quickly damaged and difficult to find. As a result, there are still jobs that are not completed on time so that the results of work achieved are not maximized. Therefore, it is necessary to have efficient, good and orderly archival management so that it can make it easier for employees to store and find. Archive arrangement is one aspect that must be applied in achieving office goals in order to support increased office work productivity.

Abstract

This study departs from the involvement of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) Simultaneous Polewali Mandar Regency in 2018. Based on data from the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) Polewali Mandar Regency, there are 17 cases of ASN involvement of Polewali Mandar Regency reported by the public to Bawaslu Regency of Polewali Mandar. The neutrality issue of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) controversy So that the tendency is still for the ASN to carry out practical political activities both campaigning and supporting supporting the pair of candidates in the regional election equipment. Substantially, the focus of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus it only makes civil servants the object of neutrality, apart from the dynamics of practical political activities that are full of intervention. The active role of the bureaucratic leadership in encouraging the implementation of ASN neutrality in the elections is still minimal, causing neutrality in the elections not only because of the practical political interests of individual ASNs, but also the weak internal policy of regional leaders to disseminate and ban ASN in the elections, particularly also in the Simultaneous Regional Election of Polewali District Mandar in 2018.

Abstract

Peran Dinas Sosial Dalam Penanganan Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar”.  Di bimbing oleh Ibu Nur Fitrah selaku Pembimbing I dan Bapak Abdul Khalik selaku pembimbing II.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1.Bagaimana peran dinas sosial dalam penanganan ODGJ di Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, 2. Faktor penghambat dalam penanganan ODGJ di Kecamatan polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang jenis penelitiannya tidak menggunakan prosedur perhitungan atau angka-angka dan tidak menggunakan alat ukur, Metode kualitatif ini hanya memaparkan suatu peristiwa atau kejadian.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber primer yaitu informasi yang bersumber dari pengamatan langsung lokasi penelitian dengan cara observasi dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Dinas Sosial dalam penanganan penderita ODGJ belum maksimal, Selain itu Dinas Sosial telah menjalankan perannya dalam penanganan Penyandang ODGJ di Kecamatan Polewali yaitu dengan memfasilitasi para Penyandang ODGJ seperti memberikan bantuan berupa sembako dan obat-obatan. Sehingga peran-peran yang dilakukan Dinas Sosial dalam penanganan Penyandang ODGJ dari segi jumlah penerima bantuan sosial dapat dikatakan meningkat walaupun tidak dengan jumlah yang signifikan. Faktor penghambat dalam penanganan ODGJ yaitu belum adanya wadah atau tempat rehabilitasi di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar untuk menampung ODGJ guna membina pribadi mereka agar menjadi lebih baik dan belum adanya Perda yang mengatur ODGJ.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correspondence services and factors that influence mailing services in the Banggae village of Majene Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The technique of data collection is done by library research, field research consisting of, observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the public services in the manufacture of non-capable certificates and letters of heirs at the Banggae Urban Village Office can be said to have materialized well. This can be seen from the indicators in public services, namely, service procedures, service requirements, service time, service costs, service products, facilities / infrastructure and competency of service providers. where all these indicators are in good category. Employee performance in making Non-Capable Certificates and Letters of Heirs has been implemented so far. This can be seen from the other existing indicators: quality and quantity of performance, employee reliability and employee work attitudes. Obstacles that were encountered were, among others, a lack of public awareness about the importance of administrative completeness in the process of making this inadequate Certificate and Letter of Heirs.
